Good service. Awesome rentals at no cost. Labor costs a bit high. I guess you get what you pay for. Free coffee is a plus.
Tire idiot light caused by temperature drop. Was diagnosed and addressed easily. Comforting, when one is from out of state.

Dishonest service department staff. Didnt fix back hacth door they said that the left side hinge is bent and the door was hitting the taillight assembly. I dont see a bent hinge and I dont see where the door is contacting the the tail light assembly. I was told it would cost over $3541.32 to fix. They also replaced a broken spring that wasnt broken.

The service was quick and the service members were very friendly. Took two stars away because of the confusing automated text messages. It always says your car will be done by 5 pm, so I thought my service was going to take 4 hours and it only took 25 min.

The service advisors by and large do a great job! They always miss burned out headlights though. Even when I specifically tell them (like I did with yesterdays/todays service), and they still missed it because I forgot to specifically ask if they did it.Bottom line, theyre great for everything but changing light bulbs, that takes hand holding.

The most organized auto service facility I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. This Service Center has a spacious waiting area that resembles a cross between a nice cafe and a British Pub. While they dont serve alcohol they do offer some really good do-it-yourself custom brew coffee. They also offer fresh pastries and popcorn. Help yourself! Has a big screen TV and plenty of places to plug in your phone or laptop while you lounge in one of their comfortable chairs/couches. First rate service from pleasant professionals!

Theyve always been great. Not thrilled about the customer not wearing his mask in the waiting room. Hes got one around his neck but I dont think theyre effective when worn there. Theres always someone in a crowd who thinks theyre special.
We have had our Rav4 there for oil change and repairs. We never have had one issue with their work. The staff is helpful and wonderful to work with. They do have the ability to rent a car while your car is being worked on. The only issue you need to make an appointment to get your car worked on. They are that busy for good service!
My last trip to Smart Service. I grow weary of the upsell. Now they have a scanner that detects wheel alignment by driving through the bay doors. Amazingly my rear wheels were incredibly far out of alignment, and they can be fixed for $125. No thanks, I can get it done elsewhere for less money.When we made our 60,000-mile appointment we asked what they will take care of and were told oil change and tire rotation. Very normal and in my budget. Upon check-in, we now have trans-axle torque and lubrication changing. I added about $400 to what I expected.I recently had my brakes done elsewhere and told Smart Service I heard a light squeak occasionally. I figured wheels are off, throw a little lube on them. Instead I was told unless they are Toyota brakes they will ALWAYS squeak. So because I didnt pay them $2,000 for a $500 job, they refused to even look. Also, the brakes on the vehicle are OEM just not theirs.A previous trip with another vehicle the inspection report showed everything checked okay. Not possible because the horn fuse was pulled and did not work. What other safety issues did they skip? When I asked about it, they defended their tech and argued the point rather than acknowledgement and a corrective action for obvious shoddy work.The sales side of the business is the best and I have been to several Toyota dealerships to buy cars. Al Franklin is my salesman and I think he goes above and beyond, is honest and fair. Cant recommend him enough.
Excellent customer service! Too bad I didnt make my appointment for a Monday, they offer free manicures while waiting, Tuesdays chair massages 😉 No worries though, the service was great as was the cost. The waiting area is clean and comfy, snacks and beverages are provided too. Definitely will continue having then take care of my car.
Had to go back twice to get the part I needed cuz the part was not ordered right the first time got double charged and still havent gone back to get my money back
Amazing waiting room with complimentary snacks and beverages. Very friendly staff that takes the time to really talk and answer your questions. Cheaper than other locations I’ve been, and with complimentary car washes! This was probably the best oil change experience I’ve had yet.

Beaware they say your transmission fluid is good for life. Your fluid should be red not black and gritty. I took my car to another place and had transmission fluid change. Toyota wanted to charge me $3000 for a torque converter. You can get a whole transmission for that. They lie to you. When you call corporate they dont answer and wait time is out the roof.
LOVE the Smart Toyota team! They took a lot of time with us and we came to a great agreement on the trade-in purchase of a new vehicle.
Bought new car, first visit for service. Called for appointment been told don’t need one. “First come first serve, it will take less than 1 hour”. Showed up for service, the guy told 2.5 hours. Either way they don’t tell the truth which is bad or they have no experience how much time it takes which is even worse. Never ever again.
While you may find places to get cheaper service, I will always come to Smart. I appreciate their quality service, friendly staff, and family friendly amenities while waiting for service.
The last time I was there I had excellent service and got out by the time I was expecting. I would have given 5 stars however the first time I went there for service it took 45 minutes longer than I was expecting.
Very fast...very professional... They even looked up a heat blower fan recall and took care of that while I was in for an oil change and tire rotation.
Perfect place to take care of and detail your Toyota especially if you bought it here, which is a top tier Toyota dealer by any measure.

It was very good today despite being very busy. Took about ninety minutes as promised for oil change and tire rotation. Sorry I missed the free massage therapy service offered yesterday, but overall everything went as it should and I was back on myway. Nice waiting area with snacks free Wi-Fi and a good workspace.
