The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly! They have almost too much on display, but the I had no problem finding exactly what I wanted for my kitchen!

An excellent place to buy appliances. The sales associates were very friendly and helpful and were able to steer me in the right direction when I had no idea what I wanted. Will definitely be going back!

I could spend hours in that store. They have most of the major brands and very knowledgeable people.

Why they close at 7 is beyond me, people get out of work at 7pm i don’t understand.

Please do yourself a favor and do not buy appliances from best buy. The ordering, cost and up front process is seamless. The install / delivery and back end coordination is a mess. Best buy sub contracts there appliances to pacific who sub contracts the install to random companies. I ordered every appliances from my house from best buy and of the 10 I ordered they only were able to install 2 of them, because I did not have the right pieces even though I paid $100+ to install each appliance and they had a team come out and measure to make sure everything will fit. At the end of the day I had to hire sub contractors to install most my appliances because the delivery back log is so long and they wanted me to go to home depot to get some random parts.Not to mention best buy gave me an extremely hard time to refund installs because the installer said they hooked everything up.I am still trying to get other promises fulfilled on this order 3 weeks later...
