Bought a 48 Thermador built in refrigerator from the dent and scratch area and arrived as described. Its perfect and the customer support was amazing. Live out in Oregon, searching for a white refrigerator with a special depth (27 inch) for a built-in area, they’re hard to find. Found one on eBay from Noble Appliances, I was so excited. Robert Schroeder the salesperson was great, paid through PayPal and I waited for it to be shipped out.But sadly, I received an email from Robert, telling me they had tested the refrigerator and it didn’t pass, so here I am without a refrigerator. Though I was grateful that they did take the time to test the refrigerator and was open and honest about the testing, instead of just shipping it out.I was working with Mitch Alley one of the sales ops managers in getting a credit back through PayPal. Mitch was telling me how the process worked in getting the credit and all was good, but still without a refrigerator. A few minutes later, Nick called me back and had an off the wall idea, which I couldn’t believe what he was willing to do.Mitch was willing to take a new Stainless steel refrigerator, the same model as the white refrigerator that I was going to purchase and take the white doors off the bad refrigerator and replaced the stainless steel doors on the new refrigerator with the white doors, with no extra cost. WOW!!Talk about awesome customer service, what other appliance store would offer to do this for someone, I bet you wouldn’t find one. Hat’s off to Mitch, Robert and the folks behind the scene to make this happen for me.I got my refrigerator this week and it’s awesome. Thank you!!

Purchased an appliance package from Nobile Appliance at this specific location and upon delivery everything was perfect, however the refrigerator water dispenser did not work properly. I called and was helped by Mike Anderson, and he went above and beyond to assist me. Excellent Price, Service, and Value.Price: We bought a new washer and dryer, both “scratch and dent,” for a nice discount. This is because function and value are more important to me (and fortunately for me, my wife!) than appearance (these are in a back mudroom).Service: When I ran the dryer, a small dent (the least noticeable one) caused a thump as the drum rotated (See Picture 1: the larger dent in green was no problem, just cosmetic; the small red-circled dent was the culprit). I called and spoke with both Mike Anderson in Sales, and then Mitch Alley in Service, and both were very helpful.Mitch offered me a choice; (1) a rebate if I wanted to try to fix it myself, or (2) I could return it for another. I chose option 1 and spent a few hours taking the dryer apart, straightening all the dents while is was at it, and reassembling. A little touch-up with a white paint pen, and the dryer runs perfectly, and looks pretty good, too (See Picture 2).Value: We had never discussed an actual amount for the rebate if I was successful. Once I informed Mitch of the great results, I was more than happy to receive a $200.00 check in the mail for my efforts.All told, I basically ended up with a brand new washer and dryer for the price of just the new washer. I Couldn’t be more pleased with Noble. I would purchase from them again, as well as recommend them heartily to my friends.

Purchased a GE Dryer was advertised as electric but was actually a gas dryer when Chris B. the sales consultant was made aware of this he went above and beyond what most companies would have done and upgraded me to a newer version of the electric GE dryer. It is a very nice unit with just some small scuffs and the shipping team had it wrapped up so tight I think it took 30min just to get the bubble wrap and cardboard off. Everyone might have a different experience but I can say the team at Noble strived to make my sale a stress free and hassle free experience with excellent shipping quick response from the Noble Team. I will definately purchase from Noble again.

I would highly recommend Noble Appliances and their customer service staff. The dishwasher I purchased was exactly as I expected and the pictures they shared was spot on. After receiving and getting my dishwasher home I noticed 2 pieces from the bottom missing that I didn’t notice when I signed off on the unit. I called Chris from customer service and he asked me for the part numbers. I sent the email with the listed items and with in 2-3 days the parts was at my door. No questions asked. No pressure. Just good customer service. Noble is a smart option for all your home appliances.

