Premier is a really nice family-owned paint store. We came up from Chicago to get some concrete paint we couldnt find locally in order to do a paint splatter finish for our basement floor.They have a wide selection of products, and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. A big difference compared to the national chain stores.We would definitely buy from them again, and we wish we had a similar store near us in the Chicago suburbs.

Great shopping experience. Drove an hour to pick up a hard to find primer. Set them aside and shook them for me before I got there. Talked to the owner and got great info on paints.

This is the best paint store in Madison. The customer service is amazing. I am just a home owner, but the guys always spend any time needed to answer all my questions and find me the best products for my projects. We have an old, old farmhouse and farm where we have lived for 20+ years. The doors of our house were painted with an old Mautz Paint color called Old Virginia Green. Premier Paint looked through their paint color books and found a recipe for that color. The color turned out better than the original using the new technology of paint with the ceramic beads in it. When we decided to replace the house siding withh LP Smartside, I wanted to order it in a custom color to match the old siding, a Mautz Paint color called, Morning Moon. The young man there at Premier Paint was so nice to donate his time to our project by looking up the number of that paint color for the siding manufacturer even though it did not have anything to do with selling me any paint. Even though our house wont need much more painting now, we have plenty of farm buildings that do. We plan on returning to Premier Paint for all our future painting projects.
