I went to Bob’s searching for a new couch. I went to all the competition stores after leaving Bob’s and ended up back where I started. The sales team is not pushy like at other stores. I politely said we were just looking and the young man, Caleb, was very kind and left us to browse. When we were ready, he was nearby and ready to answer our questions. It is very clear that Bob’s is a customer friendly and customer focused business. My new couch should be delivered in the near future. Their delivery fee is pretty pricey but they do perform all setup for you so it didn’t bother me. Ultimately, their prices were the best in the town. Thank you Caleb for your patience and kindness throughout the process. We will be back very soon to finish purchasing our living room furniture.

EXCELLENT! We’ve been looking for new furniture and my wife decided we should try Bob’s discount furniture. We’ve never shopped with them before and we’re so glad we did. In her words- “that was the best experience and Sam was my kind of sales rep. He didn’t push or hover, listened to us and what we wanted and best of all it was clear cut and to the point. I didn’t have to waste time! He was funny too. That’s my kinda place and it was the first place we stopped!” We will happily shop there again and Sam will be our go to. Hands down, the best!

The store was clean and well set up. The staff was helpful, kind, and not pushy. The prices were about what youd expect for the furniture which was modern and of apparent high quality. I will comeback with a follow-up once my couches have arrived and I can report on delivery and actual in-use quality.

Sam is the best. Customer service vibe knowledge and everything in between he have it for you. I know that when I’m working with him he’s not just trying to get me to purchase he’s making sure that I get what fits for me. All the staff in the store is friendly and knowledgeable but Sam it’s gonna make you feel like you’re at a party.

We ordered a queen size head board and platform set online and chose store pick-up, which was fast and easy. Once we got the item home and put together, we noticed it was far too large for our queen mattress and called to ask about return options. Patience was helpful in finding a solution to either return for refund or choose a replacement product. We decided to return the item and Matt was helpful in assisting the return transaction.Partly, it was our fault for not looking at measurements of an item listed as queen, so recommend doing so to ensure the item being sold is actually the size of a queen mattress. Although it was an inconvenience to assemble, then disassemble and return the product, we are thankful for the great customer service provided at each part of ordering, pick-up, and return process, and would consider Bobs for our future furniture needs.

OMG CHECK YOUR FUNITURE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I Picked up our hide a bed couch asked the loader if we should open and check it over he said No its been checked and its good. When we got home could not open the bed frame its bend up (was advised to take pictures same day which we did). All ready waited 3 months for 1 piece ( the couch) still waiting for 3 other pieces. I get it anywhere you go right now your going to wait for furniture BUT now the frame piece is not available till April. I just wanted to return and get something else. Was told as long as part is available we cant refund your couch. Very bad customer service. BE WARNED GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND NEVER BUY THE GOOF PROOF we did that on the last couch and chair we bought and that was a joke. Pay more and get Lazy Boy or Lane which we did so far so good.

Bought a couch in late March and had to cancel order due to the couch never coming in. Canceled order in September. 6 Months .. all they offered back was my shipping fee ($120). Staff were very nice besides all of this.

Clean, friendly and welcoming. Had a great experience testing sofas everything was nicely displayed and I found the perfect one! Barry was very helpful, super friendly and welcoming and made everything super easy. They even had a snack bar with ice cream, cookies and coffee! 10/10 would shop there again.

Stopped in to browse and the sales person asked if we wanted them to run a soft credit check to see if we pre-qualified for interest free financing. We were leary, but he guaranteed it was just a soft pull and wouldnt effect our credit, so we obliged. He came back and told us how much we were approved for, but we didnt find anything that suited us, so we left. A week later, I received a Wells Fargo card for Bobs Furniture in the mail and now Wells Fargo has an open account for me which I never authorized or signed for! This has been nothing but a hassle to get removed from my credit report and close with Wells Fargo.

Do not give this company a single penny if your money. Their tech’s idea of fixing bent frame pieces is tweaking it with some pliers and using bigger screws where smaller screws failed. The sectional piece was clearly dropped. The tech “fixed” it and said “it’s better than factory new but if it fails again call to replace”. Well it broke within two days and they have to send another tech to determine if the fix is broken. What. A. Disaster.Maybe you’ll get lucky and not be one of us who get broken furniture. But their service is alone is worth going elsewhere.

