This pharmacy has gotten horrible! The last 4 times they have either not had my medicine or only had half of it and not bothered to tell me until I got there to pick it up. This time I actually called my refill in and talked to a person. I was told they were running behind and it would be ready at 3:00. At 3:00 I was told 15 more mins. At 3:20 I am told 20 more mins. The lady acted very rude! I will be changing to another pharmacy.

Ive used them on and off for a couple years horrible customer service very rude people and they always seem to mess up on something they need new staff in this Pharmacy and much better attitudes

Super rude girl there. Was extremely rude to my mother for no reason AT ALL and has been to others as well. I guess when she’s having a bad day everyone has to and so far nothing seems to have been done about her. She should not be working in customer service. As a matter of fact it seemed like the manager was taking up for her saying that they’ve had problems with her before but she’s gotten a lot better like that’s better?? How was she before??? Absolutely ridiculous.

I recently picked up a prescription from the Madison Heights Walmart pharmacy. It is a monthly prescription no different, same color same size pill. However after I looked at the label and looked at the bottle only had half the amount I should have had, It was 15 instead Of 30. The milligram had been changed from the prescribed 2 milligram to 4 mg. I was never told of this change. When I called Walmart just now, Walmart told me they changed it because they were out of the 2 milligram. They said they did call the doctor for permission, I will check that tomorrow. I adked about the price increase of $2, the tech just said insurance coverage. However I was not informed, I was not called, I was not told at the counter. Because of the increase in the milligram and me not knowing the difference, I could be dead right now. Thank God Ive only taken 3 of the higher dosage pills. Im not sure I can ever trust Walmart pharmacy again.

Go to another pharmacy! They held my medicine for a week and kept saying it wasnt there then when I had a dr. Call it to another pharmacy they couldnt fill it because Walmart already had! Terrible pharmacy, terribly customer service.
