Nice little grocery store with fresh veggies and a variety of spices. There is a restaurant in the back. Staff was not really friendly or helpful but hopefully after I look up a few names of items I will revisit and try a little Indian food.

Wonderful variety of foods. If you are looking for spices, this is your place! Its like being at a small version of the Atlanta Farmers Market. Amazing.

Helpful and polite. English is my first language. Wide, and inexpensive variety, of Indian spices. Much better than the Ethnic section of my local supermarket. Wonderful aroma as you walk in the door.

Best place to get all your Indian products

First time I came here was 2 yrs ago whn I moved in here, they had few fresh veggies. Now every time I came down here, the veggies they got, theyre not fresh anymore more of like been there on display for two weeks.Some of the prices esp spices price are not updated well they showed different whn u paid em. Most of the items selection here are Indian or south Asian items. Good for people tht look for spices but not fresh Asian vegetables. Sorry had to give 3 stars.

Found exactly what I was looking for. They are fully stocked with 20lb bags of rice in any variation. I was, specifically, looking for Jasmine rice and they had plenty. Very friendly and helpful. This is, now, my go-to spot for bulk beans and rice. Thank you for treating me with respect and kindness. That goes a long way for someone like me during these very volatile times.🤩

Nice grocery store in Middle Ga to shop spices, Indian goods. They have ton of options which otherwise would be difficult to get on middle Ga region. They also have Chaat store inside to satiate your craving for spicy snack!

The most unique grocery shopping experience in Macon. Cant be beat for their variery of bulk spices, veggies, grains, pulses and ayurvedic products. Only place in town that I know of where one can buy fresh turmeric root and Thai birdseye chili peppers. A real hidden gem of a place.

Stopped here on a whim and was very pleasantly surprised to see all the authentic Indian products. I bought my favorite Satya incense, as well as some delicious freshly made to order samosa, complete with the dipping sauces...

They offer a small variety of fruits and vegetables from South America and other countries, mainly India. Excellent prices and where I buy ginger, yams, lemons, dragon fruit and other fresh items. Very helpful and friendly staff. If you are looking for a mini international market, Sri Hair is the place.

A great mid sized grocery store for all things Indian. I mean food! Considering its in Macon, its convenient for Indian residents near Macon which is also the central point of Georgia

I particularly like this market because it has many of the foods that are mostly from India. My wife is from Surat Gujarat India and I love much of the traditional Indian foods and cuisine. The people who work there are also very helpful and informative.I have also enjoyed many of the prepared foods in the back part of the market.Also the vegetables in the produce section are very good and the prices are very competitive with any other markets in the area.For me it is a must go place at least once a month and I live in Warner Robins, GA.I would recommend it to anyone who loves Indian cuisine and food for preparation. There is also many selections of frozen meals.Thank you to the owners and their families who are always very helpful to their costumers.Sincerely, Edward Sealy.

Being the only indian grocery store in Macon this place is has fresh vegetables, grains, frozen foods and daily ingredients used for Indian cuisine. They even have a deli of Indian snacks and sweets up by the door. You can ask for chicken and mutton at the counter in 1lb bags, but if they are out I was told you can order mutton to collect in a day or two. Overall serves daily Indian homes needs well.

Earlier Shri Hari Grocery store used have good prices and fresh vegetables. Nowadays they are taking advantage of being the lone Indian store in the area. They do not treat customers equally. They hike prices at will. They always try to cheat while billing if we do not pay proper attention, if we catch their act, they simply say, its by mistake. They even talk rudely if we question them. On my last visit I asked the lady over there, if they have any more vegetables as the shelves were mostly empty or with leftover vegetables, she bluntly said NO. But just after few minutes they brought fresh vegetables for some other customers who came later.They were nice and very friendly when they opened initially to impress on potential customers by even offering free chai. Just one of those corporate marketing stratergy I guess but Now they started showing their real face. Overall the store has dropped down in all aspects except for the prices. We want to share our genuine personal experience with our fellow customers. We are fed up with them and planning alternatives for our groceries.

Recently moved to Macon and we are excited to have found them. Their selection of flours, rice, and legumes is amazing.

In USA its very difficult to get the Indian food stuff in one place. But here we get all necessary items with reasonable rate & no quality compromise.

I love this store. It has good deals on veggies and spices. Lots of Indian and Pakistani products.

Not a well organised store but good enough for a quick indo-pak grocery. Though they do not carry all the stuff like Patels or Cherian, but yet it helps you get most if the things. The fresh vegetables does disappoint but better then kroger or publix.

My friend and u came in there super late for a holi event. The cashier lady asked us why we were buying random things. We told her the whole situation that the restuarant forgot to make our food. She really helps us out and arranged for 4 boxes samosas and chutneys and all the other things for a reasonable price. She saved our holi party!

Dont buy goat meat from Shrihari grocery store .They are selling lamp meat andtold me this goat meat.Uma store was good and they used to sell real good goat meat now that store closed. Meat was very terrible and very hard to eat .Do not waste your money.

They arent very friendly. They dont greet you. They have a pani puri stand outside and my husband and I stood there asking if they were open, 3 times, really loud.... the lady avoided eye contact and ignored us the man looked right us and said nothing. Needless to say, I wont be returning. Sad that I get discrimated against by my own people because my husband isnt indian.