Worst appliance purchase ever. Bought a NIB Maytag fridge on eBay from Noble Appliance Center. Drove 50 miles one way to pick it up rather than pay the $299 shipping (which is shipped to a local warehouse, rather than your home). When we arrived at the appointed time and date in Madison Heights, MI, after giving them the 48 hour notice required, we were told our appliance was on a delivery truck but there were several deliveries ahead of us. After waiting for quite some time, we were then told it was actually at a warehouse ½ hour away and we could either go get it or wait up to 3 more hours for delivery. The manager/owner, offered us $25 in cash, then offered another $50 as compensation for gas/inconvenience. Nice, right? The Scam: he said the only way he could do that was to cancel our eBay order and re-bill us minus the $50. He said it would benefit us because we would get an additional $50 off the original price plus the $25 in cash, and he wouldnt have to pay eBay a percentage for the sale (missed that huge red flag). Once we picked the fridge up and got it home, 4 men carefully unloaded it. We unwrapped the protective plastic and Styrofoam (not in box as advertised), and discovered a not-so-new appliance. Nearly the entire left side of the back and vent was damaged and there was no way to tell if it would affect how it worked. I called Nobles to see what could be done to fix the problem. The manager/owner responded, You paid less than anyplace else is selling that fridge for, and the damage wont be seen anyway. I was shocked! I paid for a new fridge which I expected to be in new condition no matter the price, and this was his response? When I persisted, and told him I wanted the new refrigerator we paid for, he suggested we load the damaged fridge up and drive the 100 mile round trip to pick up another. I responded that it would only be fair that they bring a new fridge to our home, and take back the damaged one. He said absolutely not, and hung up on me. To add insult to injury, we now have no recourse with eBays guarantee because he canceled the sale. He even chuckled when I threatened to report him to eBay, telling me there was nothing they would do and I couldnt leave a review since the sale had been canceled. Later I received notification from eBay that the same appliance had been re-listed. Sure enough, the fridge we supposedly bought was for sale again by Nobles. The description, photos, item number, everything was exactly the same. He told me that no one would believe my negative reviews because he had so many positive ones on eBay, however, if hes made a habit of canceling eBay orders on damaged appliances and rewrites the order as “compensation” in-store, others would also lose their ability to report him or give a negative review. What a scam! Run, dont walk from this so-called business. I dont know how he sleeps at night knowing hes scamming trusting, honest people. Plain and simple---this person is unethical, so heed my warning and the warnings of other victims who have had similar experiences. Please note this listing quote: “This seller does not offer returns (wonder why). You are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee if you received an item that is not as described in the listing.” That only works if he doesnt cancel your eBay order. Also, in the description: *We do our best to accurately describe the conditions of all of our products. Sometimes minor imperfections can be missed during the inspection process. Different lighting conditions may accentuate certain damages and can make others very difficult to notice. Take a look at my photos and decide whether those imperfections would be difficult to notice. Just received an email from eBay stating that the seller claims we asked for the cancellation of our eBay order which is totally untrue. Not only is he a scumbag, hes a big fat liar! As others have written, this person appears friendly and trustworthy until the sale is final. DO NOT FALL FOR IT--HE CANNOT BE TRUSTED!

This company was great a few years ago, good deals, and good service. Now, theyve become awful to deal with, coupled with even worse deals.A dented beat up dryer might go for $50 less then a new one... They raised their prices during cover, since quote: you cant get them anywhere else without waiting for weeks. Great job guys! keep going and youll loose the rest of your customers. Just wait for it to go on sale at Home Depot, youll pay almost the same and not have to deal with these crooks. Sad to see a good company make such a turn for the worse.

Robert Schroder was great, easy to talk to, checked our electric range for condition, details and parts . So we felt confident in purchase of a GE Jas640RMSS Electric oven that his company Noble Appliance had at their warehouse that had been unboxed. Very slight issues . Due to Pandemic Covid 19 we could not get one of these for 3 to 6 months. I will now receive in 10 days time delivered from their warehouse in Missouri to California. Worst purchase decision ever .Purchased 3 Viking appliances from this store and had problems with 2 of the 3. My fridge that I spent a ton of money on, has failed. It is less than 1 year old !! Tried pulling it out, unplugging it (maybe running hot )and it reset itself and was running fine for another month and died again, having most of my food spoil for a second time . I am either going to have to get a repair person over and diagnose it or replace it .Called noble and emailed them and questioned them about their warranty, and the said they don’t know if it has a warranty . Not really sure what this means, this is supposed to be a brand new item ? Lady said to call Viking which I did . Viking said it was out of warranty and to call the company it was purchased from .Emailed them back and mentioned this unit is only 10 months old and they said it’s out of warranty and not covered .Very disappointed with this store, spent $5000 on items that all have issues and no one there to offer support or back up their products they sellAs of January 1st now ... still no response from the company, left 3 voice messages and left 1 message with a person at the front desk .No phone call back, not a peep from theM, poor business selling broken appliances passing them off as units with slight exterior damage !! Don’t be fooled

