I recommend Tonys Auto Repair & Towing for both towing and auto repair/maintenance.I was doing a DIY timing belt replacement on my Honda Odyssey and broke the timing belt tensioner bolt in the engine block. Without the experience nor the tools to extract the broken bolt, I relied on Tonys Auto Repair & Towing to tow the vehicle out of my garage, extract the bolt, and finish the rest of the timing belt replacement. The job was done quickly and effectively with reasonable cost. Tony also communicated transparently and kept me up to date.

Got er done in less than one hour with only a few hours notice! Two pieces of hardware were in my tire and they fixed it up!!

We are always happy with the honest and integrity of Tony. He goes above and beyond to accommodate your schedule and get your car repaired and in good working order in a timely manner. We have been bringing our vehicle to Tony for a few years and we have always been super happy with the work that he has done. His shop may not be a shiny new fancy place but its not about the place rather the work that is completed in the place. Dont let his rustic hidden shop scare you away. My mom had a tire blow out on the Beltline. It freaked her out and she called me in a panic. She has an old car and I couldn’t find the jack or figure out how to release the spare tire. A quick search on Google maps shows Tony’s was the closest (and based rated) towing service. I gave them a call and Jacob showed up within 15-20 minutes. He immediately found the jack and tool needed to release the spare tire. It was completely flat, but my mom has a portable air compressor. Jacob quickly filled the spare and replaced the blown out tire. He followed us off the Beltline to make sure all was ok. Awesome service.

I had a flat tire at 3pm on a Saturday and this is the first auto repair that I’ve needed in Madison, so Google was my searching method. I called several places that either did not answer or couldn’t help me until Monday.I called Tonys, and not only did Tony answer the phone but he said he could help me right away. It took about fifteen minutes for him to diagnose my tire, fix it, and put it back on my car. He also put my donut spare back and backed my car down his steep driveway.I know a flat tire is a pretty simple ailment, but I’m very nervous about my car and I desperately wanted it fixed right away. Tony was kind, understanding, and very quick in helping me. I cannot recommend him enough, and truly appreciate his work. I only recommend more obvious signs so he’s easier to find!

The tow truck man was helpful in jump starting my car and letting me know what might be wrong, but $50 for just a jump start that was an hour and a half later than I was told seemed a bit steep... waited til 9:15pm for the driver to arrive

In the last couple years I’ve had 2 cars towed through Tony and some work done to one of my cars just recently. Tony had the best tow prices both times of the 5 places I called in Madison. A few times I just called him to ask a couple questions about problems with my car and he always points me in the right direction. He’s fast and friendly and talks you through the process. I would advise anyone to go to tony or atleast call and talk to him about your issues. Good prices. Better service.

Had a blown out tire and they were able to get me a tow and on a Sunday too in freezing wind chills and not costing an arm and a leg!! My rim was also bent and needed to be replaced. Not only did I get a new tire at a good price but they were also able to find a matching rim and ordered one in decent timing. They communicated with me every step of the way with any delays. They even offered to come pick me up to get my vehicle if I needed to. I have never seen such honest reputable people in any shop. Car had completely dead battery and wouldnt release my keys. Called for a tow to building parking lot so was off the street during snow fall. They got out here very quickly on very cold night and very friendly and helpful and we managed to jump start the car after a while. He stayed behind for a while to make sure I could drive the car around the building just fine before he left. Very recommended. If need any more roadside assistance in the future will remember this place. Thank you!

They are behind the yellow building on the southeast corner.Conveniently located on South Syene Road but inconveniently located in the back with no sign out front. They did a great job for me when my car broke down nearby.

Tony is great. Fantastic! We were driving through town and our van’s alternator went out. He was open on Sunday and stayed late to fix the van. He did not charge us more even though it was Sunday after Christmas.

I needed to get my car out of a storage lot that was charging me $35/day. I called Tony @ 10:15 AM on a Saturday and asked him if he could get my car and move it to the parking lot in the back of my apartment building..I told him I needed it moved by noon TODAY!! He thought for a moment then said, Sure, I can do that for you.He got the particulars and I told him Id meet him @ the storage lot (since I had to pay before I could take the car out of storage) and I asked him if I could get a ride back to my apartment building in his tow truck and again he said sure, thatd be OK.Jake, Tonys tow truck driver, arrive before noon, hooked my car up and towed it back to my apartment building and dropped it in the back parking lot. He was very pleasant and friendly and we had a good conversation as we drove back.He took care not to add any dents or scratches to my already banged up car.I would highly recommend Tonys for towing as they are very accommodating (towed my car within and hour of a cold call on a Saturday!?!?!?), professional, friendly, efficient and competitively priced.
