Went in for a recall and was told it was going to take 2 hours. Dropped it off at 8 A.M. to have them just “Inspect” my car around 4 P.M. and let me know the techs went home. They got it done the next day pretty quickly.It is the first time they have been terrible about this. Just let me know sooner so I can make proper arrangements.***Update***Service manager called and explained the situation. It is nice to experience a personal touch.
My experience at Zimbrick Nissan East was stellar! Above and beyond what I expected, to be honest. They were flexible when I needed to reschedule my appointment due to my sick kid and got me rescheduled in a timely fashion. Adam was very friendly and helpful when I arrived and assisted me with a small, unrelated issue with my vehicle with a smile. My oil change was super quick and they washed my car as well. It even looked like they did a once over on the interior as some of my garbage was not there when I got back in my vehicle! I’ll definitely be back! Thank you!
Been to Zimbrick Nissan several times over the last decade. Was in today for a pre purchase inspection for my GT-R. Top notch service from Adam G and Justin. Where other dealers said no, Zimbrick was accommodating with my schedule to get me in asap before purchasing.

I went to pick up a replacement gas cap and found great tires at a reasonable price. I was given a loaner Nissan Kicks which was great fun to drive. The new tires are awesome and a terrific value with the alignment saving me $125 in comparison to the Costco equivalent. The staff are attentive and kind. Well done Nissan Zimbrick.

They went above and beyond to ensure I got to work on time by dropping me off then sent someone to pick me up and drop off at their location. Its the small things which matters the most. I could give them 5 stars but they charge $100 for transmission fluid change, it is just like a regular oil change service, does not require a lot of skills to do it, just because my car still under warranty, I don’t want Nissan find excuses to no cover any repairs in case of failure. Customer service 5 stars.

I scheduled an oil change with a specific mechanic, DJ. I always request him for any work on my car. He always does a good job and he doesnt try to sell me something that I dont need. I did mention his name when I was checking in, but later I realized that someone else did my oil change. When I make an appointment with him, I expect that he will do the work on my car. If this happens again, I will take my business elsewhere.
My Service Advisor, Adam, absolutely crushed it out of the park for taking care of my family and I after a near-disaster on the highway with my tire falling off while coming back from vacation. We had to stay in Madison a couple of days, but the staff here set us up with a loaner car while we waited for parts and labor, while Adam gave us timely updates to the status of our vehicle. I wish we had THIS service department in our town.
It was very pleasant and easy. They checked out a noise in my car and didnt charge me a thing when they couldnt figure it out. Im happy no one was pushy or intimidating through the whole process. Thank you
Service person was wonderful. I recently had tires put on and the colored dots were left on. I asked if they could be removed. My service person asked if the service guy next to her if he could assist. He wasnt thrilled he went out in the bay area and came back in and said I would have to buy some remover and do it myself. Not impressed at all with his customer service skills. She then asked another young man from the bay area and he took care of it without hesitation when he took it to get washed. Kudos to him. I know they do a car wash as a courtesy ans I appreciate it but, it looks terrible now.. It was left to air dry and is full of spots. I will need to pay for a carwash to make up for their carwash. Also, when I left I noticed my maintenance warning had not been reset. Looks like I need to go back. All if my maintenance has been done by Zimbrick, not so sure moving forward….. I do like the new text service you receive and can tell what stage of service your vehicle is in as well as be able to approve other things they find during inspection.
I usually go to Rosen Nissan on the west side but decided to go to Zimbrick since I live on East side. I’m very impressed & will definitely be going back! I had a grinding noise when I make a sharp right turn & they figured it out right away. They finished my oil change, cabin filter replacement in such a timely matter! I worked with Kim & Bob. Very friendly & professional!

I took my car to Costco and I was told that the two front tires had nails and could not be repaired. They said I could not buy just one or two but I had to buy all four tires. Over $700. I decided to ask at Zimbrick and they fixed my two tires for less than $70. Major difference! Thank you guys.
The service was performed in a timely fashion.However, as I was waiting for the service department to get me some additional information, I decided to walk over to the sales floor to inquire about purchasing a new 370Z convertible. When I entered the sales area, a salesman acknowledged me with a nod and continued on doing what he was doing. He was clearly busy taking care of something. So, I stopped in front of two employees that were having a conversation and waited to be served. After about 30 seconds of standing there, waiting for a pause in their conversation, I started to get irritated. Neither of them looked at me or acknowledged I was there. So, at that point I said, loudly “Who wants to talk to me?” At this point both of them looked up at me, but one continued to talk to the other. The look I got was “What do you want?” Not, “sorry, can I be of assistance”? Neither employee greeted me or asked to help. So, at that point I asked the question, “What is the availability of 370Z’s these days” to which I got the answer “None”. At that point, I started to walk away and said “We’ll, I guess there’s no reason to continue this conversation”. At that point someone from another office appeared and said “we’re hoping for 400 next year”. I continued walking.I was ready to spend $50K on a new 370Z. Guess what boys, I won’t be buying it from you.
I was passing through Madison on a long RV trip and need an oil change on my Titan XD. Despite my request being only the day before, the service team was accommodating and fit me in. They made swift work of my oil change, which was very fairly priced. They also did a full safety check, washed my truck, and even carefully inspected the hitch at my request. Would definitely use this dealer again when I’m the area.

