I cant express enough how well their staff supports its customers! It was 2 days before the Labor Day weekend and I needed a Jace 8000 for my customer in the worst way! My current Jace had failed and I needed to get this building operational badly. Shaun Vancil in inside sales had a Jace overnighted for me to pick up the next day. He called me as soon as it arrived, got it licensed immediately and contacted Tech Support for me when I started having an issue with the SD Card. Kevin from tech support talked me through the issue and my customer was back on line with no issues! Thats service that cant be matched
