I don’t know the names of the workers who worked the evening of 7/6/2021 but I do know they ALL NEED A RAISE!! After struggling all day to get my truck to them, they managed to get me in, fix the truck, and had me back rolling within a few hours!! They were truly a blessing!

Customer service is lacking. Make appointments and they dont get you in. Just dont feel that they understand that trucking is a business.

Most unprofessional company I’ve dealt with in over 30 years of operating in the transportation business! Personally I question their honesty in fully disclosing issues and then their unwillingness to stand behind their products/service!! Will certainly not be purchasing Peterbilt products from this facility again!!!

Brian the manager is very unperfessional. Made a sale, took truck on a run and had two issues with truck right away within three days of purchase. I called and he laughed at me saying the trk was as is. As is trucks are sold at auctions for much less. Real dealers dot inspect trucks before going on a lot to sell. He didnt want to give me his bosses name because hes a coward. Now its time to contact BBB.

Great service. Got me in ASAP. Of course it was a Tuesday so I had to wait a little bit but it wasn’t too bad. They got the problem fixed did some improvising and got me back on the road. Make sure you have your credit card in hand or a tcheck or comm check. They will not I repeat will not do an over the phone credit card. It appears they got screwed for quite a bit of money and now we have to pay the price. So do the counter guys and girls for having to put up with that craziness. All in all it was a great visit! I like being able to walk into JX Madison and not only get what I need for parts but find any extra part to dress up my rig also. They have an outstanding selection of lights, chrome, and supplies...heck I felt like a kid in a candy store when I was there.The service I received was far from what I expected...Steve in the parts dept. took the time to answer all my questions and didnt make me feel rushed in any way and that means alot.All in all I had a pleasant experience and will go back.

Just keep driving unless you have a strong desire to waste a bunch of time and then have them smart off at you because they cant get parts anyways

The personal at this Peterbilt dealer is nothing short of outstanding. The only problem I have with this dealership is the truckers lounge. The lounge is a second thought. Nothing like a Rush Peterbilt dealer.

Very friendly and knowledgeable service department. Shop is very busy with a lengthy wait but the service advisor steered me in the right direction for a check engine light while I was passing through Madison.

This is the only peterbilt I have been to that has been quick at finding the problem and fixing it. Only took 4 hours to fix ujoint. Hell yea.

Now I am very discouraged I bought two trucks and one after 45 days the machine broke down, I need a complete repair, they did not want to help me with $ 500 dollars, please do not buy and if you buy make sure they sign a help for at least 90 days they have. I care 👎
