My insurance found me this company, he came and picked us up prior to towing our vehicle on his time, and took us to our car location. Our car ended up being towed before we got there. Our driver then helped us locate our car with another towing company and drove us to the towing company. He was a great guy super friendly and had amazing hospitality with us. We highly recommend him to anyone needing a tow done in his area. He was not obligated to help us the way he did but chose to anyways. And even continued to offer us help if needed after we arrived to the tow company. Amazing guy, amazing service, and amazing company.

I need to get a new battery put in my car and I am so glad that I went here. He made time in his busy busy day to put my battery in so I didn’t have to go very long without my car. I strongly recommend going here. And he is very reasonably priced!

When I lived in Madison I took my car here to have the a/c, rack and pinion, brakes and oil changes done. The work was always professional and done the same day I made the appointments for. The pricing is fair for the area. The Towing side of the business is just as professional and pricing is competitive.

Locked my keys in my car while it was still running. Nowhere was willing to come out to little ol’ Estelline, but JT Mechanics. Quick and easy fix, got my keys in no time, and they saved me from a dead car. They even brought jumper cables and some gasoline, just in case! Awesome company, friendly workers, and I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you ever need help.

A shop in Sioux Falls said our car’s computer was bad. JT picked it up & fixed it for a few hundred dollars. Otherwise we were looking at paying several thousand for a new car.

Ive taken my Honda to JT Mechanics a number of times, once for an alternator replacement that is good as of 8,000 miles. Another time my engine began to leak oil, dropped the car off in the morning, later that night when I picked it up, it was brought to my attention I had a small exhaust leak that was also fixed and I didnt even see it invoiced! Pricing was fair, the service was quick, and my satisfaction continues to this day. Thanks JT Mechanics

Great service! He replaced my hard-to-get-to 2013 Ford Escape battery for only $40 and took around 20 minutes. I could barely jump that thing in under 20 minutes. He also said he wouldve replaced it for free if it was easier to get to. JT is on your side!

Paid $100 just to get my car pulled out of a ditch and then when I took my car to Jacks Service they told me my control arm was bent during towing and now Im looking at over $600 in repairs for damage caused by towing. When you pay $100 for a professional to tow your vehicle you expect it to not be damaged in the process.

I called JT Mechanics and they were very helpful diagnosing the issue and getting it fixed at a reasonable price. My van needed breaks, I called at noon they had it fixed by 4:00pm that same day!

This place rocks and the whole staff is friendly and jhon is great at fixing any problems I recommend his to anyone in the surrounding areas of Madison to call him for every machanical need :) plus if ur out mudding and get stuck he will come save ya never had any problems! hahahahahaha

Decent work, however vehicle was diagnosed with a problem and 1000 later still wasnt completely fixed, then had them do extra work and figure they would compensate it but ended up charging me. Go elsewhere
