The paperwork was a little ponderous, but once I got there people were courteous and cheerful. I enjoyed my conversation with Dr brandis. He seems like a very nice guy.

The front staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, and not knowledgeable of their services. Staff of an EAR, NOSE, and THROAT doctor did not even know what a deviated septum was even though the correction procedure is listed on their website. Came across as extremely condescending so I decided to bring my business to Dr. Kewson out of Canton who has extremely helpful and professional staff.

They have the worst service. Front desks staffs are very rude and talks to guest like they don’t care. No respect for the patient.🤬🤬🤬 don’t go there rather stay home sick.

I had a Pleasant experience here. I am extremely big on common courtesy and respect. They were also extremely quick and answered all my questions without an issue. I would definitely recommend with five stars. If needed... I would schedule another appointment without any doubt.

Most shady group of doctors. Do not go here. The other online reviews are fake. Notice a shoe picture with glowing reviews. Putting pictures pushes up the Google algorithm to manipulate reviews.

One of the worst doctors offices I have ever seen in my life. Has the worst patient service starting from the lobby. The girls behind the desk are very bad at scheduling, the doctor is a terrible and impatient doctor. He was yelling at my 83-year-old mother because she moved while he was cleaning her ears. She was in pain and the doctor was still yelling “don’t move” and not checking to see if something was wrong. They’re very busy and are always packed, no social distancing. This wasn’t the first time this happened to me and my mother. I will never come to this office again and I will report this doctor and the office to the health department. I just wanted to make sure my community knows about my experience and can take it into consideration.

I went there due to some hearing issues in my right ear. The professional staff did an initial diagnosis, audiology test and Dr. Brandes recommend course of action. My hearing has returned to my normal and I am very happy. The facility is crowded and appointment times usually run about 15-30 minutes late, but the level of treatment and care is excellent.

The first appointment I had with Dr. Brandes was after 5pm. I felt like I was being rushed out of the office and not listened to because it was after 5. I’ve had dizziness and ringing in my ear for almost two months now. This appointment was at the beginning of the year. He ordered a dizziness test and said to go on a “no cats” diet. During that appointment while I waited I could hear co workers chatting outside of the room pretty loudly. Complaining about co workers in the office and making quite a bit of noise. This didn’t sit well with me, I wondered how things are run if they were complaining about the office like that. Later that week I had the dizzy test and it was determined my right ear was weak. He wanted to try the no cats diet for two weeks and proscribed me meclizine. Two weeks go by and no changes so we scheduled an mri which was two weeks later than that... while the mri was being scheduled, the woman at the front desk referred to Dr. Warren Brandes as “the doctor with no brains” on the phone to the person at the mri location. I was shocked and didn’t know what to think. I couldn’t believe an employee would say that right in front of a patient. He saw me after the mri and couldn’t remember anything. He was saying again to take meclizine and go on a no cats diet, and get a dizzy test done. I said I’ve already been doing that for almost two months now when you initially made these suggestions. He said my chart from the dizzy test was no where to be found and left the room for the nurse to find it. That poor nurse, I felt bad for her. He barged in while she was still asking me follow up questions and she wasn’t ready for the doctor to come in yet. I’m not sure if I just had bad luck with these appointments or not.. I think he may just have too many patients to handle, and he seems rushed when visited. I didn’t make my follow up appointment and will be going somewhere else.

Dr. Brande’s Hands are a blessing. He took his time fixing my nose. I was in bad car accident back in August the air bag broke my nose. He did his best to give me a look I’d love!! He told me will take time but results will be amazing and he wasn’t lying. I’m so happy with my nose. Him and his staff are so helpful and nice. I’d highly recommend him.

The doctors are knowledgeable and the wait time is short. My only complaints are with the support staff. They just barge in your room to interrupt while the doctors are examining you or doing an in-house procedure and the sternness of the reception staff. They get you in promptly if you feel you need to be seen quicker than your scheduled appointment.

Ive been in and out of many doctors appointments since October 2019 and none of the doctors could tell me what was wrong. I kept telling the doctors I thought it could be my thyroid again but no it didnt show up in x-rays, labs or ultrasounds.I had one appointment with Dr. Metz at E.N.T surgical associates he suspected thyroid setup a CT SCAN. And there it was a diagnosis in 3 weeks with this company. Please go to E.N.T surgical associates because my issue started with an ear infection and then swelling in neck + shoulder followed I lost 4 teeth waiting 10 months for the other doctors. But Dr. Metz figured it out with the correct imaging in 3 weeks.

Sorry, I went to get my allergy injection, and the lady that gives the injections, told me to call when I was in the parking lot, only to be told she wasnt seeing me. Needless to say, because, of these mask, my throat closed up on me. I THOUGHT I WAS ABOUT TO DIE, the orange boy in the white house. Because, of his lack of, these N95 mask has a lot of cotton in them that clogged my windpipe.

Opens 8am, allergy shots can be done until 11 or 12.The Drs I dont believe schedule appts until 9am.I get my shots daily, was recommended here by an old coworker and thankfully my Pcp recommended them also. Thorough, quick, nice. Had my nasal canal corrected via surgery elsewhere and wish I had had it done here instead.

I usually dont look forward to seeing the doctor, but the staff is so friendly.

