Total wine & more is a pretty neat store. They have a very wide selection of all types of alcohol and the prices seemed competitive. They also have a wide selection of snacks to go along with the beer, wine and spirits. There is a walk in humidor filed with cigars. It seems like they have everything you need to have a good time. Of course while we were in Wisconsin we had to buy plenty of Spotted Cow from New Glarus brewery.

Great selection of everything, you may pay a premium for that depending on product. With that being said, super friendly staff and lots of choices.

Evil manager would not let my friend buy FOUR hard kombuchas on her 21st BIRTHDAY (on a MONDAY NIGHT) because two of her 20yr old friends were with her and obviously not drinking. Also his facial hair was sticking out of his mask and it was not cute.

Fantastic selection and really decent prices. I have yet to stump them on a specific request or asking for advice. Definitely very worth a trip, especially if youre looking for something specific or hard to find!

The best liquor store in my opinion. The prices are as good or better than any other place and they have the best selection of beer and booze. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The member points program isnt worth much but once in a great while you will have spent enough to get 5 dollars off your purchase.

Huge liquor store! So many things to choose from, local and imported. It was difficult not to load up the cart with everything I wanted. Amazing assortment and great organization. You wont get lost in here, and youre sure to find something to take home.

I love Total Wine. My only two issues are location (20 minutes from my home) and they don’t have my go-to Tequila on the shelf any longer. Besides that it just has so much and prices are good. I grabbed a bottle of Cincoro for about $20 less than I paid for that same bottle on a trip to Columbus a couple of months back.

A great place to find, wine, liquor, beer, and cider. It can be a lot to take in when you first walk in. Their selection is huge. But the great, knowledgeable, and friendly staff is there to help you with all your questions. You can purchase online and then pick up your items in store as well. If Total Wine does not have what you are looking for. They will help you find where you can purchase the product that you want.

Without fail, everytime I check out, it takes way way too long because the cashiers at chatting with the customers theyve already checked out. Bought 3 bottles of moderately expensive wine that should have been good. All three were “cooked” which means they were overheated in transport. No fruit forwardness left, just alcohol and tannin. Really disappointed when a $9 bottle is better than a $30 bottle.

Always such a fun adventure going here. When I’m in the area, I come to stock up on my favorite wine, as the winery themself doesn’t even have it in stock but Total Wine always does. Checking out tends to be quite slow but it’s offset by how incredibly pleasant and friendly the cashiers always are. Today, Minda was my cashier and she was beyond kind and outgoing. Another great experience.

I love going here, but it’s not for the reason you think….As much as I love the diverse array of wines and alcohols to choose from, I love it more when the staff check my ID and realize I am, in fact, older than a high school freshman XD

Minus one star because they are the last place on earth requiring face masks. A month after mask abolition they are still doing virus theater. And if they are that dumb, it makes you wonder: how much do they actually know about their product?

Ordered using online ordering and it was very easy and well organized, I paid online with secured payment option. Picked up purchase at online pickup counter, you can do curbside pickup as well, I was in and out of store within minutes. I called store prior to placing order as I wanted to confirm I was ordering from correct location. The person I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. Same when I picked up the order, staff is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. The store itself is well organized, good lighting with aisles wide enough to accommodate traffic flow. They even have a tasting area. My experience was a good one, I felt appreciated as a customer and I appreciated that employees were wearing masks and the store was clean and well maintained.

Welcome to Madison! Grand opening weekend started 4/12/18. We visited on 4/12 and it was a bustling location. The decor of the space is very inviting. The selection of Beer, Wine, Spirits and more is unbelievable. I did however ask for one thing they did not have and have not found around Madison, Not Your Fathers Bourbon. The store shows promise for sure as there is room for events and tastings. They have cheese, sausage and some other snacks too. I think they opened one week too early though. 4/12 they were painting lines in the parking lot which made it a bit challenging with all the contractors and patrons wanting to see the place. The parking lot was also poorly cleaned as I parked over the top of nails and screws which could have been cleaned as well. The mall location is questionable for the holiday season as I wont likely fight the holiday shopping crowd to visit Nov-Jan. Four stars for now until I visit again and they get into a rhythm.

This place rocks any kind of alcohol and mixer you can think of you will find here!!

What can I say...? More wine in one place than Ive ever seen. I first shopped at the one in Santa Fe when I lived there. Was looking for Pinotage and the wine expert gentleman led me to The Other Reds Isle. They had a selection!! Most places youre lucky to find a bottle. Stopped at the one in Madison the other day. Walked in and the wine expert took me to the other reds isle and there were 8 kinds to choose from. Im big on mom and pops stores but this wine big box store has it all. In this time of limited exposure and high gas prices this makes sense. The Santa Fe and Madison stores were very much the same. Pricing is exactly where you need it. The selections are so vast that you can find exactly that right wine. Ten thumbs up here!!!

Pretty sure the employees here have heard of everything/have everything in this store memorized. Every time we go for something unique they know exactly where it is or if they dont have it. Prices are comparable to other stores too so this is a great place to go to stock the liquor cabinet.

It also offers a create your own six pack with a whole aisle to choose from. They also offer a great seasonal beer selection in addition to purchasing single cans and bottles. They also offer shooters and pints of liquor instead of commiting to a big bottle

This is a great place. They have a great selection and awesome prices. I wish they would expand the whiskey section just a bit more, but 5 stars nonetheless.

I love this place! You never leave with just what you came for, and thats a good thing. We always discover something new. This time around they even had our favorite Chardonnay from Frank Family Vineyards. Weve been trying to source it locally for years and its finally available at TW. I ended up putting back several bottles in my cart and emptied the shelves for Franks. Youll never be disappointed in what youll find here.

Not from the area, so this was my first visit. The store was impressive with a substantial selection of wine, spirits, and beer. As a bourbon drinker, I found their selection deep and reasonable. No they dont have those hard to get Kentucky only bottles. But no one does. I can honestly say that at least 3 people asked if I needed help as I wondered the aisles which is mighty impressive. I plan on returning every time I am in Madison.

EXTRAORDINARY!!!Anytime you go in here or have them drop your order off at your car, they are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile! Between the reviews on the liquor from the employees to recommendation while in the aisle! There is taste testing for all types of liquors and wines. They have kegs of Big beer companies, and local micro-brews. Glasses, steins, mugs, you name it, they probably have it.They also have a humidor for cigars and tobacco.Its truly the staff that makes this place, though! They really make this place a pleasant building to peruse for evening goodies.

Went looking for scotch after reading what seemed conflicting info on pricing. What I found at the Madison West Town location was a great selection and very good prices. Truly the best stock and variety of any liquor store Ive ever visited, complete with cheese and snacks. There really is everything here.However, they must have an issue with underage buyers because they also have very strict carding rules, so dont forget your ID or youll be making a extra trip.

Amazing, they have everything. I have been searching for a mythical bottle of spirits (Ancho Reyes Verde) this is the place I found it. The store is the size of a full Walmart, but all alchohol. I should note that there was only one person working checkout, so I had to wait a while. This place is cool and I would recommend.
