Went there on my lunch break. I couldnt find anyone to help me and when I did she was with another customer so I stood by and waited until she was finished. After she was done she looked at me not mention I had a shoe in my hand so apparently I was waiting to be helped but she just walked away. I had to call out to her at least three times to get her to turn around to come back and help me. My experience was very poor, customer service was terrible not mention my coworker and I were the only two African Americans in the store but also the ones getting ignored. This was the most uncomfortable experience ever.

The North Face used to be a quality product with great customer service. Unfortunately i cannot say that for this location. My dad bought me a $300 coat for Christmas, after owning it for approximately two weeks, I realized it had a small tear on the back of it. I called the location and told the manager this. I told her i did not have a receipt as it was a gift and my Dad who bought the coat did not predict the quality of the coat was poor or that it would be defective. She assured me she would set aside the same style, color and size and i could come in that weekend to exchange it. When i got to the store, a different manager, Brian, told me this was against policy and the only thing he could do was to give me the lowest sale price for the coat which was about $125... Brian also insinuated that i was lying about the conversation i had with the other manager and refused to call her to confirm or honor her promises. He also refused to provide me with his last name. My only other option was to utilize their warranty center and wait an estimated 8 weeks to see IF they will repair or replace it. Now i dont have this coat for the Wisconsin winter and dont even know if they will fix it or refund me.

Friendly staff decent selection

Nice store. I was not impressed by the hat selection, but they had they had a great glove selection. I was greeted and helped by the NICEST and most helpful person though. I wish I could tell you her name, but she was very knowledgeable and explained a lot of the features on the hats and gloves. Thanks! I hope you do great things in Healthcare or retail!

They have not organized their inventory. When you see something marked on sale they claim it may not be. This due to them not removing outdated signage. Quite frustrating to be told that at the checkout. Clothing is also way overpriced. Im not impressed.

The customer service is the worst. The employees where on their phones, talking to each other behind the counter the entire time. I went up there and asked for help and got a sigh for a response. Selection was fine. Just know what you want because you won’t get any help. I will not be returning

I had the most amazing experience at this store! I recently moved to Madison from Florida and desperately needed help finding the right parka. I originally bought one that was not a good fit, so I called and spoke with Jill and she was incredible helpful in helping me to exchange and select the right one. So professional, sweet, and knowledgeable. They didnt have the color I wanted in store, so she had it over nighted to me. I cant say enough wonderful things. Thank you Jill! xo

I was prevented from buying any footwear during a 30% off sale.They were doing inventory on their footwear during the middle of a busy Sunday while the store was running a 30% off sale. I bring this up because as a result of the inventory check, they refused to let me try on any of the footwear I had driven to the store to purchase. I even offered to purchase it without trying it on first and was not allowed to do so.The staff was not rude, but this was a very frustrating experience.

I am really disappointed that their products are terrible and the customer service is poor.I purchased a several hundred dollar pair of boots and in less than a season and they are already falling apart. When I went to exchange them they said that they had to ship them first to California to be evaluated by the returns group. That process will take 6 to 8 weeks. By that time itll already be spring and I wont need the boots. All they could say was sorry thats our policy.Theres an LL Bean store opening near me so Ill be happy to go there instead.

Went into the store to buy a parka for our son and two clerks behind counter would not even acknowledge we were there. They talked to each other but did not offer help to us or any other customer in store. My husband walked over and said hi but did not even talk to him. We will buy parka online or elsewhere. No customer service!!!

I am not Janell, but her husband. I bought a pair of North Face zip off pants last year and they are already wearing out although I have hardly worn them. I like the styling and features but the durability sucks.

Good selection of North Face gear. Friendly staff. If youre lucky, you can snag a parking spot in the front of the store where parking is limited. Otherwise use the parking ramp behind the row of stores.
