Had our floors done, and they were short some wood. The workers told us about it, but the no one from the store called us to explain. That was until they wanted the 2nd half of their money. I had to explain to them that the job was not finished. They acted as if they didnt even know the situation. The workers that did the floor were great.

Buying and receiving our wood flooring from Wolde Flooring was a lot easier during the time of Covid- 19 than I had imagined. I installed the flooring myself which gave me something to do while sitting at home. We love the flooring we picked out, Southern Comfort, Austin, Sorrel. Looks great! Wolde Flooring is a great place to shop before buying from somewhere else.

Upon entering the building we were greeted by Awyana and her upbeat personality. She was very friendly and eager to help. We were replacing our 15 yr old cultured marble vanity tops in 3 bathrooms with granite. When our installation day arrived the installers realized one of the vanity tops had been cut incorrectly and was too big for the cabinet. I was puzzled about the mistake since two different people came out to get measurements before they cut the granite. But, I understand mistakes happen. They were out 2 days later with the replacement piece!Great customer service! Very pleased with the appearance of my new granite!

We bought our beautiful quartz countertops from Wolde. All went well with the installation and everything involved with this purchase.

The flooring material and installation was good except a concern with spacing of the boards. Dealing with Wolde was good before the installation, but was less than acceptable with their customer service afterwards and contracted install labor: GBY Hardwood & Tile.There were some minor quality issues that after some persistence they fixed, but their lack of respect for our home was infuriating. They arrived with iced coffee and without anything under the drinks; left them on a window sill, end table, and on top of a wooden kids kitchen where the condensation left rings. After they cleaned up, there was a stain on our hallway wall where 2 of their iced coffees were and the stain looked like a spill. When I say they cleaned up, they just swept all the saw dust and debris onto our carpets. A few days later I found paint on our driveway where they were working.When Wolde called after the install, we expressed our issues with GBH and their only response was... Can we charge your card for the remainder amount? No sympathy, resolution, or compensation for their contracted labor causing damage to our home and furniture.Edit: To top it all off we found our pocket door in the area the contractor was working is off the rail and will need to have the trim removed... At least I will already have paint out to fix up the wall.

This place needs a serious overhaul as far as public relations and management. Im shocked how well the ratings are considering how poorly the place is run. Maybe some people have low expectations. Specifically, the amount of time it takes to be assisted and how often youre ignored while waiting for assistance. No lie, it takes at least 30 minutes to be acknowledged. Its easy to tell someone well be with you soon rather ignored. One good thing is that they do care once you are being helped and are very nice and helpful, but they seem lack proper training to make it more efficient. The selection is very good and modern. However, the frustration level you encounter while working to procure what you want tops everything else....people hurrying out the door to pick up their children from school and the lack of associates with appropriate knowledge just raises the frustration level. Also, I was quoted a different price for my material then the actual price when procured and told my order wasnt paid for during pick-up which I proved was, just raises questions. Not a big deal for me, but for others it may be. This place needs serious restructure to make it a pleasant buying experience rather what it is now. I may be available to help and if the price is right - just saying. Good Luck with your experience you may need it.

Wolde installed new countertops and backsplash in my kitchen. I had no issues throughout the entire process from choosing my materials to installation. Awyana was wonderful to work with for the design. Everyone showed up when they said they would and the work was excellent. I highly recommend!

Wolde did a fantastic job on laying our new LVP flooring in our entire first floor. We also had carpeting installed in our stairway to our daylight basement and all of it was done very well. I would 100% recommend this company. The install was completely flawless and the contractors were beyond professional. Only reason I took off a star is there can be communication issues with the office. However they are friendly and quick to resolve.

Ordered a custom marble table top. Took them the original top to use as a model and they sent someone to make a template. After my pickup of the piece, I got home and does not fit properly. Numerous calls have been made to them and Katie does not return calls.

Wolde installed my granite countertops. The first group that came and installed were fairly new and missed a couple things. However, when I called to let them know, they scheduled a time for their head installer to come fix everything. He was fantastic and helpful. I’ve had several people ask where the seam is in my countertops. They did such a fantastic job, it’s difficult to see! 2 years later and I’m still happy with their work.

I had just a small project to surround a fireplace in a rental property, so we didnt want to spend much. I told Carly my idea and she searched for a great tile and even gave me a suggestion that made my idea look so much better. They all helped us as if it was a large $ project.We also had them install wood flooring, on 2 different occasions, in our home and it flows seamlessly. No one can tell that the 3 different areas of wood flooring werent installed at the same time. Highly recommend!

Wolde is exactly what you would expect and hope for in a professional business.

