Nice location! Well-organized and friendly/helpful staff. Store has a nice selection. As a squishmallow collector, I appreciated the employees putting up with me calling over the phone to see if they had any, and even telling me which kinds they did have! Decided to pick up a plush that was worse for wear, even though there were plenty in great condition (that’s why there’s a string hanging out in the photo)

I was greeted by Markie, who is a helpful, friendly sales clerk. She helped me with all my needs. I enjoy shopping at this store.

Had a wonderful experience with their staff member Kayla. She was extremely helpful and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving the store. Best party city experience ever! She deserves a raise.

Very nice. The ladies rock. Just go in and prepay if getting a bunch of balloons. Then when you come back you are in and out.Otherwise it could be a little wait as they are busy usually.Candy, costumes, and all you could need.

Party city is filled with endless possibilities for most occasions, the staff is friendly and helpful. Asking for help will save you valuable time rather than wondering around the store.

Excellent selection of party supplies and costumes. Service is great with online ordering and delivery to car. It is better than the indoor service was previously.

Got everything I needed for my childs party. Offering curbside pick up is also a nice option to help people who could be more at risk during this pandemic, so thank you. My only complaint is that when I get balloons they dont usually last as long as other places. But I love the huge selections you have.

I always come here for my kids party accessories. It has everything we need! I do wish they had more brandless/non-character options for kids, but my kids always find something they like. We get invitations, plates, napkins, decorations, balloons, etc. Its a nice one stop shop for parties. Plus their cards are so affordable!!

They are expensive, but they have every color of every decoration under the sun, its quite amazing. I needed fun disposable dishes for an Ice Cream Sundae Bar and I found them. They also have really nice options for disposable utensils. I go to them for the interesting detail stuff, not for the easy to get at Target or Walmart stuff.

This is a really fun place to shop. I found sparkling blue diamonds that were perfect for a Tiffany & Co. party. I also found a white, jeweled and feathered handheld mask here that is absolutely gorgeous. I added a vintage white diamond dangling between the eyes. I am so in love with this one. I love masks and they are one of the things I collect and they have some really pretty ones. Cute costumes. A lot of candy. I love Party City! 🎈

Last minute shopping at its best. I just stopped in for some final purchases and the ladies there were fantastic! They helped me print a custom sign and get balloons filled within a short amount of time.

I LOVE this store!! If you ever need anything for a costume, party or any holiday, this is the place to go!! I live in Edgerton and if I ever need anything I drive up to Madison to go to this location!! I really wish Party City would expand and put a location in Janesville. I know the would get business. I could spend hours in this store and spend so much money and I cant wait to go back soon!!

Yes, they have everything you need in a pinch. But really, the majority of the items are of cheap quality. If you need to plan a party, consider the thrift stores for glassware, serving dishes, etc.

Pretty empty with lack of and bad customer service

Just got out of here and waited in line (approximately 3 other people waiting) and the check out process is so long it took about 5-10 minutes for each clerk to check out one customer. If this wasn’t enough, the manager was yelling at us that we were all waiting in line the wrong way (which was the most logical way). Honestly if I’m waiting in line for 10 minutes does it really matter what way the line starts... especially considering the way she wanted us all to line up made people leaving after checking out bump into the next customers. Focus more on training your employees (and yourself) to be more efficient during check out

If you can find what you need in this store, you do not need it. Everything from wrapping to bows, plates to cups and other party related items, good variety of themes, colors, glitz and glamour, birthdays to weddings, you can find it here. Prices are higher than big box stores but justifiable for a one stop shopping experience.

How can you not like a store dedicated to having fun. Only place I can find bright, blingy eyelashes year round.

We were in the checkout line and the associate asked for assistance as he was the only cashier and he was told “look at us. We’re right here buddy” in a very rude tone by the ladies filling up balloons. This was done in front of many customers waiting to checkout and was extremely unprofessional as he was just trying to provide great customer service. Which he did under the circumstances which is why this received 3 stars. If he didn’t handle it professionally like he did it would have been a one star.

Great selection, good prices. Of course everything is super cheap and breakable like all other costume places, but thats expected.

So unorganized. I waited in line forever. I was third in line. 1 person ordered balloons. A girl does that, fine. The 2nd person ordered balloons. So the second cashier went and work on that. Both costumers had questions. Took a lot of time. There was no one behind me. Stood for over 10 minutes while both girls made balloons.