We purchased 2 new sofas and had the in home deliver. When the delivery drivers brought the sofas into our home they damaged our front door. I reached out to Bobs customer service right away and they sent a response email saying someone would be contacting us about resolving the issue... someone did contact us and i sent them pictures and have never heard anything back. it has been 2 months and still nothing. apparently they dont care about taking care of their customers. would never buy from them again.

Ordered a kitchen table that came with six chairs and two of the chairs came broken. I had to call them in order to get replacements for the chairs. The replacement chairs were set to be delivered to the billing address which was not the correct address on the order so I called and had them deliver it to my house (the order address) and not the billing address. They said that they fixed it. I kept getting text alerts where they kept changing the time back-and-forth on what time they would deliver which is frustrating because someone has to be home so it was very inconvenient. The text alerts had the correct address and yet somehow they delivered it to the billing address and not the correct order address so now I will have to figure out how to go get my chairs. Not happy with the delivery at all.

Me and my fiance went in about 2 weeks ago and purchased a couch. Will was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. We needed to cancel our order due to some personal things but when I called I got a woman named Vicki who was aggressive and rude, she was rushing me off the phone and really tried to say everything to try to not help me. She needs to be talked to, really left a bad taste in my mouth. Customer service needs work, bad.

Despite the delays from COVID, Bobs Furniture is cheaply made and piss poor quality. We ordered a dining table set and the table came damaged. We reported the damage within the timeframe and I requested a new table since the table was not cheap by any means. After literally 5-6 months after we put the order in for the new table top, it finally arrived in WORSE condition than the original damaged one. Called customer service to see if there was anything they could do. They offered a lovely Bobs discount furniture gift card. WHY would we EVER buy anything from this place again when not only the first table top came damaged but the replacement came even more damaged!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A BETTER FURNITURE STORE!!

If you’re shopping for furniture, you’ll do yourself a great disservice if you don’t pay Bob’s a visit. Their pricing is fantastic with a great variety of items and colors for sale. Even their pricing for extended warranty and white glove delivery can’t be beat !! In particular if you are in Madison, ask for Erick Haas. Aside from all of the above, Erick provided thorough and clear options, and was greatly informative. At no time did we feel pressured or upsold. He treated my wife as the equal decision making person she is, which is sadly still rare at other places. This is exactly what a furniture purchase should be like!! Thank you Erick and Bob’s!

1 star might be too many - the local sales staff was fine. The assembly team didnt assemble the couch right, and then didnt show to fix it. And no one at Bobs seems to be able to get a team here to fix it, even though I paid for white glove service. This is no service Id pay for. Hope this saves someone else wasting their time and money.

Deceptive practices! First told that the furniture I wanted was available so I guess I would purchase. Went through with it just to be told now only one out of three pieces of my furniture has arrived and that the delivery date cant be changed so it would need to be delivered on this date. Once they were able to get the furniture in my home they cant take it back so then tell me that the rest of my furniture wont be delivered on the following week as stated. What can you do with only half of your furniture in your home?On top of it, I had taken off work again just to be called at the last minute. If I could give zero stars I would and wont be doing business with these deceptive people again!! They knew when they sold me the furniture that It would be a long time before I actually received it. You can only blame COVID for so long and even with that I could be flexible as for the shipping delays, but the lack of communication and the it is what it is attitude is unacceptable.The response below seems to be the same generic response being used on many posts. If this company truly cared of what we thought then things should be getting halfway better. Judging from many of the reviews in which I wish I wouldve have seen beforehand, its not! The fact that Im having to edit this review again is mind-blowing! The rest of my furniture arrived which is a plus, but this go around the delivery drivers this company sent was terrible! Ive never been so disrespected in my life from delivery drivers and this just blew my mind! First, he was was very rude like he was pissed for having to bring me my furniture. I paid for white glove service in the first place and they opened my furniture outside on the dirty driveway. He told me if he had a problem with me he would tell me when I asked if he was ok because he was just out right rude. Apparently, this company is from Nu-furniture out of Milwaukee and he tried to be intimidating the entire time he was here. His partner was fine but this guy was just awful!!! Please run and dont even bother with this company unless what you need is already in stock and you will be getting a truck and moving it yourself!! Again....run!!