In mid-March we visited the Wolde showroom hoping to replace our carpeting to match the colors of our newly painted walls. We checked out various colors and weights of carpeting and scheduled a time to have our rooms measured and then received an estimate of cost based on Woldes basic carpeting and padding. A week or two later, we again visited the showroom to actually choose carpeting. At that point we requested samples of two different carpets in order to bring them home and then make the final decision. The young woman who assisted us stated that the samples would be in in a couple of days and they would call to let us know when that happened. Two weeks later we had received no call so my husband contacted Wolde about the samples and was told one had come in and they were waiting on the other. Again we were told they would call us. To date, two months later, we have received no call and have decided to take our business elsewhere. As the original owners of this home, we had chosen Wolde because they were the original flooring company used by our builder. Very disappointed in how this situation was handled.

The products are good but customer service is terrible! We’ve ordered numerous materials from them and every time we go in there, we end up frustrated. No greeting, no help when browsing, no call backs when promised, no call backs at all when accidentally hung up on, put on hold for over 20 minutes. Sad how they treat their customers!

Wow! I can’t say enough good things about Wolde!My husband and I decided after six years of cheap laminate countertops that it was time to replace them. We first went to Home Depot, and even went through the whole process of ordering granite countertops from them.... only to find out that 1. What we ordered was coming from a third party supplier in ATLANTA, 2. We wouldn’t be able to see the slab before installation to be sure we’d like it, and 3. Finally that they couldn’t even do our bar counter.Disaster! So we canceled the order and decided to shop around. I honestly assumed that a local business would be more expensive, but we set up an appointment to see what they could do anyway.I have never been happier to be wrong! Wolde was great from start to finish. Amy walked us through the whole process, took us around the lot to look at granite slabs in our desired price range, and wrote up a quote that was EXACTLY what we wound up paying. No last minute added charges, no surprises.They came out when they said they would and did the template, installed it the day they said they would, and my countertops are GORGEOUS. I can’t stop looking at them.All of this is made better by the feeling of buying local and supporting local businesses. I will recommend Wolde every chance I get.

Wolde is scheduled to install granite countertops in our kitchen and bathrooms as well as to add a tile backsplash in the kitchen area. My interaction with Carly was professional, and she was willing to help me choose the best color combinations and patterns for each project. We also got a quote for redoing a shower stall, but will plan to do that later when we are able to be without a bathroom for a longer time. Jake visited and took measurements. He was very professional as well, and took time to answer the questions I had during his visit. We look forward to having the template work done and the installation in the near future.

Wolde updated the floors in my master bedroom. They arrived on time and completed the work timely and they look great. The tied the new floor into the existing floor and you wouldnt even know it wasnt put down at the same time. The installers were nice, worked quickly and cleaned up. Great all around.

Remodeling a kitchen can be stressful. But the incredible experience we had at Wolde Flooring made it much less stressful. Carly was extremely patient in helping us choose the granite, while Samuel and his crew were professional and timely in getting the countertops installed. Wolde went the extra mile to get our hardwood refinishing project estimated and completed in a short amount of time so we could move in. It turned out fantastic. They even gave us a $400 COVID discount which was very much appreciated.The only detractors were the workers made a real mess in the bathroom and they turned on the AC which got fouled from all the sawdust. Somebody dribbled finishing acrylic on the tile in the kitchen but luckily, it came off with some cleaner. For all that, we would still recommend Wolde to anyone looking to refinish hardwood.

Sales personnel were great to work with and answered all our questions. They had some quartz counter-top that was a perfect match at a really good price. The on-site carpet installer did a great job as did the counter-top installer. I will definitely check with Wolde Floring the next time I need any flooring or counter-top work.The only downside to our experience was the on-site back splash installation contractor. They left at lunch when they were supposed to be there all day to finish the job. I had no idea when they planned to come back. A few days later they came back without notice and called me asking when I could be there to let them in. This was very unprofessional. The tile work they did could have been better as well. Due to this, I deducted one star from my rating.

I had quartz countertops and backsplash installed and the work was done exceptionally. I also purchased hardwood flooring but my remodeling contractor installed them.

Well I had a small quartz countertop put in aft e t they left there wad a chip in it came right out to fix but I e had quartz before never chipped .but I recommended them to my son he Got a big kitchen counter top tile in master bath and guest and counter tops 3 baths.Again kitchen counter top which was granite cracked in two places. 3monthe later baths are not finished and I recommended. The installer did not speak English.

The first time we went, they had the doors locked, and you cant go in until they let you in. But you better have an appointment or you arent going in. The gal my husband had talked to, made it sound like he should come over that day and pick up the items. Wrong! The next time we went we had an appointment we were supposed to pick up stuff and it wasnt ready. Dont use Wolde flooring unless youre really patient.

