Ive only gone here for Benjamin Moore paint, but the guys are super friendly and patient. Ive been here multiple times with my children who love looking at flooring samples while we waited for our paint. And they carried it out to my car for me.The last time I went in was because adhesive pulled the paint up off a wall in my home that was painted by the previous owners. I took a paint chip off my wall and they were able to match it amazingly! I was mentally preparing to have to repaint the whole wall or even the whole room, but I didnt! Simple touch up and no one is any the wiser.
High quality selection. If you need to color match paint to brick, bring a few brick samples and pictures of brick in sunlight and shade. Their color match machine has difficulties matching to brick bc of texture and uneven color distribution, and I believe they dont refund mixed paint if you get it wrong.

My 10-year-old son and I were not allowed into the store today. We both had masks on but because kids touch things we were told to leave. I had hoped to spend my cash in my community, but discriminating against single parents is not acceptable. Discriminating against well behaved tweens is not acceptable. I hope they stay healthy with the virus, but when you are in the customer service industry, you need to actually provide service. If you are so afraid of catching something because a child touched it, maybe you should hire someone that doesnt live in fear to work the front door.
I have dealt with Madison Paint and Flooring for well over 20 years between two homes. Most of our purchases were hardwood flooring and tiles as well as the installation. (They have a great tile guy--meticulous craftsman!) When a problem was encountered with the installation of one of the hardwood floors, they came out and corrected the issue. It meant pulling up the freshly installed area of the floor and reinstalling that area. I spoke with the owner (Gary) and he assured me that it would be fixed to my satisfaction--which it was. That is what I look for in a merchant--the ability to stand behind the quality of work and the products they sell. That is why I continue to return to them. In addition, I have relied on helpful decorating tips from Cathy. I can easily recommend this business!
Gave us the wrong paint color, then refused to correct it with the right color. They said they dont make mistakes.. Go to a different store or paint, fast. This place is awful.
Needed help matching a stain for a wood working project to an existing piece of furniture. Bill helped me tremendously! Great job guys!
GREAT staff and are always so very welcoming and kind! We have been working with these folks since 2006, and have had nothing but helpful attitudes and kindness as we renovate our homes. They are all well trained, and knowledgeable!
My desire was to purchase carpet. I inquired how long do they warrant installation. The salesperson replied we warrant installation for one year. I found that answer totally unacceptable . Translated that meant installation would be performed solely with a knee kicker tool. Usually installation performed with a knee kicker causes the rug to bunch up within a few years of installation. Big box stores provide a lifetime guarantee for carpets sold and installated. They use the correct expensive carpet stretching installation tool kit, instead of a cheap knee kicker. Why buy carpet and have it installed incorrectly and with only a one year installation warranty, when other stores provide a lifetime warranty. Ex: carpet manufacturer warrants carpet for 15 years, big box stores warrant installation for 15 years, as well.

Don’t spend your hard earned money and precious time at this establishment! Horrible follow up, and no integrity. The gentleman that assist us, gave us a price after doing the measurements, and told us he had the product available... We called to double check everything; come to find out prices changed twice over a 3 day period, and when product was to be picked up after 3 days it had not even been ordered... I was told to “check back later he was busy” while we had contractors waiting to do the work.
Have done business with this location for over 8 years, until today. Never again will I set foot in an establishment that does not want to listen to what the customers requirements are before deciding what product they recommend. And then when you have to talk over them to tell them what you actually need, they get an attitude and say that we must have a language barrier and that maybe I can find the product somewhere else. In fact, I DID find it somewhere else, $4/gallon cheaper and IN STOCK. Good luck treating loyal customers who have spent $1000s with you, like your business is not wanted. And if the owner decides to respond and tell me how much experience his crew has...well, experience with an attitude is useless. Unless you can converse with a customer without being a you know what, it does not matter how much experience you have. BTW, I called your competitor Benjamin Moore dealer and got an explanation of the product line and a recommendation on what I needed, quoted me a price and sold me all they had in stock and ordered more...all in 5 painless minutes. So I am thinking the language barrier is not with me, rather the barrier was lack of knowledge of your own products.
I am OK with the product that I purchased, but the install had an issue or two. The labor quoted was $747.04 for the install, this was with flooring only no trim, etc.. 1 skilled guy and a helper arrived at 8:30am and complete by 12:00 and gone. I attempted to discuss the labor costs due to the short install time, the labor of over $200.00 per hour seemed out of line for such a simple and quick install. I had no luck getting anyone to take my request seriously and was told that is what we charge. Great product good service at the store, but no snap together floor installer on this planet makes $200+ an hour.
I went in with an old can of SW that I needed matched. The salesman told me that because it was one of their standard colors he would mix up a new can. I asked if he would simply match the sample I brought in. He argued with me and insisted the color would match. So, $40+ later I walked out with a can that he made from their formula. Well guess what you jerk? It didnt match! Now, rather than having a wall that only needed a few touch ups, I have a wall that looks like a patch quilt. Thanks for NOTHING. You argued with a customer and screwed up, you arrogant fool. Its a 40 long wall with a 20 ceiling, and Ive paid the price because some insecure, middle-aged guy was intimidated by an amateur who turns out was right. Youre a clerk behind a counter - lose the attitude!
Gary, Bill, Cathy and Jeremey are the pinnacle of customer service. While their products are top notch the entire staff is by far the best selling point. No matter how small or big the project they will tend to your needs. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone.

After several unreturned emails and phone calls, I finally managed to get an appointment set up with these folks. I shouldnt have bothered. They called me 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment to say they were running late, canceled the appointment, and hung up the phone.

Over 2 weeks and Im still waiting on a call for flooring availability. Meanwhile, I have purchased it elsewhere and am ready to install. Friendly at first then couldnt get a straight answer out of them. Dont recommend.
