I love the new owners. Friendly and kind and the store is always so clean and welcoming. I love that they put the lids on the small slurpees ahead of time. Makes it so much easier when you have little ones.

Out shoveling snow at 1:52 AM.Stopped at the 7-Eleven at 11 mile in Madison Heights. The attendant said there’s no coffee made and they don’t make coffee till 4 AM😵. He did not offer to make any coffee. So we asked could he just make us one pot coffee. He said I guess but it’s gonna be a while and did not start making coffee. Instead started wiping down the slushy machine. Sure That’s what everybody’s coming in for in the freezing cold! ❄️ And literally seen five plow trucks out within a half a mile of the 7-Eleven as we were leaving!

I just had the worst experience with afternoon shift girl with long blond hair:: she was so rude .ive never been treated so poorly at a convenience store. All the food was old and nasty. She was talking so mice to her friend while a line of people waited

Me and my wife went in at night because she wanted a slurpee, we was the only 2 in there plus the worker, he kept trying to follow us, doing things that did not need to be done #racism

The employees are always very friendly and chatty...most of them know me by first name... I have never had an issue i have been going there for about 4 years now(started using my first name within a few weeks...)Michelle and Alex are my favorites and got to know those two well...keep it up guys.

While I cannot comment on the store itself as I just went right up to the counter I can comment in the unintelligent staff who only answer is I cant do that Im not a manager. You cant charge me the correct pricethat the sign behind u displays

Just tried to get a Google play card for my kid the guy at the counter said Im not allowed to sell them only the manager or owner is what kinda bs is that now I see why this store is always empty when I drive by

The staff are careless and the majority of the food in this store is beyond expired

Midnight employee was rude and obnoxious. She kept asking if we needed anything but also said that you just dont know what we want do you? When we were looking around trying to make a decision on what to get. We let it pass the first time but the next time we returned and were once again deciding what we wanted to purchase she outright tried to claim we were loitering and also implied we were there to steal. Even tried to implicate that we must have taken beers and hid them up my dress!! She claims her manager yelled at her for us taking so long last time. I do not ever wish to return there or spend another cent at this location.

This is the worst 711 everyone is rude. I will go out of my way to not go here.