Negative reviews are a last resort in my book and I gave Bob’s every opportunity to fix the issue at hand before posting.We purchased the Hamptons style love seat, sofa, and a kitchen table set for our first home. It was the first time we bought brand new furniture and we thought we did our due diligence. Store and product reviews were good and the sales associates were a little persistent but overall helpful. Things were great until after about 3 months we started noticing fraying, stretched seat covers and exposed staples. Then with light use, the back cushion ripped and a spring popped out from under the frame. After our 2 year old hit his head and was bleeding, we noticed that the armrests had zero padding on them and were just hard and unnecessarily sharp wood slabs! When we brought this to the stores attention, they offered us a gift card and “generously gifted” us the sofa the gift card didn’t event cover! Now we have a sofa in our basement that we can’t resell, isn’t safe to use, would need to rent a truck to haul to the dump and would cost money to have the dump take it! I tried so many times to explain to customer service that their resolution was just another problem! A gift card gets us mismatched furniture at best since we bought a set and their gift of trash costs more money and hassle than if they would have just come and gotten it! LOOK AT MY PICTURES OF LESS THAN 8 MONTHS OF VERY LIGHT USE BEFORE YOU BUY FROM HERE!!! Cautionary tale!

Erick H was fabulous..understood what my need was and gave suggestions when asked. Duper personable and very very kind. Not pushy! Im older and a seasoned sales person so I am probably harder to deal with but I didnt feel that I needed to be careful or on game at all. Cant wait to get my furniture...oh and speaking about that Erick explains the process great and never blamed COVID for anything. Unbeknownst to Erick I had been to 2 other stores before coming to Bobs and they both blamed COVID for delivery time frame. We recently bought our first home in Wisconsin and were excited to shop for furniture, after searching man places, we found bobs and at the time were thrilled with the selection and the prices. However, after a month delay from expected eta, we finally got a delivery date. It was a no call no show. We called in, they apologized and rescheduled to next day due to weather, this was understandable. However, next day, an hour after the delivery window they called and said the truck broke down. Mind you, at this point we had already gotten rid of our old table and chairs, and I have now taken two days off from work. Their customer care center was extremely rude and didn’t seem to care in the slightest and offered us a next available delivery date of a month later!!! Of course this was unacceptable so we called the store directly, where after being shuffled around, we finally got a manager to call on our behalf and give us a solution. The solution was we would reschedule for one week later instead of a month and set up a date and time with us. Suprise when that day came it was yet another no call no show. Now upon calling the store, no one has answers or seems to have any real desire to help us as they tell us we have to wait a month to get a product they have now had in stock for two weeks already. Three days of work gone and my family of 8 is sitting around a coffee table for dinner. Still waiting to hear how they will make this right. Judging by their response so far, they won’t.

Well I like the bed and dresser I got from them, but the initial delivery the headboard was damaged visibly. Decided to just have them replace it, cool no problem I though. The second headboard arrives and they dont have the bolts to attach said headboard to the frame? why idk. but I contact customer support and they say they will ship the parts express to me, maybe 2-3 days from contacting them. Well cut to 4 days later I call the store to see if i can just pick up parts so i can arrange my room, since bed is huge and in middle of the room. They just got the parts in on that 4th day and said they are going to ship them out via fedex, soo another 2-3 days of waiting to have someone deliver the parts. This is just a bit frustrating.

We decided to try somewhere new. When we went in they had a lot to choose from and a good organized store.The person that helped us, was nice. He didn’t explain many benefits or have use try mattresses out but that’s okay. We ordered anyways. We like that we can order one side firm and one side not.The first delivery date was around 1/25/21 then after placing order he changed it to 02/01/21. We were okay with this.I called close to this date asking if the order had came in yet, she said no and the date has been changed to around 3/12/21 I believe. I asked why nobody called and she said she didn’t have time. She seemed very rushed and bothered by my call. I asked if they had any king mattresses in stock or any other options. She stated that king mattresses are not a popular size. She said we can give you a refund but didn’t apologize or anything. She then hung up on me when I said I would think about what we are going to.I decide to wait for the mattresses and was hoping that the date wouldn’t change again. I called a day before the arrival date(note we were picking up at store and lived almost two hours away). A man picked up and I asked him about the order he said no the date changed twice since we talked now the date is the end of March. I said what do you mean nobody called? He states WE DO NOT UPDATE ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS of changes.. I said excuse me? He said yes. I was amazed he was rude and short and didn’t explain or apologize at all. I asked for a refund. This order was under my significant other so he said he had to talk to him. I gave the phone to him and he canceled it and the worker hung up on him.I have also contacted customer service and they were not helpful. We purchased a mattresses protector for $140. Now I have this for no reason because it was for a warranty. I asked for a refund and they say I have to drive 2 hours to return this. No other options besides giving me a $75 gift card which they had already offered me and now they say I either have to return with 30 days or take the gift card only one options.I’m amazed at the terrible customer services.Don’t shop here unless you want to be treated poorly.Morgan and Zach

