Love this place. Always pleasant when I walk in and hardly ever do I wait.
Such a poor service and poor inventory such a waste of time they should just close it down walgreens cross the street way better
Its a shame I have to leave this review. I want to start out by saying this review is on the pharmacy, not the store. The staff of the store are all wonderful. The pharmacy on the other hand, is a different story. Every time Ive dealt with this pharmacy, the staff is more rude than anywhere I have seen. They really seem to hate their jobs. Today I had an appointment for a flu shot. Took time out of work to go up there for this. When I arrived at the pharmacy, the darker hair female with a pony tail rudely says we dont have any flu shots. No apology for the inconvenience, no explanation as to why my appointment wasnt canceled or I made aware of the situation. This isnt the first time this pharmacy has been rude to me but its the last. The Walgreens across the street has a much friendlier staff. Communication is non existent with this CVS pharmacy.
I tried to get a covid test and apparently you are unable to get tested if you dont have internet access so apparently you will be forced to go on without being tested what a joke
The pharmacists at this location sets this CVS apart from the other locations in the area. They are super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The service is quick as well.
Every single time I have ever had to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy - my experience was never less than wonderful. The folks that work there are beyond pleasant and seem to almost go out of their way to assure excellent customer service. I’ve been blown away by every employee I’ve ever come in contact with. I usually go to the CVS in Hazel Park but there have been several occasions where the wait for a prescription was at least a day so I drove to Madison Heights hoping that they would be a little quicker. Not only did I receive faster service, I also discovered some of the kindest people working in the customer service industry that I’ve ever really dealt with. I love them and I’ll only ever go to this pharmacy. I’m incredibly grateful for each and every one of them.
I drive just under an hour to CVS Madison Heights store (#8019) has zero wait usually but 100% outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE SERVICE!Majority of the CVS stores provide great service, this particular store goes Above and Beyond to their shoppers to assist them.
Very helpful staff.
I use this pharmacy faithfully every month for not only my sons meds but also my senior dog. The pharmacists are great they are caring did I mention my dogs love to take a ride with me to the drive thru because they get a dog treat. They’re great!!! I always used meijer and it was a fluke the first time I brought the script here but I have to say forget those Mperks at meijer it’s worth the care and compassion. With my dog not doing well and getting his meds they are great about asking how he is doing even went as far as asking to see a picture of him. That right there made me feel like they cared.
Ive seen better, Ive seen worse.
My husband and I like this store alot. Everyone knows us by our names here and we are in here to shop every other day at least. Sweet people, excellent service. We love all of the employees. Honestly..I am not related or a worker here just a customer! lol.
Stopped in to grab cold medicine for sick kid at home. Quick trip, no lines, friendly cashier.
First of all, I got the text messages about some of my scripts being rejected. So I called the pharmacy and, even though i have the same insurance, i was told to bring my card theb i was hung up on.I went to the pharmacy to pick them up and was told to go to prescription drop off. The lady that was down there was not friendly at all. She made it seem like it was my fault my insurance rejected my scripts. Normally, the pharmacy would call my doctor and my insurance. This lady told me I had to call both places. I was yo-yod between that lady and phone calls. I fixed one and had to call on the other. I was told it was covered, but it was for a different version. I let the lady know and she got mad and said that she couldnt just change my script right then and there. By this time, I was already upset and yes i did snap at her. However, yelling at me that if i wanted help to go see someone else was the last straw. I have never been mistreated to the point of tears before and i will not be going back to this cvs.
Good place... Really close.