My grandson lost his keys! They got the car in quickly, even called to apologize for the wait when a sudden rain storm developed, as the sun roof and window were open, while waiting for a bay to open. The price was significantly under the competitor, less than half! Adam and Dan were wonderful!

We were very happy with the interaction with everyone we came in contact with at Zimbrick. I was annoyed that we had a problem on a brand new car and everyone from Connie on down said the right thing and followed through on all promises. A nice gentleman even moved our luggage from the loaner to our car.
I didn’t know what was wrong with my Pathfinder—it was stuck in park after starting, and I had to use the manual shift override to get it in gear. The Zimbrick Nissan service department quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and told me the repair was still under warranty. I asked for and only paid for them to replace a previously broken cosmetic piece they had in stock for around the tail hitch as well as new batteries for my fobs. Very professional and thorough service. I am so glad I drove in for the work. I feel much better taking this vehicle on our planned cross-country trip next month.

Zimbrick Nissan is the best auto shop I have used! Oil change price is very reasonable. Always addresses my concerns. It also provides free rental car if you have to go to work or do something else and come back to get your car. Free car wash is also provided.

Very kind and professional, took longer than expected but very good at keeping me updated amd checking in with me, only thing is that 2 days after my car shuts down driving down the road and it has no oil in it. they did a check of my fluids and stated that my levels were good. i had an oil change a week before and my oil was good and i checked it every day prior to going into nissan and it was good. but somehow 2 days after its out of oil.
In and out very quickly, including a car wash! Professional and knowledgeable staff there to greet me and get me in immediately.
Zimbrick’s Service Dept. Is all about service. My ac compressor died after 10 years snd 125000 miles. I got an appointment quickly and when they had to keep car overnight for a part, I got a loaner. That helped me tremendously as I from out of state and came to Wis to care for my mother. I so appreciate how they helped me out.

Went in for an oil change on a car that was recently purchased from Zimbrick Nissan as used (59,000 miles). Upon inspection I was told there were other issues including new battery, 4 new tires, alignment and balance. I have to say that I am terribly disappointed as a car sold by them should have been inspected better so I was not sold a vehicle with so many issues. Needless to say I’m not pleased having to drop another $1500 on a car recently purchased with their supposed multi point inspection. In fact, before I purchased the vehicle I told them about a wheel/tire balance issue which they assured me was rectified. Now I need the fix that should have been mentioned before I finalized the purchase and I was assured was fixed. Not happy...

The service i received was on a tire. They were able to repair it. However the loaner car that the provided was extremely filthy & disgusting! After informing the lady how dirty the car was, her reply was thats the only car we have. But never bothered to offer cleaning it! Wow....considering whats going on w/ covid ud think this company would value ones safety!! APPARENTLY NOT!!!!

This was my first time st this dealership. I was impressed by their professional, pleasant atmosphere and that they were all wearing masks. The man who worked with me was nice. It was easy to schedule an appointment online. I didnt need the appointment reminders I received but I appreciated them.
I worked with Kim she was very nice and professional. Made me feel comfortable. Took the time to let me explain the issue I was having with my sunroof and the leaks. She didnt come off that she didnt have time to listen. There was another Lady there that I didnt catch her name she was also very nice. She didnt sound like she was being disturbed when Kim was struggling with filling out my information. There was another gentleman who brings the cars in and out of the service area that I think people forget about. I didnt interact with him but just listening to him to speak with other associates sounded very professional. Dealing with the I believe was the service manager he was very detailed in explaining what was going on with my sunroof. One thing I have to follow up in is that I believe the carpet was cut off under my dash and need to find out if that is going to cause issues down the road that I wish they would have explained. Thats the reason for 3 stars Id give a 3.5 stars.

I Came in for an oil change and tire rotation and to check a problem with my radio. I waited for these services.The oil change was completed, a new update was downloaded on my radio and I actually had a bit more tread on my front tires so they were not rotated.

I made an appointment in advance for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was quick. Adam was very professional. He told me that they didn’t need to rotate the tires because the front tires already had the better tread. Overall a very good experience.

Provided loaner vehicle for me while mine was in shop for repair. Overall very satisfied with level of customer service and repairs provided.