I absolutely loved working with Will, the salesman that helped me with my purchase. It was such a lovely shopping experience. He was knowledgeable about the items in the showroom. Knowing I wanted to purchase something with delivery ASAP, he proactively looked up inventory for the items I was spending more time checking out. I expressed wishing that the middle seat of a recliner sofa had an option to put feet up as well. Will was brilliant and creative in finding an ottoman from the opposite end of the showroom from a different line that fit just perfectly in front of the middle seat of the reclining sofa I purchased. I never felt any pressure or discomfort with making a purchase. He was always available when I had a question but also gave me space to browse and try out sofas on my own. It was great knowing I had someone in my corner that was paying attention to my needs. I didn’t make a purchase the first day and wanted to see other stores before I committed to an item. I went to another store later on that first day. I came straight back to Bob’s the next day because I realized there were a variety of good options at a decent price with a salesperson I trusted, so there was no need to spend any more time or energy looking at other places.

I found a sectional online that I liked and ordered it, choosing the Madison location as my pick up place since they do not deliver to me. I drove over 4 hours one way from Maple Grove, MN to Madison, WI. The couch was in two pieces and thoroughly wrapped with cardboard and plastic. When I got it home and unwrapped it, I discovered that I had two of the same pieces. I called the store and spoke to a salesperson even though I mentioned that I would need a managers assistance. She told me she would speak to her manager and get back to me. I had a voicemail on my phone shortly thereafter stating that they would re-order the couch from the warehouse and the correct piece would arrive at the store in a week and that they do not deliver to me so I would have to drive over 8 hours roundtrip to swap the pieces. I called back and said that wouldnt work for me because the mistake was not on my end. I was then transferred to the sales manager. He told me that the best he could do was offer me a 10% discount ($80) which does not even cover my gas. He also said that delivering the correct piece to me is logistically impossible because of the warehouse location and delivery truck route. In my opinion, you make that delivery possible. Even if it means loading the piece into a pick up truck and driving it yourself. Anything less is bad business. I took on the inconvenience of driving to pick it up but I did not sign up for a second trip when they ordered two of the same pieces. My conversation with the sales manager was left with him saying that his hands are tied and that he will speak to his store manager when he gets back on Wednesday (in two days). He also told me that because of the holidays, I may not hear from them until the weekend. The lack of effort in rectifying their mistake in a timely manner has proven that they do not care about the customer. If the appropriate measures are taken to make this right, I will adjust my review. Until then, I do not recommend doing business with this store. I dont even want a big discount or free stuff, I just want the couch that I ordered and spent almost $1,000 on after tax and the protection package. At this point, I am entitled to the item I agreed to and paid for, and then some.

Worst customer service ever !!!We were told to picking up up our furniture today after making arrangements with the scheduling desk the day before, only to get there and be told we couldn’t pick it up for another 45 mins I said no we made arrangements as I have to be to work by then and we have the rental for only an hour ! He then told us he would be back in 10 to 15 mins rudely and left us standing there ! We then go inside to talk to the scheduling desk only to find out that it was manager Brandon who Had we had talked too in the back! We also noticed our chair still on the floor not even wrapped for us to take ?!?! I asked if I could just cancel as it seems like they really don’t want to sell us furniture and you don’t know how to take care of customers. I asked the manager for his name and title he asked why I said I just want to make sure that I was talking to the manager the person in charge he said do you have any other issues you need re-solved anything else that needs to be hatched out! Rude!!! Wow I canceled my order and left during my break I stopped in at steinhafels what a difference and we got free yes free delivery !! Thanks stenhafels for making our day!! I worked with Erick at the East Madison location. First of all, such great and vast selections of really nice furniture and by far the best prices around. Erick was awesome and helped me order the bed and nightstand I wanted seamlessly! Bonus he also helped my sister and her husband order some furniture for their new home the same day and the whole process was awesome. The salesman was extremely pushy, and aggressive. When I went to pick up the couch the loaders didn’t even help carry it into the truck at all. The sheet says they are supposed to help load..?? When I asked they just said no they can’t help. I will definitely never shop here again.

