Me and my son had the best experience at this location. My sales rep Oscar Martinez is a perfect example of what customer service represents. He was nice, patient, understanding, and extremely helpful. The staff was also very nice, attentive, fast, with lots of sense of humor. I am from the Bay Area and would drive all the way back to this location to and when I’m ready to upgrade. They are A1 graded in my book. I refer anyone to this location. Where should we begin? Oscar posses excellent customer service skills; effective communication skills; patients beyond measure! In addition his follow up is on point; he keeps his word. No second guessing. We arrived at the Verizon store Saturday evening and complete s the entire transaction when we returned on Sunday. IOscar is a hard and dictated Verizons Representative. If there was 10 stars wed give him a 10 stars. Thank you so much!
Costumer service is nice in person, just lack of communication after leaving the store. Product was sitting in the store for the week without receiving notification from neither UPS nor the store. I had to track down the item. To find out the item was not the size I ordered. Called and I guess I have to do a re order. But I don’t expect a call if I do need to re order. I asked if they are suppose to call the costumer when an item has been delivered to the location, but I didn’t get an answer. It was a honest question, I wasn’t trying to make a statement. Unanswered question, I’ll just pick whatever item already in store.
Ive been to this location three times and three times Ive been dealt with wonderfully by the staff. Store was Immaculate uncongested plenty of employees ready to serve my needs. It seems very anxious to be old one help me however cuz Im still financing how my account as far as my credit goes there wasnt much they could do at this time theyre definitely helpful thank you
If you go here make sure you ask about their 35 dollar set up fee per device. Was not told at the beginning that such thing would be added. They just took the new phones out and started doing it. I thought it was just a service they provided since he started doing it out of nowhere, but if anyone would of told me I would be charged to turn the phones on and transfer contacts I would of declined. Even after leaving the store I still had to set up all my accounts, download all of my apps and everything else. They also charged me set up fees for two watches that they did not touch. We set them up ourselves. After calling about this they said they would give us back the 70 dollars for the two watches but only as a credit to our account, but the phones we were out of luck because they set them up by just transferring the contacts.
Kaleb was overall a cool person to talk to. He made buying a brand new phone a lot more easier. Really good customer service from him.
Was good with listening to what we wanted but was super shady with how much we were being charged. There was never communication about us being charged a $35 set up fee per device. They never even set up our devices. We set them up ourselves. Scammed out of $140 and cant dispute it with Verizon because this is a 3rd party vendor location. Male sure you ask them to itemize everything you are being charged for ahead of time.

Today I was unable to make or receive calls from my Verizon prepaid account. I was also unable to access my account, for whatever reason. I went into the Verizon store in Madera Ca. I received help the first time from a gentleman who basically gave me a number to call to resolve the issue myself.I had the same results I had this morning trying to resolve the issue. I returned to the store immediately to find out why my phone was unable to make or receive phone calls as well as why I was unable to access myVerizon account.This time an associate named Jazmine helped me out. This young lady TOOK HER TIME and was PATIENT and waited on hold for what seems like 30 minutes until she spoke live to an agent and was able to find the answer for me to explain why I was having so many issues with my account. There was an outage for Prepaid service customers which I fall under and found out the outage would last up to twelve hours and that I would receive an email when its back up and running Thank you Jazmine I appreciate the effort and customer service you provided. Not everyone takes the time to get the answer for the customer the way you did I appreciate it very much.
My phone was lost/stolen. I had 740 still left on my phone payment. They were able to provide me with a promotion to pay half my phone and I pay the other half in order to speed up my upgrade process. The manger was really Chris, was extremely helpful and kind. He was also very knowledgeable about the phone devices and was able to compare different types of phone and their specs to give me the best value and type of phone I was looking for. Highly recommend going to this Verizon store.

Very very poor service came to exchange my phone and ended up having to leave without a working phone. Tried to explain the situation to the manager he kept telling me to be quiet and hung up the phone on me very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time coming here
I was really pleased with my service at Verizon Madera. I had no idea how to set up a grub hub account because of pending surgery in San Francisco. Not even would my Credit Union in Madera help me. A young man, Mr. Brandon Macias, at Verizon Madera took his time and carried me through the process. I was so pleased with his patience and professionalism. Hats Off to Verizon Madera and Hats Off to Brandon Macias for an excellent job!
Customer service was great, BUT, was told we had to pay 100 dollars for accessories to even leave the store with our phone? Did so because my old phone was broken & thought it was policy. Called Verizon support tonight & apparently it is not Verizon Corporate policy, but since this location is an indirect store, they have different policies. 100 dollars for one screen protector & phone case is ridiculous.

