This is the best collision shop I have ever been to and I highly recommend. David is very professional and has great customer service. I was given a rental car while my car was being fixed so that it was an easy pick up and drop off and not having to take an extra trip to a rental car place. My car had damage to the front and back and it was fixed faster than I expected and when I arrived my car looked AMAZING!!! Better than when I had purchased it. The outside and inside were cleaned as well which I didn’t expect but that just made it look even better and brand new. I drove an hour to get to this shop and I am very happy with the results and will be returning back here if I need to! I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Went to the shop on a Friday to show them my RAM’s damage, received a quote and time to come back to drop off my car. Dropped off car on a Tuesday and picked up on Thursday morning. These guys are amazing. My truck looks brand new. I have a 16 grand Cherokee. They detailed and cleaned my car after repairing my accident damage. I did not even recognize my truck when I picked it up. J seen that I was on the side of the road in a bad accident. He pulled up and told me about his shop. He had just closed his shop at around 930pm prior to my accident. He made me feel like family, he towed my car to his shop, gave me a ride and re-opened during non business hours to help me process my claim and to get me a rental so that I can go to work the next morning. I happen to be a cop and had very important work related things going on the next morning that I could not post pone. I obviously do not want me or my friends/family to get in an accident. However, should this happen, I will ONLY go here for my repairs! Thank you MTA Collision

My Van was hit pretty decent from the front. Took it in for MTA and when it was returned to me it actually looked like a showroom car. They fixed the damaged very well, they cleaned the inside and outside of the car and it just came out perfect overall. Timing of the repair was a few weeks which I expected and I’d rather have them take their time get perfection VS fast and sloppy like others. 😀😀

Took my car in and David welcomes me with open arms. Also gave me a rental car for the time my car was at the shop. All in all a great place to go for damages done to your car. I promise they won’t disappoint.

There is always a fear service garages and auto repair shops rip you off! This place is the opposite. They do stick to their word and complete the task at hand correctly and don’t pull a fast one. They are totally honest and upfront. They listen to you, and the they review your concerns, then they recommend, in the most natural way on all the work to be performed. They truly give you face value comments that’s all you need for a job worth doing and being done well. Recommend.

This is the 2nd vehicle I’ve had MTA do body repairs on. I’ve been extremely happy both times. Guys are honest, repairs were done quickly with a fantastic result. Great communication. I also love that they support Lamphere Schools. I hope I don’t need auto body work done again...but if I do, MTA will be the only place I go.

Honestly one of the best businesses I have ever worked with in any industry. Fast, responsive, kind, and unerringly professional. As a customer I am prone to panic and unease but they were willing to explain any and every step to help me feel more comfortable despite the concern of needing multiple panels replaced on our brand new car. I hope I never need more work done but if I do, I know where to take it.

Dave is greatI highly recommend him.They do excellent work. I had my vehicle in there for body work because of an accident and they had it done within a few days and done great work on it. Ive also had my other vehicles in the shop to get fixed. Im very pleased with the work they do.

Incompetence at its finest!This shop had my vehicle for almost 6 weeks for a simple suspension compressor. Came to pick up the vehicle 4 times, each time car wasnt right. The last time was the car wouldnt even start because the mechanic didnt tighten the battery cable! Then the owner told me to get the f out of his shop when I was set to pay another 300 bucks and was a little disgruntled. Needless to say, stay clear of this shop if you actually would like your vehicle fixed!

What a awful experience, the shop received a two party check in January for work to be done on my car, here we are the end of May and still nothing to show for it . I got excuses after excuses, they were beyond unprofessional. I got my insurance company involved and the questioned the shop as to why they signed my name on it, the stated I gave them power of attorney, my insurance company and myself asked for that proof which they couldn’t come up with since I never signed such a form . The shop forged my signature, deposits the check and my car never got fixed . The shop owner was a hot headed, unproffesional, nightmare. He thought he could get away with it . I highly recommend you to stay away from MTA Collision

Im not usually one to throw a company under the bus but over a prolonged 5 months of paying for something upfront; with nothing to show for other than the unwanted drilled holes in my bumper(which was specifically stated not to multiple times).From dealing with lie after lie, with them rescheduling appointments the same day of repeatedly, llegal actions, disrespecting not only me but my mom and grandpa and I could go on for days.I HIGHLY suggest you all to not give business to MTA COLLISION. Literally the worst experience with the most unprofessional supposed shop owners ever dealt with.

These people are scamsters I took my car in for a repair they told they would do it for 600$ I said thanks I go somewhere else I went to Troy Auto and they charged me 35$