I like the convenience of being able to match our kitchen update design at Wolde. The sales associates were good at finding out the answers to my questions, if they didn’t know the answer. The sales associate or receptionist was very informative about when the work would be done. The backsplash installer wasn’t able to complete the installation due to running out of grout. He said he may come back in a couple of days. He showed up the following morning with no warning. Thankfully, I was home. Our Quartz countertop came with dull streaks evening spaced apart. Looked like whatever held them in place on the truck made the streaks. Someone did come out and was able to get some of the streaks out. He said he could come back and try something that would create dust. By this time, I was tired of dust and told him I would live with it. You can only see the streaks in certain lighting. I guess I expect perfection from something that cost so much. Overall, I am happy with my kitchen, especially the floor.

Wolde is a company that go above and beyond . I had moved into a house that was 7 years old and I had a bathroom sink that had been broken and after trying 4 or 5 different company with no luck. Wolde came to the rescue and ordered the part that was needed and installed my sink. It was my last hope without having to spend thousand of dollars to have the entire unit disconnected, but with the help of Wolde I only ended up paying several hundred dollars. Thank you Wolde!!!

Install team arrived on time but installed the wrong carpet pad. Multiple details about the install were not communicated to the installers. The sales staff is nice, but every other part of the process seems pretty unorganized.

Very professional and a pleasure to work with.I had my whole upstairs re-carpeted. They had a great selection to choose from. The installers were on time and very polite. A+I usually order my carpet from Home Depot, but the last time I did there was an install issue. Home Depot and their installer refused to correct the problems and make things right. Spoke with managers and the issue dragged on and on. Could not have been any worse. That will be my last time using them.Glad to use Wolde for my flooring needs.

Wolde does not have the compression of customer service. When one pays any amount of money for service from Wolde they have the right to question. Wolde had one sub contractor walk off the job for the way they way they were being treated by Wolde in the middle of the job. Danny does not understand basic business 101, and was told never to step in their store ever again, which we are more than glad to adhere to. Poor customer service and poor relationships with their sub contractors.

The sales experience went well, our associate was knowledgeable. The end result was great, install went well and the product was as we expected. The time frame from order to installation was 24 days, which we were told was normal. Had we known it was going to take this long we may have shopped around. I attempted to contact management during the process by calling the store; I left a voicemail and never heard back.

Everything was great. They were on time and efficient and cleaned up as they left. Highly recommended.

Very professional! We are super pleased with our granite countertops. We had a couple issues after installation(nothing related to Wolde), but we contacted the installer (contracted by Wolde) and he came right out and fixed it. He even gave us his personal number in case we found other things that needed to be adjusted. We always refer people to Wolde when they are looking for stone material.

Excellent selection possibly the best in the area. Customer service is very good and they have good lightening so you can actually see what the items look like. Their displays provides a broad showcase of how to design a kitchen and bathroom. Again, possibly the best in the area. On special orders, make sure you get the full detail because if there is an issue, their could be a no return policy. No issues with things they stock. Amanda has very good taste, so definitely someone to query about what you are thinking about.

I have found Wolde to be over priced. The cost of new show room has been passed to us as the customer. I have also found as a customer the people working in the show room did not know the products and costs but it always seemed like I was bothering them when I asked any questions or needed help.When I special ordered not only was it high priced after I did research (after I placed the order; my bad) there was a lot of confusion of where my order was. Then only part of my order came in which delayed my project 2 weeks. I continue to get email requests from Wolde to; “ please leave a review about Your order” so here you go this is my review. Please quit asking.

Wanted to charge me 1000 dollars for a single cut of a scrap piece. Unbelievable. There were five people standing around and when I asked about the scrap pieces they just said they didnt have the size that I needed without even looking. If you are doing a small project go to Spartan on Hughes. They will give you a way better deal. I got a nice granite countertop including the cut for just 50 dollars.

I had a great experience purchasing everything for my new home at Wolde (they are more than just) Flooring! Mattie was wonderful to help design my new home. She was budget aware, and compiled options for me for everything from wood flooring, floor tile, kitchen counter-tops, and backsplash tile, bathroom counter-tops and shower tile. We had a concern with something on our bathroom counter-tops, and Wolde was out to fix it immediately. I couldnt have asked for better customer service!

Display in the store is very good, selection has variety and staff is caring and cooperative. I understood Wolde is doing installation but contractor had taken it over. It would have been economical and better if Wolde had done the installation.

You walk in, spend an hour looking at various products to do a complete kitchen remodel, and two glamour bath makeovers and not one person speaks to you at all. The Boss must have been out that day. I used Wolde to replace my wooden flooring. Danny suggested a product that fits my need and it worked out great. Wood flooring was in stock, but transitions took 3 weeks to arrive.I was scheduled the next day and the work was completed within 3 days (remove existing hardwood and install new hardwood flooring).Joy did a great job keeping me updated on the status.
