Excellent visit today!! Paul and his team turned a routine visit into a highly productive one. They found a small crack in my hearing aid and properly repaired it. They also found my aid to be under-performing, and quickly re-set it to an optimal level. Our experience at this store was amazing from start to finish we called in and got our appointment with in 24 hours of the call once we got there the atmosphere of the store was so inviting and Cheryl made us feel so welcome from offering us coffee to bringing it to the back since we didn’t even have to wait Rebecca was ready for us! I love my aids they are rechargeable so I dont have to deal with changing batteries they also hook right into my cell and I can take my phone calls through the hearing aids! My experience here was the best I have been wearing hearing aids for many years, I was about to give up when Rebecca explained the difference. Anna was wonderful, my hearing was cheked for annual service, I was very pleased, because, without her service I woulld have not realized that my hearing had dropped to a different level. An 84 year old woman with macular degeneration (very poor eye sight) with poor hearing and mobility was completely taken advantage of. Even tho they said theyre given her a refund, theyre keeping 10% ($539) for b.s. restocking fee. They told her she was getting $9000 hearing aid which was a lie. No such thing. Keep your moms and dad and anyone you know away ffom Miracle ear. Costco sells the same hearing aids for half he cost. Theyre a rip off. Rebecca (so called specialist) is a liar and took advantage of an old woman with poor eye sight and hearing.. Paul beach (owner of multiple locations in Michigan), well, good luck trying to get a hold of him. Miracle ear (corporate) said they couldnt much because the offices are independently owned and couldnt do much. Stay away from Miracle ear. They took advantage of an old woman with disabilities. Theyre horrible.

I have battled with Tinnitus for years and everyone told me to just give up it will always be that way! If I am being honest my mother has been grouchy for the last 6-8 months and on the day we met Rebecca I came in just knowing hearing aids were not going to help!
