The nice costumer service lady, I cant remember her name but it was 15mins before 8, getting ready to close. She greated with a smile, very sweet, we had a short conversation about braces. Clean store too.

Love this store they answered all my questions and helped me set up my Facebook :) highly recommend them

One of the best stores in madera, highly recommend them I was able to switch from T-Mobile to Cricket and get everything done less than 30 mnts, phone accessories are were on sale I got them for $20 and sure they know how to treat a customer I will send friends and family their way !!!Thank you :) Best customer service I ever received in a cellphone store

Went in for an upgrade and the owner told me the phone was discontinued 2 months ago and tried to get me to buy a more expensive phone. I went in the website and it was there. Called other stores in town and they had them in stock and said they did not discontinue them. I always get a really bad attitude from the owner and get ignored by other employees. Worst customer care at this store.

Wish I could give no stars at all. Went to pay my basic $40 plan and they said I chose the $50 plan when I was positive I didnt. Not only that but they misspelled my name when I first signed up with them even though I wrote it down for them. Shows how much they care about customer service right? Worst experience ever.

They had it easy I already knew what I wanted what plan what phone I knew the price I went there to buy 100% but the sales rep was terrible had a messed up attitude and showed he does not care what so ever about a potential customer. Every other cricket in madera has way better service.

This locations closes at 8pm as it states in their business hours. I arraived there at 7:30 to buy a phone only to see the workers already closing up the gates. I really needed a phone and was disappointed by the misleading business hours. When i asked why they were closing early the employee replied it was Saturday and there were parties to go to. This is unacceptable and hope the store manager can deal with this.
