They dont follow their 100 night gaurantee. I was told at any time before 100 nights i could return if there was an issue. The bed i got was sagging in the center causing me a lot of pain. I attempted to sleep on it 2 nights, both times i ended up sleeping on the floor with my old mattress. After night 2 i called them to pick up their bed. They wont take them before 30 days. So im stuck with a $3,300 plus air mattress that i cant sleep on. We sent them more messages to pick up the bed and they wont. And now they added extra charges and are trying to get payments even though they wont pick up the bed. Cant go in to much more detail as i will be filing with the court by tomorrow.
The staff was helpful and nice. I did call weeks ago and asked that someone call me back on a quote for a king instead of the queen we bought. To this date no one has called me back and now I would suppose with the extra time lapse the cost would be much greater. I am disappointed that I did not at least get a call back.
Bought our second bed today, a king. First one still going strong after 30 years. Bill the sales guy is perfect.

As a proud owner for 17 years of a sleep number ( Select comfort ) bed Our bed is still working great But we wanted an up grade. We stopped into the Madison store . And was treated Like Sleep number royalty Our sales rep could not of been any nicer to us she led us to try all the beds and different mattresses Explained everything and answered all question she never rushed. Took her time like we were the only ones in the store. Her smile and kindness was something you do not always see. She set us up with our devices So were already to go when Our new bed arrives. Looking forward to another 17 plus years of a good night sleep 5 stars plus to the sleep number Bed My husband and I applaud you
We had an excellent experience! George, the salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable about Sleep Number! He let us try them out and made us feel very welcome! We all shared stories about why we love Sleep Number Beds and he said that he absolutely loves his job! He loves the products and loves sharing what he knows! He helped us through what we might need and walked us through the process of everything we needed to know about our new bed! I highly recommend this store! Ask for George! You won’t regret it!
After having my bed for a month, I called to try and exchange it. The phone number the store gave me to reach a customer representative is impossible. They connect you to people trying to sell you different things and I dont know how you ever get to a representative of the company. Very frustrating and Totally unacceptable.
So disappointed with Sleep Number. Every step of the process has been a disappointment especially given the cost. At the store, informed the associate of our budget and asked not to be shown beds over that price. Immediately we were taken to beds over our budget. So annoying. Then, when we thought we would like to try the m7 (memory foam), they did not have it in store. We were nervous about buying it without trying it, but the salesman assured us it was only $200 to return for restocking. One month later the bed arrives. The air pump is so noisy it wakes me up at night. It also would only readjust once when I first sat down on the edge of bed, plugging in my phone or reading, and didnt readjust once I did lay down to sleep. We got a new bed for hip pain, but this bed gave me new low back pain that got worse and worse as I slept in the bed. Then, when we called to return, we are losing approximately $500 because we had to pay delivery to our house, and now delivery back to Sleep Number. What a price to pay for a month of terrible sleep and pain in this bed. Dont waste your time with these overpriced air mattresses and quack salesman, and go to a regular mattress store.

I very much enjoyed my buying my new mattress experience .This was the second Sleep Number Mattress I purchasedThe first one was a house warming present for a grandson .My grandson got his 5 years ago and loves it .I hope I will love mine also !!
Tony was welcoming as we entered the store. He was knowledgeable about the different types of beds. He explained about finding the best sleep number for my husband and myself. He didn’t pressure us which we both REALLY APPRECIATED. I will refer friends and family to the West Towne location.
I had been thinking about getting a new adjustable bed when we were walking through West Town Mall (Madison, Wisconsin) and I saw a sleep number store. I had heard quite a bit about these mattresses and frames and decided to stop in and check them out. I may have just sat on a couple of mattresses and left, but then George (sleep expert) introduced himself and suffice it to say that I will be purchasing a sleep number mattress and frame. Wait, that is not fair to George to just say suffice it to say. He was the best about what salespeople are supposed to be. He was attentive without being overly so, he asked the proper types of questions to find out what would work best for me. He was genuinely empathetic with my health issues. I would very much like to thank George for taking the time to get to know me a little bit so that he could recommend the proper product. Wish there were more like him. I highly recommend anyone to stop by this store and talk to George.

A couple weeks ago I chose a P5. Because of my severe back condition, they said they could get it to me in A WEEK. Great, and because my brother financed the bed for me, I gave them my address not once, but twice, and they said someone would call me the day before. However, that Friday my brother let me know that the pillows, sheets, and the mattress pad all went to his place instead of mine. When I called the store, the guy apologized, said he fixed the information, but I would have to wait one more day for my bed. Okay, I can wait one day.They gave me the wrong sheets BTW, so I had to go into the store and switch them out...The day before my bed was to be delivered, I got an email saying that my bed would be delivered in yet, another week. I was so furious. I called the store, they told me I had to call cus to me service, which I did and they told me someone entered my information wrong for a second time. When I told them my bed was to be delivered that day they told me they didnt know what was going on, but that it wasnt the case. I called the store, my brother called the store, they took theyre sweet ass time getting back to us the next day, and she said she called corporate and that they said no, Id have to wait another week.With my degenerative disk disease, bulging disk(s) and I may be looking at surgery in the near future for other complications? Uh, no.So we found a really amazing bed at another store, took the pillows, sheets, and mattress pad into cancel, my brother got a written note that the manager would cancel everything the next day, and sure enough, in a few days my brother got a bill for just the pillows, sheets, and mattress pad... so we went in...the guy by the way told me I never gave him my address for shipping, which is a lie, I gave it to him twice, in front of my brother, just to make sure, and the dude confirmed it.Now theyre saying my brother has to pay for the sheets, pillows, and mattress pad, or hes going to take a hit on his credit score, even though we took them back. This store is horrible, no matter how comfortable the bed, theyre customer service is completely horrible. Nice to your face, but when they make a mistake they try putting it all on you. My advice is not to shop here. One star. Wish I could go lower.
I came in looking for a new mattress after having back pain for 11 years. They did a great job showing me there products and helping me find a bed that was more comfortable. The sleep number is designed to meet the specific needs of the individual. Im so glad I invested in this product! I no longer wake up stiff and in pain anymore. My bed supports me perfectly!

Went to the Sleep Number store for some technical help on my new bed, which I love, but the help I was looking for would be addressed by the customer support department, which I would need to call. Neal was very friendly, professional, and helpful as to direct me to the proper resource for my situation.
These are just a giant air mattress. We had problems with ours since it arrived and the warranty only covers parts. It does not cover labor so each time a technician comes to your house to fix something it will cost you over $100. DO NOT BUY THESE MATTRESSES!

The sales woman, Lyric, tried scamming me into purchasing feature that are advertised as optional. She told me that if I do not buy the SLEEP IQ, that I would not be able to perform an adjustments of the mattress. Very disappointed that sleep numbers sales associates are misinformative and misleading.