Prices r the same as going to Home Depot they will sell you as if they are new I will recommend you to go to Home Depot instead. Home Depot is brand new and not “dents or scratches “ plus a lot of time Home Depot is free delivery. Do you not shop here!!!!!!!!! This is the worst company I have ever worked with. We ordered three appliances a refrigerator dishwasher and microwave. We were told by the manager at the store that somebody would be contacting us within 2 to 3 business days for scheduling of delivery... after a week when we did not hear any thing I contacted the store and was provided a delivery number contact. When I contacted the delivery number they told me they would be delivering it to my house that day... without any notice and I was not home and wouldn’t be available over the weekend. They ended up coming on that following Tuesday and all of our appliances were damaged. EVERY SINGLE ONE!!!! We purchased A brand new dishwasher with no marks/ dents still in box it arrived in a torn up box with a large dent on the front face. we ordered a refrigerator with no marks or dents and it arrived with scraps all up the sides two dents in BOTH the main front facing doors and a over the range microwave with missing brackets and glass turn table. When I contacted the company that day!! I didn’t even let the delivery people leave because this was not what we ordered!!! they said they would order us new appliances and to keep the appliances at our house and new ones would be delivered next day. The appliances have currently been sitting in our garage for the past three weeks we have not been able to reach the managers at the store and when we do reach someone they say that they don’t know or can’t help us at this time. we’ve contacted the delivery service and they have no schedule deliveries for us so as of now we’ve been waiting on our appliances that were supposed to be here three weeks ago with no resolution. Do not buy from this company it is a scam. I will be reaching out to everyone I know to tell them to stay away.

Found a great Jenn Air double oven on eBay and then was pleasantly surprised that their location was only a 20min drive from the house. Got an almost unbelievable deal on the double oven and dishwasher. Dishwasher was perfect but the handles on the oven were heavily scratched and dented in. The salesman said theyll replace them at wholesale cost and install them for free when they come in. So basically a deal on top of a deal. Just for reference on their pricing; I was about to place an order online at Jenn Air when I started scouring the web for better deals. The oven is $3,999 and the dishwasher is $1,499. When I saw the double oven on eBay it was $1,495, which is a deal, but then they doubled down and had a black Friday sale in which they slashed it to $749. I didnt see the dishwasher in the ad, but it was $699 at the store so I snagged that too. I assumed buying from an open box warehouse type store it would just be buy it and take it yourself situation. But they do offer delivery and install for a couple extra bucks. Same price as big box stores would charge and another nice surprise that they even offered it. I went with it, and it was well worth it not to lug heavy appliances around and try to do it yourself. Delivery date was scheduled and install went off without a hitch. Very pleased.