My family and I decided to switch to Verizon From sprint and it was a long time coming. The customer service we received was amazing. We were helped by Brandon and we came in on a Monday to look around and he wasn’t pushy or “trying to make a sale” he was very helpful and straight forward. We made an appointment for the following Thursday and he was there and got us all set up and made the process very easy. This is a 3rd party store most places are now days don’t let that scare you. The level of professionalism I saw by Brandon and the entire staff was incredible. Definitely check them out if you’re looking to switch carriers or a new phone.
My experience was really great with the manager Chris Fisher. I am totally pleased with the service I received. We had trouble paying the bill and over the phone with customer service and they couldnt solve the problem. Chris figured it out and got us all set up with a better plan at a lower price and set up our Auto pay so this never happens again.

I came in to exchange a phone that I had previously purchased and the manager made the process so simple and advised me of my options both monthly as well as the difference between phones. Do not come here to buy a new phone or start service. I would go to an actual Verizon corporate store, Best Buy, or even Costco. I would only come here to pay my bill if I absolutely had to. Since this is a Verizon authorized retailer they charge ridiculous fees. I have been a Verizon customer for the last 12 years and I was sad when the corporate store closed.Anyway I went to add service for my daughter we decided to get prepaid service for her. Verizon had a great offer for prepaid too. It was double data and free Sim card and free activation. I called Verizon to clarify before I went in to the store because I already knew these authorized retailers always charge fees.Long story short they tried to charge me 90$. 40$ was their activation fee and 50$ was for the first month of service. But here where things got fishy, the employee said the fees have to be paid separately. He said I had to pay the 40$ first to activate the line then I would have to pay the 50$ for the first month of service. Luckily I did my research before hand and I called Verizon Corporate customer service and they said all I had to do was pay 50$ for first month service and that was all. The employee at the store was trying to purposely charge me fees he wasnt supposed to even going as far as charging me separately. Avoid this place unless you absolutely cannot.
The service from Timmy was great. He was knowledgeable about all my questions. He didnt try to sell me on more than what he felt was appropriate for mine or my family needs. I would recommend him to all my friends & family. I would also recommend the convenient location of this store to anyone in the neighborhood.
7/5/2019I have never really liked these authorized retailers. They cant conduct Verizon business. This young kid Darren had me waste my time going into this facility to try and swap out my bad Verizon charger, but yet he couldnt even pull up my account. Ive been a Verizon customer for over 15 years and I have never had issues pulling up my account. I had a good hunch that they wouldnt be able to help me but Darren insisted on me going in and that he can help. I was in a hurry and I didnt appreciate my time being wasted.7/19/2019Its funny how this post has been up for two weeks, and I got no response from the owner. Yet theyre so quick to respond to good reviews. Goes to show you how terrible the customer service is here. Youre welcome. I need say no more.
Customer service is great. Timothy Aguilera help me get into a new phone; checked to make sure I was on the best plan for my family. He walked/talked us through the setup of a new device. We left the store with our new phones ready to use. He explained about the warranty on the accessories and how to register. I enjoyed my time at Cellular Sales.

Exceptional service from Chris Fisher, came in to do a much needed upgrade with some apprehension but he made it easy and took his time explaining everything and setting up my new iPhone XR. I am very happy I came to this location and got to work with Chris. He even helped all the other reps and a customer next to us while working with me but I never felt neglected. Side note they all look really nice in their shirts and ties.

Verizon has great service in Madera and throughout the valley. The service is arguably the best in the area. But they are more expensive than the others and they still make you sign a contract to get their service. This particular store is easy to get to but it takes forever to get help once youre there. Even after you get through the greeting period and your name gets called, the waiting seems to continue.
I have been working with Carlos Alvaros. He has always provided superior customer services that has gain our trust and future business. I have never had such a personalized customer services experience with Verizon but his methodology should be observed and implemented in all of your stores Nationwide. It would be a tremendous success. Anyways, we all know that I could purchased electronics anywhere but the customer services is what sets this store apart.
