I have owned my Range Rover for more than a year now. Never have I called service and left a voice mail to receive a call back. Regardless if I leave a detailed VM or not, I never get a call back. I was not at all surprised when I called this past Friday and was not called back.This definitely a recurring theme with this dealership. They need to work on customer service and calling back when service is needed!

My husband went to look at a range rover today. Drove up, parked the car, and immediately when the salesman saw my husband he turned around and went back inside. My husband then proceeded to look at several cars and not one person came to help him. He even opened some doors and went into the cars. do you always selectively serve your customers? I wonder if I pulled up if it wouldve been the same treatment?#retiredArmy#iraqiwarveteran

Ive had had 2 bad experiences there, both times my vehicle sat there for near 3weeks when I decided to find out whats going on, i had actual appointment times aswell!! who pushes fixing a vehicle or calling with updates for that long?? I dont know wat the service manager is managing?? But its not obviously his employees, honestly very irritated...

Anton and the service team here did an inspection on a newly purchased Sport Supercharged. After their responsive service, Anton was able to explain what issues they had found and how he thought I should proceed. He was able to work with me on making sure I got the information I requested as well as the documentation to back to up and was very professional throughout the entire experience, especially listening to concerns and requests I had.One of the best dealer service experiences I have ever had. I purchased a used vehicle from Fields (no, it wasnt a Jaguar, Volvo or Land Rover) BUT, my salesman Bob L., Mike, the manager and the rest of the staff MADE ME FEEL LIKE IT WAS!! Transaction was timely, well explained, no trip to the DMV (my new plates were applied right there) and I was on my way home!! Free car washes for the life of my vehicle, bowling on a couple of the classic Badger Bowl Lanes, treats and coffee while I wait; simply CANNOT beat THAT for service! Thank YOU, Fields!!

Rarely do I write a review on google but my experience was worth the time. We just bought a used Lexus NX200t from this dealer. We bought it sight unseen. When spending almost 30k on a car you haven’t physically seen or driven is tough. Working with a sales expert. Steve V made it pleasant and easy. Unfortunately we received the car with some minor issues and the dealership came through and worked with us to fix them, AFTER the paperwork and everything was negotiated. That is rare in any dealership. I felt the need to write this review and comfortable doing business with this dealership

Terribly long waits to get vehicle serviced and not very responsive on even the most basic inquiries. Range Rover dealership run more like a Used car and maintenance shop. What’s worse, is I’ve had every person I know in town that owns a Land Rover tell me their experiences are the same. Time to upgrade operations of this place before the new models come out or I’m going to Appleton to get my next Range Rover.

Very pompous and condescending old man in service. I took my car back here twice for an issue in which the vehicle would shut off while driving and leave me stranded. They could not figure out what the issue was, so they replaced an engine mount and charged me $700. On my drive home, the car shut off before I even made it out of town. It would not restart. They never ever solved the issue and the car has not ran since that day. These cars are extremely complex and they usually dont find root cause when something goes wrong. They just keep throwing new parts at it until the issue goes away. Extremely expensive and frustrating. Buy a domestic or Japanese car, or you will be driving loaners an awful lot!!

Fantastic Service. No one ever wants to bring their vehicle in for unplanned service, but when you do there is always that fear of the dreaded, unable to reproduce issue response.We brought our vehicle in with questions about a probable issue. Fields took the time to understand our concerns and not only quickly diagnosed but resolved the issue accurately and promptly.It was great to have such a positive experience come from such a potential negative situation.On a recent visit, a manufacturer software glitch caused some infotainment issues. Our service adviser took the time and made the effort to see the issue through, no questions asked. It was JLRs issue and he took ownership and made it right. Its a rare find these days. Underwhelmed. I expect more from a luxury dealership. Ive had my vehicle for about 3 years now and the service department is nearly impossible to get a hold of, and a simple oil change takes them 8 hours. I have light oyster leather interior, and despite complaining several times that grease is left throughout my vehicle after work, it still continues to happen. The car buying experience was standard and similar to any other vehicle I’ve purchased in the past.

She was incredibly busy when I brought my RRS in for service and yet I would never have known except for all the people running around and her phone ringing constantly. Pre-sale follow-up and customer service was just barely OK, not remarkable, as I would expect from a premium make dealership. However, my after-the-sale customer service has been woefully lacking. I just need a simple question answered, but it has been a couple weeks of email prompts resulting in no response, or the latest, Im in a meeting, will get back to you after, but have not yet heard anything (that was 2 days ago). (UPDATE: weeks have now gone by.) I made a major effort to fly to Madison from Florida, because the vehicle was my perfect combo of color, trim, and demo model discount, yet, like an unrequited love, I am not feeling much love in return. If I had the opportunity to do it all over again, I probably would not. Generally non-responsive and unremarkable.

Not the type of service you would expect from a luxury brand. After having our car for over a week for repairs they left our brand new car parked outside in the snow and told us it was outback; we brushed it off heated up our car and left hoping not to return here for service ever again. Not even 1 star service.

Had a verbal agreement to buy a car showed up and someone else was on a test drive in it. Called off the deal and said I was terrible. I will never go back and won’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Mike the sales supervisor lies to your face and calls the deal off when you call him on it.

My experience at Fields was AWFUL. I went there to purchase a car I found on Cargurus. I went there and test drove the car and decided I wanted it. I liked the online price and didnt try to haggle it at all. When I sat down to do paperwork they said the car was 1,500 more than advertised. When I told them that wasnt the advertised price thats when my experience started to turn south. I had to show them their listing on Cargurus in order to get the price. During this time I was asked by 3 different employees multiple times if I wanted to finance through another bank and they could get me a better rate. I was happy with the preapproval from my bank. Come to find out for some reason they couldnt give me the rate that I had on my pre approval and the rate that was on my paperwork was .5% more than my preapproval letter from my bank. After finishing up with the salesman he tells me they wont have a finance manager in for the next few days and I would have to wait until he was in to be able to take possession of the car. You mean to tell me you are a car dealership but cant physically sell a car for 3 days? What a joke. I would never step foot on a Fields dealership for the rest of my life. I will drive up to Bergstrom Jaguar in Appleton 2 hours away when I go to purchase a Jaguar F-Pace next year instead of Fields which is 20 minutes from my house.
