We happened to be in madison and seen there was a Fannie May store. We just love there candy. The staff member was very friendly and of course the candy was excellent. If your in the mood for something yummy, stop here to get it.

Excellent service. I would raked it higher if they had a bigger selection of boxes candy.

All I know is I dont like going to the little store, that you can now only get into from the street. It is so small, and usually there is only one person there, with many people waiting to get waited on, that you end of just leaving. There isnt the large inventory anymore. Sometimes, I have waited for over half an hour. Pathetic. Probably will go to another place this year.

The lady working had no idea what she was doing. We asked how much the chocolates cost and she said $1 per pound which we new was wrong, but I decided to purchase two chocolates anyway. They were supposed to both be different variations of caramel and she insisted they were but neither were. One was fudge and one was vanilla cream. Very unimpressed

One of your trucks on 1-90 and 39N was swerving in and out of traffic. They were close to causing a couple accidents. Please have them drive safer.

What can one say about a chocolatier with wall to wall candy? Try the Light Butter Cremes. I always think of Lucy, Ethel and the chocolate factory when i visit! Lol.