I really wanted to write a good review for this place. My sister got all of her appliances here and had a good experience. I wish I could say the same. I ordered a fridge from here last month on a Monday. Jamie was our salesman and he told they would contact me with a delivery date within a day or 2. I paid the extra $145 to have it delivered, installed and the old fridge moved to the garage. I also found another refrigerator that was a newer model and a little less expensive on their site and when I called Jamie to inquire about it, he told me that nothing was wrong with it until I told him that I was considering switching my order. He then told me that it was missing parts to it. I felt that he was not completely honest, so I called a different location and they told me that that model was in perfect condition without any missing parts. I did not end up changing it because the fridge was a little bigger than the one I purchased, but it was the fact that I was lied to. I waited a few days to hear from them and did not, so I called them and Jamie said they would check on my order and get back to me. No one ever did. I called several times and left messages and no one called me back until the following week, I received a voicemail from John that said my refrigerator was being picked up and would be delivered on Wednesday and they would call me Tuesday night with the delivery time. No one ever called, so I called first thing Wednesday and spoke to both John and Jamie. They told me that it would now be delivered the following day. I understand that due to the pandemic, they had to outsource their deliveries. However, I was never updated with the status on my order about anything. I am also working so I was not prepared to wait around and wait for them to deliver. I had to call them every time and was always met with excuses. Once the fridge was delivered, they could not connect the water line because I have copper wiring and because of this, they are not responsible for installing or changing it. I was not aware of this and I had to hire an outside Plumber to fix this. I tried to call to ask them for some sort of compensation since I paid the extra fee to have it delivered AND installed, but Jamie said he was not able to do anything for me. I then told him to have Mitch contact me as he is the manager. He said he would and no one ever called me. I called them again last week and left a message with someone for Mitch to call me and Jamie called me back and left a voicemail...knowing very well he couldnt do anything for me I did not call him back. There is no resolution to this because this company does not care about customer service and they got what they want. Theyve been giving me the run around and will continue to do so until I stop calling them. Once they get your money, they are done with you. I am very disappointed and while the prices of appliances are good here, you will not be met with honest quality customer service. At least not at this location.

I just bought a whirlpool fridge and dishwasher from Noble Appliance. They huge selection was shocking (hundreds to choose from)and the fact that every item had a price so no guessing. I paid for delivery and instal cuz my hubby just not gonna do it. It was worth it! There was some minor damage to a trim piece, but I contacted Chris and he contacted owner within a few minutes of my reporting the damage, who indicated piece will be replaced! He went above what I expected. The selections were better than Sears, Penny, and Home Depot and Nobles prices were better than all of the other stores . Do yourself a BIG favor, if you are in the market for any type of appliance go to Noble Appliance before you ever set foot in one of the big box stores, believe me it was the BEST thing I could have done! I am now the owner of some amazing high performance appliances, I was able to find what wold work well for me and my budget. Purchased a new refrigerator today only a 24inch wide 5 feet high. They helped upload it into my truck I advised we should lay it flat and they said just stand it up and strap it in. So of course I get a few miles down the road and it falls. Huge dent on the door. I called they wouldnt even offer a discount and said I could return it to them and they would give me $100.00 I paid $240.00. Then they tried to sell me a door for $200.00. I went online and found the door for $42.00 brand new. Buyers beware.

Purchased Viking microwave - convection hood new but floor model. Got great price, but better was the excellent service! Oven was better than expected condition, and when I realized the wall mounting bracket was missing I contacted Jeremiah. Fantastic customer service, Mitch A. went way above and beyond to help me sort out a manufacturer not honoring their factory warranty. I am not kidding when I say that Mitch and I spent hours on this and through it all we both kept a great attitude and he fought for me. Eventually we were able to get the manufacturer to replace the unit. I commend Noble Appliance for standing up for me and helping create a positive outcome on an issue that would have left me out of pocket $3,000. Noble Appliance sold me a new Whirlpool Cabrio Washer/Dryer. Upon arrival, the dents in the washer were barely noticeable. The dryer was brand new -- never unwrapped. My savings were significant, even over Home Depot, and I wanted the Made in the USA versions of these appliances. When appliances are deeply discounted in the Big Box stores, it can be because they are made overseas.Special thanks & kudos to my salesperson, John Liston, who coordinated the freight shipment and its entire trip from Michigan to Maine. My $9000 LG package was $6000 at Noble2. Huge Selection of inventory. I couldnt believe how many items they had.Cons:1. Dont go to the White Lake Store if you want to buy a package. It doesnt have a great selection and you end up wasting a lot of time2. Delivery can be somewhat disorganized. Had to wait multiple extra days to get my delivery resolved3. I would like to thank a certain person by the name of Mitch for taken care of a problem that occurred with a wall oven that came damaged not by the company but by the freight company by mistake. When I tell you he went over and beyond to make sure it got taken care of and fixed was amazing. Not only did he follow up on the situation everyday but even went out of his way and gave me his personal cell number really blew me away.
