The salesman was very pushy, made me feel like a criminal due to my credit. Price was well above the value of the car. The car fluids wasn’t topped off. The car has 129,000 miles. Three weeks in I have a check engine light. If I didn’t need a car at that moment I swear I would have walked right out that door. So shady!

Cary, our salesman was great. Upfront and honest. However after the sale when contacting CNAC there customer service team members need quite a bit of training in customer service and communication including there management.

I have gotten two cars from Jd Byrider. The last car had nothing but problems that they were just put a Band-Aid on and not fix. We have been working with their financial company CNAC/Automax end it has been the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. You have to prove your auto insurance every three months but it is impossible to get the information to them no matter what email or fax number they give you they never get the information and then try to charge you for collateral insurance when the problem is on their end not the customers. Both cars that we bought we paid over $3000 over the blue book value. Jd Byrider and their finance company only take advantage of people who are hurting financially and credit wise and sell you a car that is way over its value and then make you work with their finance company that is impossible to work with. I would check Carmax if I was for you they’ll probably get you a better interest right because no interest-rate could be higher than what you get when you go to Jd Byrider. There are other dealerships around that work with people with lower incomes and low credit scores, I would definitely go with one of them. All they do is rip people off, go somewhere else.

Ive had so many things wrong with the car I bought from this place. They supposedly put in a different transmission, and its still slipping. Now the service department says they cant fix it because they dont know what is wrong with it. Really? I honestly dont think the technicians arent ASE certified at all. If they were, they would know what is wrong with it. They sent me home with a car that Im paying for but didnt repair it. I dont feel safe driving it. They changed the cv axle seals 3 times and they still are leaking. I would NOT recommend anyone buying a car from this place. Its not worth the money or your time. And the cars arent safe. They just want your money, they dont care if your car isnt repaired or safe for you to drive. Please go purchase a car from a different dealership!!!!

It’s robbery for those in desperate need but they say they’re helping build credit. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here or if you do please do your homework about the vehicle you choose because those cars they sell are not worth the prices they have. Right now I have a 2007 Impala that I’m paying over $12,000 for looked up the blue book value & it’s worth $2,000, went on Chevrolet Dealership lot seen the same car, newer model leather seats Clean & they was only asking for $9,000. I can’t wait to be done with Byrider. My advice is to check out other lots before going forward with them.
