Been for service twice with a Focus ST. Basic maintenance was acceptable and timely. However, I attempted to get a second key. Long story short, FOB works, but physical key does not.This item has remained unresolved for 8 months.I will be driving to Athens or Decatur before making the 1 mile drive to Woody again.

My wife Stacy and I purchased a used 2011 Ford Explorer from Woody Anderson Madison last month and our experience was horrible, to say the least. I found the vehicle posted on Facebook and we decided to go look at it. The price listed on Facebook was $12,000, but the salesman insisted the price was $500 more than what it was listed. We even had screenshots showing the exact vehicle posted for the price of $12,000. Then, this place tried to say they were discounting the car by $500 for the price of tires, because we said we didnt need the tires replaced! My wife was told numerous lies regarding the vehicles service status and cost. She was overcharged in taxes and actually got refunded the correct amount, (because she caught it).After bringing the car home, I found that one of the engines PCV hose was left disconnected by the service department, which caused oil to blow all over the engine bay. Thank god I found this error, because it could have been catastrophic to the engine of the car we just paid cash for.Also, the car was supposed to be detailed and had the previous owners stickers removed, but was never done. I was out of state working during the purchasing process, therefore, I feel she was taken advantage of. Im absolutely disgusted by this place and I plan on sharing our experience way beyond this post.

Ive always had great buying experiences with them. I highly recommend Drew Kennedy.My truck had been smoked in by the previous owner. Woody Anderson applied the Ozone treatment. Ozone treatments are not miracle cures for smoke odors. It takes multiple interior cleanings and time to dissipate smoke odor.

I have used Woody Anderson Quick Lane since the first oil change for my 2016 Ford. The mechanics do a very good job. And, their prices are competitive.

Another dealer told my husband that his front brakes & all 4 tires needed to be replaced. When we took the same car here for an oil change they told us the front brakes & tires showed wear, but would last (under normal conditions) for around 2 more oil changes. Seems to me someone else was a bit money hungry. You never find that at Woody Anderson of Madison. Only honest, friendly, respectful and reliable service. Thanks again gentlemen, and I do MEAN GENTLEMEN for another job well done!

I purchased a 2015 Ford Flex from Drew Kennedy at Woody Anderson of Madison. It was the best car buying experience of my life. Drew and the Ford team found me exactly what I was looking for at a fantastic price (best within 200 miles) and gave me better than I expected for my trade in despite its poor condition. He and the team even got all the paperwork ready while I ran home to take care of a few things. When I returned, they had everything ready for me to sign, and all the math checked out. They didn’t make me suffer through any sales tactics or try to slide in anything that we hadn’t discussed. It was a week from the time that I first stopped in at the dealership and met Drew until my purchase. He was polite and accommodating and very low pressure. During my test drive, we went over a long patch of rough road, and I questioned whether the resulting vibrations were related to the vehicle. Drew told me that he would have the vehicle checked as soon as we returned. It became obvious after the road changed, that the issue was the road and not the car, but Drew still had the shop check again to make sure the inspection didn’t miss anything. The car has been perfect and drives like it’s brand new. I couldn’t be happier. Drew and the tram were great, and I plan to return when our other car finally bites the dust.

I purchased an Escape from George Kostakis, he went out of his way to find the vehicle I wanted. I wanted the full view sun roof and cloth seats. I have enjoyed the roof and definitely the vehicle. I travel in the mountains quite often and the extra gears make managing the roads and ease. On the highway I average 30.2 miles per gallon. Love the Escape and the Service that George and Woody Anderson showed me.

Real customer service is hard to find these days but this place has nailed it! Fast, thorough, convenient, professional, friendly. Everyone that I came in contact with, from the phone call to the desk to the shuttle and back! They made a difficult situation with my car as pleasant as possible.

Employees i spoke with were pretty noce people, the car salesman even got us free drinks while we discussed buisness, and the cars on that lot arent half bad either for used cars, some of em are even an outright steal.

