I had a great experience looking at the bike and new bike+. Nowadays you will need to schedule an appointment (you are limited to 2 people) in order to test ride and wear a mask inside the store.Everyone was helpful and nice. I did a lot of research before visiting the store and knew that I just wanted to compare the two bikes. So it was helpful to have questions ready as you only have a 30 min time slot.I did not have the greatest delivery experience, but Peloton made it right eventually. Peloton uses XPO in many areas to deliver and have had significant customer satisfaction issues.As far as the core Peloton experience goes- I absolutely love it. Even though I had issues with my bike delivery, I really enjoy the classes and workout programs. I am very excited and motivated. There is a strong online community of Peloton users which is great if you like connecting with others. And the main customer service line have all had nice and respectful representatives.If you are planning on purchasing a bike or tread you will get $100 off of additional accessories (bike shoes, mat, weights, etc.) if you get a promo code from a current Peloton member and they will receive a $100 credit for Pelotons apparel store. Amy was absolutely wonderful. We had a peloton delivered two days prior and I wanted to be fitted correctly for the bike so that I wouldnt accrue injuries. She spent a significant amount of time with me, analyzed my form, and determined the best 3 point measurements for me to ride. I am thoroughly happy! I then sent my husband there as well to be measured and evaluated. Another great experience! I highly recommend Peloton at the Hilldale shopping center in Madison, WI
