We hit a deer November 6, 2020. The tow truck dispatcher gave us a recommendation to take the van to Madison Heights Collision because they would pay the deductible and help with the cost of a rental car. We contacted them for an update the week of Thanksgiving and were told it was almost done and it would possibly be ready by Nov 27. After another week went by, we contacted them again, and was told that it would be done by Dec 4. This started a game of lies told by the shop, including several texts to say they were finishing something up but the tow truck would deliver our van later that day. This happened the week of Christmas, week of New Years, with promises to deliver. We asked for a photo of the car to prove they had it and that it was really completed as they said, and they sent us one photo of the rear end, so we couldnt even see the damaged parts. On Jan 2, 2020 we received another text telling us that it would be in our possession that day. We did not get anything. Upon letting the shop know that we would be forced to seek legal action if they did not return our car, they told us there was an electrical problem and they were fixing that, even though they had already indicated that the van was fixed-otherwise, why promise to deliver? On Jan 5 we received yet another text upon inquiry of the status that stated that they were putting the last 4 bolts in and it would be delivered to us as promised. Even though we had been in contact with the local Progressive agent handling our claim, I called the claims representative to explain what was going on. After the call, we received another text message stating that the tow truck is en route to them and well have it today. They also asked in the text for an email so they could send a final invoice showing that they paid the deductible and nothing is owed. We got our van back, but the hood doesnt fit properly and it wont close all the way on one side. We also have a warning light on for the auto start/stop, so our van was returned to us in worse shape than it was before we hit the deer.They also stated in their texts that they would be sending the check to cover our rental car in our car when it was delivered. We have not gotten that check, and calling/texting them leads to more lies, including 2 texts that came from jack one on top of another-one that said he would be back in the shop later that day, and one that said he was out of town for a funeral. Really?Do NOT use this shop unless you are prepared for a long wait, lies, and refusals to do whats right. I will update my star rating IF they mail us the check that was promised.

I have never written a review for any company but, this was one of the worse experience ever. The tow truck driver talked me into going there saying where I wanted to go would fix the car fast. Said they would fix it in less then a week. First week I called them and didn’t get any updates and they would call me and didn’t. Second week I had to play middle man with them and the insurance company. The collision place didn’t make no effort to get ahold of the insurance, didn’t turn in any information for two weeks, then didn’t turn in the estimate. They had the car for three weeks and didn’t turn in almost nothing to get the car fixed, hardly got any information or updates. Called everyday and only got the assistant that worked there. They wanted to charge 5000 for storage. They said they paid for towing which they did not. And I had to get the car towed to another collision place to get it fixed after three weeks of nothing. Then the insurance place has said they have had problems with them and doesn’t want anyone going there like ever. Never go there!!!!

Wanted my Jeep fixed after a minor fender bender. Told the guy here I just need a quote to proceed. He said no problem Ill email you a quote same day. One week later.......Im working in it now........One day after that......Im working on it now.......Never mind dude. I went to another shop got in writing quote in less than 20min.Maybe this place needs better wifi? He explained to me he was still looking up the parts prices. The 2nd shop I went to found them in minutes!

Wonderful customer service. The employees are very nice and they help you as best they can. They waived my deductible on my truck repair.

Madison heights collision is the best collision shop out there! I never write reviews but for this experience I had to. Jack took all the stress right off my back he is very professional and they have great customer service. I was given a rental car while my car was being fixed. Jack personally drop off the rental for me at my work which helped me out a lot. I would definitely recommend Madison heights collision you won’t be disappointed!! Thank you Jack.

This location is very rude and use profanity. They do not keep their promise dates for repair and even though their website says they offer free rentals that is also not true.. I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone and 5star rating seems a little far fetch to me.

I would highly recommend this shop, they are great at what they do very fair and they are all around great people, customer service is there #1 priority, I would give these guys a 10/10 for my entire experience with them from the time they picked up my car till the time they finished the job.

DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE - EVER! This shop has promised our car for weeks and only after SEVERAL phone calls to them. Never arrived. We were told “tomorrow” and then “this weekend” then March 10th we were told it was done and would be delivered that night. Then our insurance company’s investigation team got involved and then the vehicle was “promised” by March 17th (in writing). The only time this company contacted us was March 2nd and after my husband wrote a negative review. They promised the vehicle would be delivered on March 10th and also promised that if anything changed, they would call. The ONLY communication that was sent after that was to text my husband 2x to ask him to remove his review. ZERO updates or communication since - extremely shady and we have contacted our attorney. Still have no car. They have had it since Dec 18th. It was reasonable for a slight delay but the lack of communication, mysoginistic way they spoke to me and my stepdaughter (vs my husband) and the blown delivery dates is inexcusable. This place needs to be investigated. If I could choose 0 stars, I would.
