Got the help I needed from Rosen. I do not have a background about my vehicle, so relied on the service representative to talk to my stepdad about the maintenance that needed to be done.The only thing I was not happy with was that they did not look up my cars VIN to see the maintenance that Ive had done at other Nissan dealerships, and were pushy about doing additional services.I will return for routine maintenance while I live in Madison.There was a nice waiting area and wifi was good.
We really enjoy dealing with Rosen Nissan. They do great work which I’m sure a lot of dealerships do. What makes Rosen special is the friendliness and culture of customer service they possess. I always feel welcomed, valued and appreciate the fact they talk to me by name. One of my favorite TV shows is New Amsterdam and the hospital director always asks the staff “how can I help”. I feel this sums up the customer service culture at Rosen. We are purchasing a new Rogue this week and I am looking forward to continuing my relationship with the Rosen service department. BTW, the sales rep, Sandy Pertzborn possesses the same customer service attitude. Very impressed.

I have worked with David a couple of times now and he is always so thorough and friendly. He was forth right with costs, services and he did research for me to get the best price on the tires I was looking at. He kept in contact as the services were completed or as needed. I appreciate his attention to detail and his professionalism.
David is a very professional and dedicated employee at Rosen Nissan. I needed some body work done on my tailgate and he explained they do not do that type of service at Rosen and recommended Gerber Body shop. Still feel pretty iffy about my experience. I understand that sometimes things mess up and it’s possibly just wearing with age.But I do feel that test drives after maintenance work would be beneficial to finding any problems.I have had a really good customer service rep here who is very professional. And it would make sense to defend ones business. Yet, I still feel just a test drive could of prevented me from having to come back a second time to pay 150 for a balance and alignment. After you all rotated my wheels. Kind of feel like this should have been checked prior to me picking up.Nevertheless, I am mostly satisfied because you all did fix my vehicle. I appreciate you reaching out to me David. You definitely are a strong professional employee and this business should truly value your work.Thank you.
Rosen Nissan went above and beyond to ensure I got the car that I wanted despite many shortages in the industry right now! Sunny was our sales rep and he is extremely personable, patient, and dedicated to his job. Were extremely thankful for Sunny. He always went the extra mile to answer any questions that we may have had.
Had transmission work done there and excellent service! Bill, David, and Nicole were so helpful and kept me informed about progress and any unforseen problems. Ive been using Rosen for years, and they are always a professional group. This last visit was because my rear brakes were making a clunking sound, and even when the advisor was confused about what the problem was, they replaced everything under warranty even thought it was a year old! Would highly recommend.

Our 2010 Nissan Murano was at 121,000 miles and we had not done a lot of maintenance on the vehicle except for oil changes. Nicole at Nissan Rosen was great in putting together a detailed list of recommended services. We prioritized the list and knock out several of the necessary ones, and others which made sense to do while they were preforming a necessary service to save on labor cost later. In the end, our vehicle should get us another two years when we will be looking to likely buy a new Nissan Murano.
