My tire needed repair/replaced. I went to the chat which told me someone would get in touch with me. The next day I was emailed letting me know to come in to let them fix/ replace my tire. I was greeted and helped swiftly. Since I brought my tires there I had a warranty to cover my tire. They handled every step professionally and curiously. I am riding on my new tire and Im very happy. We were lucky you had the Enclave in stock and the process was short and easy. It was nice to have a dealer that did not try and sell you other items, just what we wanted. At pick up the salesman, Jeff took the time to go over all the details of the car, settings and other features.

We had been looking for a while and actually went as far as calling every dealer that would pop up on Google as a GMC dealer. Nobody had the vehicle we were looking for. We have never ordered one and we’re hesitant, but decided that was our only alternative. Jamil went in to see if there were any incoming at Zimbrick GMC on the east side that had not been spoken for yet. As soon as he went in, Jeff had all of the information ready for him and was very knowledgeable about the equipment. It was red and we were looking for a white one. Jeff informed us that it was still early enough to swap colors. We placed a $500 deposit and have nothing bad to say. Jeff kept us updated through the whole process of it being built, going into transit, and actually showing up sooner than expected. Once it arrived, Jeff was very accommodating and helped us figure out accessories we wanted to put on the Yukon XL. Overall, Jeff was the face we will always remember when getting another GMC. Service was fine. Didnt appreciate the staffs efforts to sell a tire rotation when the previous rotation was less than 5,000 miles ago. Such efforts cause me to question whether the service department has my best interest in mind or just interested selling something that isnt really needed. Havent had that experience with a independent auto repair business Ive done business with.

I had come across zimbrick by chance and I’m so happy I did. We had been next door looking at a jeep and decided we should find a gm dealer to look at a terrain. As we were driving by we decided to stop here and see what they had. Jeff was so nice and helpful with every question we had. A small hole in the cover (no damage to the lights or other parts) of a tail light on my GMC Terrain should not cost $425 to repair. I realize it is not Zimbricks fault that GMC makes you replace the entire tail light assembly, but it doesnt seem right. I wont even mention the $10 to dispose of the old fully functioning light assembly.

Incredible purchasing experience. I asked for the car to be ready when I came in so could just sign paperwork and drive out. It took 30 minutes to sign documents and 30 minutes to show me how the car worked and I was gone. Absolutely incredible.

Tom was a great salesman. Did a great job of helping my family buy 2 vehicles. It was the service department that I feel ripped us off. Had a vehicle not running. Took it in and they charged diagnostic fees like 2 times trying to find the issue. After racking up the bill to $1600, they finally figured out that the Cadillac converters were bad. Another $4,500 issue. Like, after the diagnostic fees that I paid for, you couldn’t figure that this was causing the issues?! Pretty frustrating. Very disappointed. Felt Tom and the dealership were great. Not the service department though.

The Service department told me to find a different dealership for my service needs, since they couldn’t resolve a basic customer concern. After just purchasing a new vehicle from them you would think they would want to keep customers coming back. Clearly the service advisor has little knowledge of dealership dynamics in that Sales sell the first vehicle and Service sells the second. Although this wasnt my first or second vehicle from them it may be my last.

Brought my car in for a oil change and tire rotation on October 8, was told that I needed a new battery. The mechanic said he had to jump my car to get it in the shop, that was not true. I have had no problem with my battery before nor after my visit. It also registers good on my dash at a little above 14. Very disappointed with the mechanic and service guy for the first time ever dealing with Zembrick east side.

They took care of the service (oil change and tire rotation) and called about an extra recommendation to replace my wipers. Looking back I probably paid a little more than I would have for them, but for the convenience, it worked. Thanks for the shuttle ride back to work, too!
