This restaurant is a hidden gem in Macon Ga. Authentic tasty tacos that are sure to please. I tried the steak, chicken, and shrimp tacos. All three were great. Food can take a little time to be prepared because they only have one person taking orders, I would suggest calling it in.

Omg I been looking for a place like this for the last 5 years that I lived here!!! Finally found a legit taco place that hits all my food g spots! Mexican bread on sale, legit Mexican products for sale, aguas frescas, Mexican coke and fresh tacos to eat !!! Will be coming back maybe everyday for lunch and dinner !!!!

Best tacos Ive found in Macon so far! Love that its real Mexican food and not just TexMex. Will definitely be returning in the near future to both eat at the restaurant and shop in the grocery store.

The El Carnaval is authentic Latin food. So much so that the entire menu was in Spanish. My guest and I were trying to remember some things we learned in high school (more than two decades ago). The food was very fresh and cooked right in front of you. We were supposed to go to Pollys, but found something better instead.

Tacos are too high $4 for one taco and yeah they have a food truck up the street thats only $2.50 so yeah I think Ill start going to the food truck

Veggies and fruit. Juices, sodas, beer and milk. Plantain chips and pork rinds. Tortillas, beans, rice and cleaning products.

Id like to make a note: I am a Mexican and Id say the food is very authentic and good but the place is filthy, filthy, and when I was there, there were a bunch of flies.. so I ate cause It happens that I like to support moms and pops but I will not come back.

This place is excellent! I had their chicken torta and my wife had carne asada tacos, they were both perfect. Reasonable prices. Their restaurant serves many different kinds of meats, the meats and vegetables are all very fresh. I will definitely be back soon!

Moved here from Los Angeles and been trying to find a good taco place. Finally found it. They dont skimp on meat and have a good variety to choose from. Wish they had cabeza but their cueritos are awesome.

We were quite hungry on Sunday evening. MOST THINGS SEEMED TO BE CLOSED. This place was a real find. Absolutely the best Thai meal I have eaten for a long time... and plenty of it.Our second time here & the food is still outstanding. The flavours were amazing. The tacos were awesome and authentic Mexican. I am from Texas and New Mexico, trust! The service was spectacular. But the best part was the guacamole. My friend ordered it by chance and I ate 2/3 of it. When I complimented her on the guacamole, she told me it was because they make it fresh to order. It was a huge helping and so fresh. The flavors were so clean and it had a hint of lime. Try the tacos and guacamole!

Came on a Saturday night to pick up a large Deluxe pizza to go. The Deluxe is always my go to pizza!! Whether im dining in and getting the 10 special with a salad and drink or grabbing it to go. My favorite part of the pizza is the crust!! Its super thin, crunchy & always cooked just right. I love the mountain of veggies, sausage and pepperoni on the pizza. And the slices on the large pizza are HUGE!!

My husband and I come to this little authentic Mexican joint in Macon, GA, quite often. He loves the carnitas, and housemade salsa Verde. I do speak a bit of Spanish, so normally our visits are great. However, my last visit was a bit unenjoyable. The server spoke a different dialect of Spanish that I am not so familiar with. I didnt appreciate her being rude to me BC I was having a hard time communicating with her. Listen, if u work here in the USA, please try to learn the English language. Remember that your guests are the number one priority in your business. I really dont want to dine there again. I dont want to pay a check and tip more than appropriately, to receive an attitude from our server

Came several months ago. Cant remember the name of what I got, but it was basically everything they have loaded into a Sandwich. It was $8 and bigger than my head. I split it with a friend and still could not finish it. It was completely delicious and I have been dreaming of going back since.

My Family and I ate here today and will be returning! They had the BEST TACOS!!!! I got the Chicken and Steak Tacos and they were SO delicious!

Everytime in in Macon I stood by and get my Mexican candy and carnitas burrito. The only thing the last time I got my burrito was soaked in grase being that port its extremely greasy but they didnt drained the grase also my tortilla was soaked in grease😢. However the owner is very nice talks to all visitors and is courteous.

Im not latino. Coworker who is suggested it. I wasnt disappointed, the Carne asada was cooked perfect. Waitress was fast, accurate great smile. I tried tamarind. A favorite drink, it was good, bit too sweet (not possible) or, left me more thirsty, but server brought me water. Now, I dont speak spanish, but heard no english, I assume I could dine there, without coworker, and be taken care of. For a small, different place, I liked it.

I am Mexican, born across the border. My time in the service has brought me to different locations with Warner Robins being one of them. Anytime I go into a Mexican restaurant I look for three things on the menu ... mole (pronounced mo-lay), tortas de milanesa de pollo, and jarritos. This place had all three ... so next, I order the simplest of items, so my first day I had two tacos of shredded steak (carne asada), it didnt disappoint. Next visit I had their ham torta ... again, didnt disappoint. I look for certain things when these foods are made, so by the third visit I was sold on their cooking abilities and I even conversed with the owner in our native language and developed a brief friendship. This was our hispanic grocery and restaurant. We even found out on Thursdays between 4pm-8pm there is a lady that parks in front of the store that sells tamales, with green salsa and mole ... along with other mexican treats, like shaved corn, chicharones, and mexican styled cut mangoes and coconut with chile. For anyone that wants real mexican food, not authentic, this is THE place in Macon/Warner Robins to get your food and groceries from. Every Tuesday they also receive fresh baked sweet bread. It may look a little shady because the shopping area looks a bit abandoned, but, I promise your mouth will have a party with every bite of their food you take!!

Nice to find some authentic food and not your typical tex mex. Choriza tacos were my favorite of the ones I tried.

I love the food here. Dont come expecting a tex-mex experience like every other Mexican place in Macon. But if you want some authentic Mexican food, this is the place to go. The tortas are very good. The carnitas are great and try an aqua fresca. My favorite is the aqua mango with the aqua melon a close second.
