Google says they open at 5:30 which is fantastic for people who go to with early. I pull in and see about 3 people through the glass. I pull up to the window and wait for a good 5 minutes and finally just ask if they’re open yet. No response. I pull through the drive through to leave and they just look at me. Please change your hours online.

This may have been my best Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappe yet for taste and appearance! The long line was moved at a steady rate. I didnt get a receipt and the girl looked at me like I was crazy because I was still waiting when she returned my card. That didnt take away from my experience.

Receipt # 721991 8/18/21 2:52 pm. I came in today with my mother. We ordered a caramel crunch ribbon frap, a hot peppermint mocha, and an iced white chocolate mocha with sweet cream foam. The peppermint mocha came out as iced. We sent it back for a hot one. Then, the white chocolate mocha came out with no sweet creme foam. I nicely told the girl that I ordered it with sweet cream foam. She told me she would fix it for me. Then the manager came up asking what was wrong with the drink. I told her I ordered the drink with sweet creme foam. She goes on to tell me “well they didn’t ring you up for sweet cream foam so if you want it you’re going to have to go back to the register and pay for it.” Now I specifically told the man at the register from the beginning that I wanted sweet cream foam. I had also repeated the order twice. So of course, I didn’t realize that he had forgotten to ring in the foam. But also, that was not my mistake to not ring it up. It was his. So after two drink mess ups in the same order, the manager forced me to go back to the register and pay the extra 80 something cent for the foam that the cashier forgot to ring in. I WAS NOT IMPRESSED. Which of course 80 cent is not a lot, but it’s just the principle. Guess the manager knows nothing of customer service. I will definitely not be back.

Starbucks on Forsyth Road is so disappointing to me lately. They never have what I want in stock anymore, and the worst part is that you have to sit in the drive through line forever without getting anything. When they just renovated they should have figured out a way to cut the curb to allow customer leave. It’s quite ridiculous and very disappointing. I guess I am going to have to just cross this location off my list!

Today I had the pleasure of being serviced by Newlyn via the drive thru. I have been coming to this Starbucks for over 6yrs. This young lady was amazing. Very polite, wonderful smile and personality. She made sure that I understood how the rewards system works and provided excellent service. Thanks Newlyn, you rock! Thank you for adding such a wonderful person to your staff. NuNu was amazing. Myself and my husband came on Sunday and we are very upset about them nolonger having hazelnut flavoring because its being discontinued. WHO DOES THAT??????????????????? ISNT IT ONE OF THE POPULAR FLAVORS???? I shouldnt have to go up the street to Dunkins and get it.Anyway.... She was a great help and suggested something else. We loved her service.. The line is always long but our orders were made correctly. I just love the Peppermint white chocolate mocha, delicious!!! My mom drinks the peppermint mocha and shes addicted to it! I am infatuated with the Guava passionfruit drink.....FABULOUS but this drink will be available for a brief time. We always get great service. Thanks

They made my sweet vanilla cream cold brew weak, offered to make a new drink when I complained & made it weak again. When I explained I wanted it stronger, the employee asked what I wanted to be different. I requested a refund instead of having the displeasure of explaining the definition of stronger coffee to a Starbucks Barista or having to drink weak coffee. The coffee tasted like low quality restaurant coffee.

Used to be great, but theyve hired some unprofessional workers recently and its been a poor experience. Also, they frequently claim that their nitro cold brew machine is down even though its working. I called this morning asking if it was working and was told yes. I get there and they say it is down so I tell them that someone said it was in fact working. They said theyd try to make it and of course, i have a nitro cold brew in my hand. Netherlands workers are so unprofessional that Im worried about what might have been done to my drink since they were not very gracious about me getting my cold brew.

They seriously need to move their store to another location!!! It is completely affecting the in and out traffic of the Kroger parking lot!!! It has gotten insane to where you cannot get in and you cannot get out!! I used to enjoy going to this Starbucks however now ....My business will be going to Dunkin!

I absolutely love the staff here. They always call me by name, I guess thats what happens when you go there a lot 😂 so friendly and I feel like they work really well under pressure because theres always tons of people waiting in line. Im looking forward to a day when they can revamp the parking lot situation, but I feel like people are very courteous and kind to one another with traffic etc.

I have spent a lot of money here.Unfortunately they have a couple of employees in which Ive delt with that care absolutely nothing about customer service. Total attitudes. Sad they will go through life that way and probably cause other businesses to lose good customers as well. I will take my future business to Dunkin.