Please do not go here ! Brandes needs to be investigated by the state. If you are on the Healthy Michigan Plan, he will overbook and over treat you. I had a gut feeling something was wrong with him pushing surgery with no clear explanation. My new ENT said it was overkill. Couldnt believe I had a biopsy done (which comes with stress and anxiety wondering if you have cancer) for a simple diagnosis. Ive been fine ever since. Please get a second opinion after anything this man reccomends. It saved me so much unnecessary drama.

Dr. Warren Brandes is the most dedicated, caring and determined doctor I have encountered during the 7 years that I have been helping my parents.

Dr. Brandeis was great in handling my vertigo. But the doctors there really need to do something about that staff. They know absolutely nothing about customer service. In addition, the last time I attempted to go to an appointment, someone in the waiting room was wearing perfume so strong I had a migraine and threw up (and I dont even have high sensitivity to smells like other patients did who left too). When I called to tell them I couldnt sit there waiting more hours to see him due to that, whoever took the call had such the biggest attitude, like I was inconveniencing her. Enforce your no strong perfume/cologne rules and get your staff thorough training in customer service or the practice will be driven to the ground. Cant have customer service without the customers after all.

I still have PTSD from Dr Rochen poking a hole in my eardrum and inserting a tube. He kicked the door shut and said dont be a baby. This was almost 2 decades ago. I will never forget how cruel he was.

Speaking personally, this place has a doctor that made my ear-wax problem temporarily worse, giving me excruciating pain in my ears as he operated on me. I had to miss a day of work due to his operation. I will always have a terrible memory of being operated on, at this place, for ear-wax build-up and consequent partial hearing-loss.

Waited almost 2 hours for my daughters appointment, and front desk was super rude. Wont be going back

Absolutely horrible place. The manager and Dr. Brandes were completely unprofessional and rude. My wife had an appointment a few weeks ago and they told us to make a follow up appointment for a procedure. So, We came back a second timeand they took our co-pay, once the doctor comes to see my wife he says they’re too busy and can’t do the procedure so to make another appointment. They already charged me for this one and her last and did absolutely nothing both times. We asked to speak to the manager why they can’t do the procedure and they just started yelling at us and Dr. Beandes came over and said he’s going to call the police. We did nothing wrong and all we asked was why they can’t do the procedure since that’s why we made the appointment and if we need to come back then they need foredunes our co-pay we just paid since the doctor didn’t do anything and said they are just too busy today. We also waited an hour to see him. Do not go here, horrible customer service and they’re just trying to take everyone’s money.

Dont even suggest this place. I put one step into the waiting room and the lady at the front desk had already started complaining she was like WE ARE A FRANGRANCE FREE OFFICE YOU CANT WALK IN HERE WITH PERFUME ON!! I did not have any perfume on and i told her that. Are people not supposed to take showers or use deodorant and body wash.Then i was trying to sign in and she kept on talking and talking and talking about how you cant have perfume on and I kept telling her I didnt have any on it was just a fresh shower, she didnt believe me. I sat down and was filling out NEW patient papers and I could hear her mumbling about the perfume again. After I was done filling out about 20 papers. Walked up there and she said oh my I could smell your perfume just whirling at me I DID NOT HAVE ANY ON!! I sat down and then later she called me up for my license and she said it again THIS IS A FRAGRANCE FREE OFFICE, IF YOU STEP FOOT BEHIND THOSE DOORS THE DOCTOR WILL KICK YOU OUT!! And again I told i wasnt wearing any. Another secretary standing behind her walked back and forth and mumbled tell them to step away from the desk their perfume is too strong and after that I got annoyed even the other patients sitting in the waiting room were laughing at her she was taking it to a whole nother level. I asked for my insurance card and license back, and the papers i had signed and ripped them up and put them on her desk and walked out. BUT AS I WAS WALKING OUT SHE STOOD UP AND STARTED CLAPPING AND SAYING YAYYYYYYY FINALY THERE GONE YAYY!! I was outraged nobody should ever be treated that way. I was treated with great disrespect it was unbeleivable and also as I was walking out she yelled out I WILL REPORT YOU! And I told her go ahead. Very very very rudeI anything I should report herThey dont even deserve a one star rating

My visit was a disaster! The staff sitting in the front desk is extremely rude, unprofessional, careless! They skipped over my name during my visit, so I had to wait there for an hour and a half! When I approached their desk to ask why its taking so long one of the girls angirly told me to go back to my seat instead of applogizing for skipping my name and starts yelling at me for approaching their desk!!!I have never been mistreated like this in my life and I ask that they train their staff better! I also heard the staff mumble stuff about me when i walked back!!

Since Dr. Rochen left, the place became horrible. The staff are rude and the turnover is high. Recently they had to close this location because so many people have left. While waiting for my shot, everyone in the waiting room complained. Patients are treated like they are inconvenient. Waited to change allergists because I thought they would be difficult. They were. First they refused to release my serum until I saw a doctor (they were closing office). The so-called dr visits were a joke consisting of the dr looking down your throat, saying you have post-nasal drip. That was it. The visit lasted under 3 minutes. It was just a scam to the insurance company. Now I am not sure if they will release my medical records. At the new place there are at least 2 other patients going through the same. I would avoid at all costs.

I had been dealing with ear drum problems for almost 10 years, with one failed surgery. Im very happy to say after four months Ive recovered fully from Tympanoplasty & Mastoidectomy surgery preformed by Dr. Warren Brandes back in March of 2015. Thanks to all who help in the process.

She didnt like how I couldnt remember all the names of my medication I was taking so she stared me down with a look of disgust n stormed out the room . . The doc came in 10 min later . .