This place seems to be fair priced and all that I guess and the sales staff are nice enough but Im just not a big fan of the salesman upgrade game and thats like all furniture stores so whatever. Its like buying a bag of weed that jumps in price when it gets a special name or story tagged onto it. I just want the product and if I have to pay for the extras that I dont need then I feel like Im wasting money giving the salesperson a cut. I know how to use a couch and a lamp and a dresser already. Now if the price is put on the product then I can decide for myself without company pressure. So Im going online.

We had a great experience at Bob’s. Andrew was a pleasure to work with. Ehe store was well setup. We appreciated the transparency of the pricing and the low pressure sales assistance. Their delivery system is amazing. You get a 4 hour window a few days in advance. Then, day of delivery you can track the real time progress of the truck as it goes through the day, and see real time updates to delivery time. Highly recommend!!!

Barry was great to work with, didn’t hover over us and let us shop and come to him with questions, so kind and nice! I give Barry 5 stars! We finally settled on a couch that we love, we ordered it the second week of December because we needed it for our new apartment. In January, he said pick up was looking like it would be mid February which was ok with us. Since then it has been pushed back to the end of MARCH. The store said there is still potential for it to move up or can move back too. What kind of system is this? When I order something in December and I’m told an estimated time in February I expect that to be the time frame. Now we had to go out of our way and purchase a couch on market place so we actually had somewhere to sit. Considering cancelling our order and going elsewhere so we can actually get a couch in a timely manner.I understand COVID has an impact on this, however, I don’t see why it takes almost 5 months to get furniture that we’re picking up at the store anyways.

Very positive experience. The salesman Erick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering questions when we had them but gave us space to decide when we needed it as well. The store was also very clean. We had been around to other stores in the area but this was the only one giving out hand sanitizer and checking temperatures, which we appreciated. Overall I would highly recommend a visit

The in store service was great Erick Haas was a greatUpdate: Bunk beds that we ordered are just sitting in our kids room unassembled. Delivert people came out 4 times to put it up and each time either there was parts missing, broken or had mold on it. We wanted a refund but was offered only a gift card for $150. We paid over $900 for the beds not $150. They have no problem taking your money but when its time to deliver they give you sooooo many problems. Never will we purchase from this store again.

Great selection and service, but beware of purchasing at this time due to misleading information on furniture arrival dates. This is why I am giving a low rating. I purchased a couch on 8/4 and was told to come back to pick it up on 9/1. Just short of a month. No problem. So, two weeks later, I sell my existing couch and called Bobs to add Goof Proof protection to my new couch, which is when I was told the arrival date for it was pushed back to 9/22 due to shipping delays overseas. I asked if I hadnt have called, when would I have been informed of this delay? The representative said they would have called to let me know on my original pickup date (9/1). I feel I should have been informed of this right away, or rather, at the time of purchase since the representative told me that theyre also still waiting on shipments to arrive from overseas for orders way before mine. So, I am assuming this is something they would have been aware of. We are going to wait the couchs arrival out, but they did tell me that they still cant even guarantee that the date wont get pushed back again to past 9/22. Hopefully this is not the case.

Do NOT purchase anything from this place. Our first order was never delivered as the movers refused to bring it to the third floor of our building. We placed a second order on Labor Day weekend and were told to expect it in October. I have called for an update on this order several times and keep getting the run-around. Now were being told it wont even be delivered THIS YEAR! Go to Ashley or some other comparable furniture store and bypass this place completely. You cant believe anything they say, why would you trust the quality of their furniture?

Estimated delivery times are a joke. I ordered a couch and love seat at the end of January and I was told because of the pandemic furniture sales and delivery were backlogged and I would get my furniture sometime in late February or Mid March. While I wasnt overly happy to hear that, I understood there wasnt much that could be done. First problem was the loveseat. It was delivered late February as was promised, but for some reason the manufacturer had failed to properly drill in the holes for the legs. So I had a loveseat without 2 legs. To their credit they got a service person out to me the following week to fix that problem. However the couch remains a no-show. When the loveseat was delivered I was told the couch would be coming late March, or early April. Now I receive weekly emails from Bobs updating the status of my couch. 2 weeks ago it said mid April, this week it was pushed to mid May!!! Why would I ever agree to purchase a couch in January if I knew it wouldnt be delivered until May! If I had known it could go this long I wouldnt have ordered in the first place - This is ridiculous! Who knows if it will even be delivered by May? A good company would offer some kind of discount on the merchandise for the inconvenience or at least offer a discount on a future purchase but Bobs has offered neither. I will definitely not be a return customer. *UPDATE - now my delivery date has been pushed to late May. I purchased the couch in January, was told it would be delivered in March, now its been pushed to late May. At this point Im wondering if I will EVER see my couch. If I could give less than a star rating I would.