There was NO ONE in the store but me and the staff continued to tell me to put my mask on. I was 10 feet from anyone in the staff. They told me I had to wear a mask if I wanted to stay in the store so I waited outside. So then when they brought my product outside they wouldn’t bring it to me, they put it on a table 10 feet from me. So you can hand people their product through a drive-through window who aren’t wearing a mask but you can’t bring product to someone’s car because they refuse to wear masks in the store??? 🤨🤔So stupid. Keep drinking the kool-aid crazies.

I just left Starbucks on Forsyth Rd. The service has always been good. However, today after I placed my order and made it to the drive-thru window, the guy didnt even give me my change! He just politely dropped my change in their tip cup. He didnt even have the courtesy to ask if I wanted my damn change. True enough, it may have only been a few cents but let me decide if I want to leave a tip or not.🙄

Great service. The hardest thing for me is location. Its in a tight little corner for the drive thru so be careful and watch for pedestrians in this busy Kroger shopping center. Logistically it would be better if it were at a light BUT thats not Starbucks fault so since the coffee is good I risk it all and get my coffee anyway 🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️😆

I don’t know where to start with the unprofessionalism at this location with the morning crew. The guys that work are so great but the women. One literally yelled at me and never apologized, and the other one acts like she doesn’t see me.They care more about that green dot than just giving me my order thats right behind you! I order ahead for a reason!!! I don’t have time to waste in the morning, and I wish they would come up with a different method for mobile orders. I’m sick of spending my money for this treatment. $10-23 every morning is a lot to be ignored.

Very loud! I work remotely, so I visit many coffee shops and other places to work. I’ve visited this specific Starbucks frequently to work and it’s always soo incredible loud. The workers are all so sweet but they hangout when they are off duty and are just very vocal and loud. If you are looking for a place to be productive I’d suggest the Starbucks on Tom Hill Sr. Blvd.

Returned to Location after bad experience 8 months prior 5/16/21:Was pleased to chat with Tyler who was kind and willing to interact. I placed my order and waited for about 10 minutes. I got my first drink which was a Mango Dragon fruit Lemonade with extra inclusions. There were only 5 pieces in the drink when I kindly asked for more. I was dismissed by the hot bar barista and told that she did put extra. After two minutes of back and forth she gave me more. Then I watched as she pulled Tyler back onto the floor to make my second drink because she didnt want to. I would have loved to supply other names, but none of the employees had name badges on (I overheard Tylers name).Oct 2020: Rude. Rude. Rude.Showed up and attempted to get a inhouse beverage, sign showed pick up only (inside was closed). Attempted to put in mobile order, but it would not complete payment. Drove to pickup line and the person in front of us was served. We were told they were closing for deep cleaning. We explained that we had tried to order for the last 20 minutes and no one was behind us. Still, we were told they were closing for deep cleaning. We were not able to make a purchase.Long story short, I understand the need to deep clean. I dont understand how they could cut the line off with one person remaining. We had to literally watch the person before us get served while we were denied because we were in line.

The service here is fast and excellent. The employees make an effort to get to know the regular customers, and the dining room is always clean. Be warned that due to the parking lot design, the drive thru can get backed up sometimes, and make leaving the parking lot difficult; I recommend parking in the Kroger lot and walking over. This is one of the few Starbucks where Ive never had a problem with an order, which is very impressive!

I come to Starbucks every Wednesday night for the Middle Georgia Ferret Owners Association meeting. Im not a member of the M.G.F.O.A., but its fascinating to watch those slender creatures skulk around the tasting room. Nobody seems to pay them much attention as they slink around the room under the tables, heck the drive through barista sometimes grabs them and shows them off to unsuspecting drive through guests. I love this place so much and I dont even know what they serve up.

Ryan is the absolute best. Just thought you all should know. He worked at another Starbucks location on the other side of town and then I moved. Then, BOOM! There he was again. It will pull up at the intercom and say error by the time you get to the window because of the wait. However, to treat a customer like they are inconvenience because of technology advertised and produced by your company is shameful. Some of you all need to work on your customer service and realize that you work at a great place with customers who are normally in a good mood don’t spoil it because you don’t want to be there.Never had this experience above from Ryan or Chris. I come everyday. They are consistent.

This morning I came in and ordered breakfast and coffee for myself and my fiancé. We are running late and when I went to reload my starbucks card on my app I realized my card was not updated. My cashier figured out how to make my order work using a reward I had earned and it came out to $0.40 left. She went to her purse and grabbed those $0.40 to finish my balance. This was such a small act of kindness, but it made my day. Thank you ^_^

Went to buy coffee and use the restroom. Employee stood in front of our stalls waiting while we used them. She just stood there and I felt very creeped out and triggered like my privacy was invaded.
