Really disappointed with the inability to figure out what was wrong with my Jeep. Have them ample opportunity to figure out what was wrong. Spent a lot of money to have the issue slightly fixed and then told it drives like every other Jeep, meanwhile other techs agree its not driving correctly.

The only place my cars have seen in 6 years. Fred in Service is the best.

Brought my car there several years ago to have a coil changed that was acting up and they broke a clip to hold it in place.....instead of telling me I find out 2 years later when the same problem occurs and it is now no longer covered under warranty because they decide to use silicone to hold it in place and not repair it correctly. Pay for the vehicle to be towed else where if possible.