Ended up getting an amazing deal here on a dining set. Barry was incredibly accommodating and helped us get the best deal possible. We were able to purchase the piece off the floor due to it being discontinued and he, along with a wonderful worker from the warehouse helped us load it into the car (which was not easy to do!) Everyone was very patient with us, personable, and helpful. I hadn’t purchased from Bob’s before, but I will definitely Be back in the future!

Terrible experience. I was promised a bed and a dresser on Friday. I got a call that a snow storm make delivery times later by a day so Saturday was looking good. I got another message that Sunday was the new delivery date. Finally they admitted that they did not have the pieces I bought and I could have both items in a couple of weeks.Why did the sales person check inventory and tell me that I could count on them????The worst thing was the automated voice telephone system OR the online tools. Nothing works!!! Enter a zip code nothing enter your phone number nothing. The menu options dont fit what you are looking for. AAAUUUUGGGGGHHHHHH !!!!!! auto HELL

We bought a leather power couch set from them at a nice price with a nice salesman which was all perfect, until the trouble began. The furniture took 2 months to get delivered, and finally the delivery day comes, weve already discarded our old couches, and the delivery people show up with the wrong furniture. We talked to customer service and the guy was trying to convince us that we might not get exactly what we paid for and the couch might be a different color etc, and saying oh well see what happens I guess on the garuntee of the contingency delivery. We said, no your going to give us the set we ordered, in the correct color, on the correct delivery date! And so they scheduled another delivery date 5 days from the original, so now we dont have anything in our living room for 5 days. Terrible delivery service and terrible customer service.

Long story short, we received a damaged piece of furniture in July, we were promised a replacement and a reimbursement on the shipping and we are still waiting for both of those now at the end of November.I originally left a review on here stating my displeasure months ago. The GM of the store, James, called me and told me what I wanted to hear, but there hasnt been any action from Bobs. When I call their help line, I am on hold for literally over an hour at a time. They change the dates/ times they say they will be able to drop off the new furniture. Whenever I reach the store and ask for James, they take my name and tell me that he will call me back, and he never does. Last time I was actually able to reach him, he said he would note the file of our available times for them to deliver. The delivery service was never notified of these times, and we were unable to make a time work. IDK if Bobs expects us to take off of work due to their mistake. At the end of the day, I just want this promised delivery and reimbursement to actually occur.

We ordered a sectional from Bob’s Discount, and are somewhat happy with the product, but less happy with the process. Bob’s discount does not have good customer service, took a long time to deliver, and charged for a delivery service when we are going to end up doing some of the work.The couch we received is reasonably nice, and we’re fairly content with the item. There is a somewhat strong smell from the couch, and you can smell it right away when you walk into our apartment. I am not sure if it is a warehouse smell, or what it is, but I am really hoping it goes away.The couch took almost 2 months to arrive, and arrived in three separate shipments. I had to contact the store on a few occasions (once for a delay and once to check on delivery time,) and it was extremely difficult to contact the store. Several times when I called I was hung up on by the system, or put on hold and sent to a voicemail. I left two voicemails which were never returned, and their “chat” system is overloaded (it said I was something like 170 in line, and kept logging me out.Once we finally got the last pieces, two months after we had ordered the couch, it turned out that the legs on these pieces were the wrong size. This meant that I needed to call in (and wait on hold) to get new legs shipped. It also means that, when the legs arrive, if I want to have someone install them I will need to call in(most likely waiting on hold) and schedule an installation. Not only will that be about 3 months after we had ordered the couch, but I will then have to ask 2 delivery guys to come all the way to my apartment to screw in some legs. I do not want to do this, so I will do it myself - the problem is that getting the couch pieces apart is somewhat difficult. I paid a good amount of money(150-175$ I forget the exact amount) for delivery, so I should not have to do this myself.In the end, the final product is decent (if you ignore the weird smell,) but the customer service at Bob’s Discount is lacking. I would recommend shopping elsewhere, which is what my wife and I will be doing next time.

My fiancé and I had a great experience. We found what we were looking for at a more than fair price. Our salesman, Will, was easy to work with and we never felt pressured to take any options we didn’t want or to buy something at all. They had a big selection which was also great as we were very picky on what we were looking for and still found it without having to make any compromises. I would recommend at least checking this place out, not guaranteeing you’ll have the exact same experience but it’s certainly at least worth your time.
