The furniture seems like higher quality, and I appreciate that they have a clearance area in the back. The displays in the main showroom are not too crowded together and you have plenty of room to walk around.Bought a clearance couch from Andrew after indecisively visiting 4-5 times. He was great getting me all the info and measurements I requested. Because it was clearance, we were able to get it home the next day! I love my new couch!!

We had an amazing experience at this slumberland. Mitchell was a great help. This is the most amazing futon I have ever sat on. I can and have fallen asleep in one second on this futon. It is even more comfy than my actual bed. I have slept many nights on the futon when it is flattened out and awoke feeling perfectly rested. The only time I haven’t gotten night terrors is when sleeping on this futon. 11/10 would recommend.

We made a long list of places to shop for a new bed and decided to go here first. Andrew helped us pick out something in our price range that would make both a back and side sleeper comfortable. We did our due diligence by comparison shopping two other places, but our hearts were set on what we picked out at Slumberland. Our new, king size, hybrid Sealy is awesome! I recommend shopping here and make sure you ask for Andrew! He is quite knowledgeable, friendly, and has great communication. I had a lot of questions and he was thorough and speedy to answer my texts.

It was a pleasure to work w Andrew. He had me try a few different mattresses to get a baseline but after that we moved to discussing desired price range and other specifics. We looked @ some Slumberland brand mattresses & basic bed frame. I ended up purchasing both plus a mattress protector within my price range. Timing is important so he helped make arrangements for us to pick it up next week. I was very pleased!

Im only posting because Ive worked for slumber land in the past.. good place to work, terribly over priced chincy stuff. First, this is akin to walking into a car lot full of vultures, 1 sales lady was rude as could be, the beds can be had ( exactly ) for 100$ s up to a 1k less if your a smart shopper... build quality remains the same, cheap.. with inflated prices that make little sense... do your self a favor.. shop elsewhere. However its a fantastically clean show room, go shop take pics, find it online for less.

Ive never stopped for new furniture before but had been to the website. I wanted to sit in the love seat Id picked out before buying it. Decided it was as comfy as it looked and I would buy it. Then found out that due to record sales during the pandemic it wasnt in stock but would be ready next year! Im not replacing furniture, I dont have any, so I dont want to wait a year. A more common model would still have to wait until October! Then my salesman checked their clearance stock and found a similar love seat at the West side location. Got me financed, and delivery scheduled in 3 weeks. I know Ill be going back for other furniture as I settle into my new apartment.

We have a small living room and we were thinking a loveseat would be our best option. Andy helped explain the difference in couch and loveseats. He also provided information on how the couches were built that helped our decision.

Frankly, I was ready to be disappointed. I was not able to use my merchandise credit online but I strongly prefer doing online transactions when I know exactly what I want and exactly how I planned pay for it. that being the case, I took advantage of the text or chat feature, I don’t recall which.I got a message back almost immediately that said that store was not set up for that type of communication. They asked for a phone number so a sales person could reach out. I reluctantly gave my number just because I was at my wits end with it.I was pleasantly surprised when Keith reached out via text message. He handled the entire transaction including figuring out what my current name is what my current address is what my current phone number and email are, every single one of those has changed since my last purchase.He was able to find and order the exact item I wanted, gave me the sale price I expected, and applied the three-year-old merchandise credit + allowed me to pay the difference through Apple Pay on my phone. All perfect for my very busy lifestyle. Two thumbs up!

I waited almost 6 months for a chair. When it finally arrived and was delivered, I used it for couple of days. I found it to be very uncomfortable. I contacted Slumberland on their website and asked how I could return the chair. I was contacted very quickly and asked what the concern was about the chair. I was assured that I could return the chair and asked if Id like to come back to the store and select another chair. I did that. I was helped right away, I found something I liked, and was told that I could continue to use the chair I was returning until the new one arrived. Very happy with the support I received at the store.

After looking on line for a rug for 2 weeks I needed to see and feel a rug. Slumber land had it AND matched Amazons price!. They also beat the delivery and return policy. All made so simple!!

We loves the customer service and the ease of getting the process of buying a temperpedic bed and couch. Sales woman was very knowledgeable and friendly and didn’t try to sell us a mattress the we could t afford, it actually showed us a mattress that was on clearance was exactly what we wanted. Delivery was set for 5 days after our purchase and I think that is reasonable! I would definitely go back if we are ever in need of anything household.

We were originally planning on just looking at options/asking questions for a future online purchase. That changed for the best after receiving an educational consultation with Mitchell Kohrs, who left us feeling confident in our decision of making a same-day purchase. We really appreciated the low pressure approach Mitchell provided, while still being available to provide the assistance needed. Moving on its own is a chore, glad to have an experience that eliminated the need to shop around at other locations.

Ive gone to Slumberland twice now to furnish my home. Both times they have provided great furniture with great service. All of their staff were friendly and helpful, without being too overbearing or sales-focused. The price you pay is comparable or better than other furniture stores and, in my opinion, their selection of pieces and the ability to customize those pieces was much better. I will definitely be returning for any future furniture needs.

I called this location and explained that I had recently undergone knee replacement surgery and we were in desperate need of a new sofa recliner as ours had broken. I shared that I realized most furniture stores have delivery dates 12-16 weeks out due to Covid but was wondering if they had any clearance in stock that we could receive quicker.Andrew assured me that they did have some in stock that could be delivered sooner. Knowing that I couldnt come in to the store, he graciously offered to take pictures of several and text them to me.He was amazing and answered all our questions and helped us find the best sofa for our situation.We highly recommend Slumberland and Andrew!

Our visit to Slumberland was awesome. We were greeted after entering the store and given useful info about the furniture we were looking at and then allowed to wonder and look at different displays. We were asked if we needed help or had questions as we browsed the displays. Several sales reps answered questions and offered useful tips and advice but never seemed overzealous. After a decision was made our sales rep answered our questions completely and even even left his card should any other questions arise later. I have to say we were very happy and satisfied but never once pressured into making a decision. I highly recommend Slumberland for first time buyer’s.

As we had time to make our decision,.he showed us all the options about the chairs, and pointed out the difference between manufacturers.We did decide on purchasing two chairs.We also decided to include the five year protection plan.In 4 to 6 weeks we are going to get our chairs delivered and set up for us. Because of covid my couch wasnt supposed to arrive until JULY, months after my order which they did precovid too (I know too many people who ordered from them) therefore ill give them 4 stars. Except, I went into the store and I got a couch from their floor display which will be here within 5 days. I paid the same for each couch (online one was 1200 the in store was 1100 so didnt make since). Slumberland does take forever for online purchases therefore you should go into the store if you want something. They are a great company though
