Called asking if they had a 500mA 3AG style fuse. They said they had it but it was over 13 dollars per fuse. Which is an outrageous markup. If they are selling a .60 cent part for 13 what other outrageous prices do they have?

Walked in to place a order and the gentleman at the sales desk made it seem like an inconvenience because I did not have the exact model number of what I needed. For God sake I needed wire mold for a controle box that I am building how hard is that. When the sales man said what kind I told him I do not know and he said well I kinda need to know and I agree. When I asked for a catalog it seemed to be to big of an issue and he did not want to be bothered. So a came down the street to Johnstone and gave them my $3,000 order.