They have everything you could want for a party. And when it comes to Halloween, they have a bunch of costumes...for women and children. The mens section has about 13 costumes (give or take) and when they did have a costume I wanted, they only had one size available...extra large. It would be a 5 star if there were more mens costumes and more sizes for the costumes.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Store has a nice selection as far as party supplies but the customer service is terrible. They had multiple employees working and not a single one offered any assistance. One of the employees ran into me while my back was turned and didn’t even apologize. Another employee who was walking behind her apologized for her. The cashier was to busy playing with a toy than to assist us. He said the total to us and that was it. Not how are you today and thank you for shopping. Even picked up his toy to start playing with it before handing us the receipt and bag. Not a single employee showed any interest in being there. Most of them were fooling around with whatever toy they chose to play with. There were two employees there that I actually saw working. It was the most unprofessional and unpleasant customer service experience I have ever dealt with. It is to bad a store with some many good options and qualities doesn’t have respectable people working for them!

The workers there were very helpful getting me balloons for an event for work. I went to my car and opened the windows... bye bye balloons. The workers were very helpful getting me balloons a second time and didnt charge me.Id be happy to go back.

Purchased a little mermaid airwalker in may or June with cash couldnt remember, brought it back was told I need receipt or exact date of when purchased to get free fill with helium, paid $8 on original price for nothing. Absolutely ridiculous. I buy things months prior and stake up every week so that its not a huge cost at once, I made few trips to both party cities in my town and sometimes no I dont give my email address out all the time because sometimes Im in a rush and other times I dont feel like it.

I loved that I moved to an area that had a Party City, but this store has been quite disappointing lately. They have a lot of fun party items, decor, materials, and balloons, but I find most of the things generally overpriced. I went here yesterday for bubble wands for a party and found they all were super sticky on the outside which had to have been noticed by an employee when they put them on the display hook. Since I didnt want to deal w/cleaning all of them, I decided against getting them. While I was there I wanted to get 2 Fathers day cards, but when I went to the card area I was saddened to see they no longer have the $1 cards deal. This was upsetting as I always liked getting my cards here. In addition, an employee alerted me to a change in their return policy that requires a receipt for any return now- they wont look it up by credit card or offer in-store credit. This is frustrating as I hate places that make returns a hassle. The employees here have always been unfriendly and slow-paced. I wish theyd address these issues b/c I really used to like this store but the recent changes here have caused me to shop elsewhere.

Awesome selections but help was hard to find, even had to wait for a cashier and there was 3 customers in the store.

Expensive, Not very COVID friendly.

Disappointing! We went for paper coffee cups with lids and paper plates and bowls. Their selection was surprisingly slim, we ended up finding what we needed at Pick n Save for a good price.

Bought at Party City!

Mike was very rude when explaining the Halloween return policy. I ordered a costume online & tried to return it, if I knew you werent allowed to return it after a certain day then I would not have ordered a costume online. I will look elsewhere for a Halloween costume next year just so I dont have to have another encounter like this one.

This party city place did not have what I was looking for and the employees were too stuck up to even bother helping.

Terrible customer service. I waited in a long line for about 25 minutes to get a balloon and was told when I got to the checkout counter that this specific balloon was in an isle and not behind the counter like 99% of the other balloons. The cashier told me I would have to go get the balloon from the isle and wait in line all over again. I was so surprised I even asked the cashier are you saying I have to wait in line for another 25 minutes? And she said Yes that is what I am saying. I would avoid this store at all coaco because of the terrible customer service!

Let me just start of my saying, Im super annoyed. i called to ask a simple question that anybody working there should have been able to answer but of course not. i waited on hold for over 10 minutes listening to the girl that was supposed to be finding my answer talking about her boyfriend to another girl!!!!!!!!!!! i finally hung up and called back to the same girl and i simply said hi i was the one on hold did you find the answer she said hold on and put me back on hold clearly not knowing i could hear her and said god this girl is annoying in not going to deal with her. and left me once again on hold so i hung up again at 5 minutes. called back of course i got the same girl so i just said clearly you dont need or want me business so ill go somewhere else but just an fyi you never had me on hold i heard everything. yup everything Im the annoying girl. she says well one persons business doesnt really matter to me and hung up.......let me just say i am going to tell everybody i know to never use party city. what an awful place.

It was that Saturday before Halloween and the place was busy. That didnt stop the employee from delivering excellent customer service.

High priced for halloween costumes not sure on prices of other things but is a nice store has everything for a party or cake decor!

If you want balloons, call in dont expect to have any service in person. There were many more employees than customers in the store, and I had to call the store for anyone to acknowledge me...despite me standing by the order here sign.

Best place to get all of your party needs.

Came here to get a helium balloon but I was told they couldnt sell any until they filled all their back orders due to a helium shortage. I then asked if I could pre-order the balloon and they said they wouldnt take any further pre-orders until they finished their back orders. This is poor customer service and bad product management. If you have a large amount of pre-orders due to be filled that day, they should be done before the store even opens. Ill be going somewhere else to get my balloons from now on.

They have a very large selection but in order to have the balloons blown up with helium its $1.19 each. A $6 bag of balloons just became $30! Ouch!