The staff is always so super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Their customer service is always above & beyond what would be expected. Definitely gold star service! And they service more than Fords!

I cant say enough nice things about the fantastic service I receive at the Madison Quick Lane location. I own a Toyota SUV, but have used the Quick Lane for several services because it is close to my house. Yesterday I bought new tires. Woody Anderson had the best price on tires and on install, by far, of anyone in town. When I dropped off my SUV, turned out my back-up ride wouldnt start. Justin from Quick Lane came out to help me, and advised my battery was dead. He didnt have the size I needed in stock, but he told me of a local auto parts dealer that would have it, and then jumped started my vehicle. I picked up my primary SUV later, with the new tires, and I couldnt be happier. Thanks Justin and Woody Anderson.

My dad and I came in last week on Monday and purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. While test driving the car we could tell it had been smoked in, but our sales rep Drew Kennedy assured us he’d have it treated with the “ozone treatment” twice and we’d be able to pick the car up next day. The next day came around and the car wasn’t ready cause there was a crack in the windshield so they decided to replace the windshield for us that would take another day. So Wednesday rolls around and the car still isn’t ready. Wednesday was the last day I could pick the car up last week before going out of town. So my parents had to pick the car up on Friday of last week. When they got the car the windshield looked good but the interior was still dirty and still smelled like smoke. I don’t think they did the “ozone treatment” even once and their sales rep Drew Kennedy said they would and that’s ridiculous after spending $9000 on a car and waiting a week to pick it up is just ridiculous. Please just don’t buy from Drew Kennedy he’s a liar and doesn’t deserve a sale if he can’t even be loyal to his word for his customers. Terrible place terrible people don’t buy here.

I have been there a couple of times. Like any big car dealer I think theyre a little bit on the expensive side but all of them are. They seem to know what theyre doing is the only reason I went back. When they knew something I did not know they were helpful.

I bought a truck from Lynn Layton a CPO 12. They swapped out the tires and wheels for matching wheels with new tires on them. The TPMS sensor was bad on one of the wheels. I live in Madison and took it to Woody. The service with any warranty work the numbers have to match up and did not want to cause confusion. Im thinking same wheel, same year...So, I took it back to Lynn Layton and they took care of it.Later on, the passenger seat belt will go into the child lock mode if my wife leans forward enough to make it react. I took to Woody, they could not find anything wrong. They manager did ride with me down the road and nothing happened. He did mention if it persists then they will replace it. How come they didnt in the first place?I talked with Lynn Layton and the service guy was real nice and told me to bring it in and if they couldnt figure it out, they would go ahead and replace. I looked online and found the solution and was able to reset the child lock feature. It only has locked once,. I need to reset it. I am wondering if Woody is one of the dealerships that has the if you didnt buy it here, we are going to blow you off attitude.

I saw a Certified Pre-Owned Explorer online with a great price and included an amazing warranty. I put an inquiry in online and had Drew Kennedy reach out to me shortly after. He scheduled a test drive for later the same day after working around my work schedule.When I showed up the staff had the Explorer pulled up front for me and it was as easy as walking in shaking hands with Drew, giving him my license and insurance card, and we went to inspect and drive the Explorer. He answered all my questions on the test drive and when we got back to the dealership he asked me if I needed time to think about it or if I saw any other vehicles I was interested in. He never I de tried to “hard sale” or push me into buying but the vehicle was everything we needed for us and priced great.I filled out an app for financing and the finance manager was awesome! Drew left me in his care until we found the financing terms that worked for us.I am a mortgage broker and I calculate interest all day, so as we where discussing terms I worked the payment backwards to make sure there were no tricks (they had no clue) but they were honest to the penny!I left later that night with the perfect certified pre-owner Explorer for my family. Even though it was closing time Drew Kennedy stayed to help me learn a few more things and set up my phone and other features.When I’m ready for any other vehicles I will be back to see Drew Kennedy and his team! This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had!!
