Just got home with my new Nissan Rogue from Zimbrick Honda! From the second we stepped foot on the lot until driving away, everyone was very friendly and professional. Fue was tremendous ~ very knowledgeable, kind & helpful. Highly recommend anyone interested in a car to request him!*additionally, S/O to Kyle in the business office for all of his help*
We loved working with Conrad. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions we had as we were looking into the new Pilot.Definitely a quality experience in our car search.
My wife and I have had great experiences at Zimbrick Honda. Conrad is an exceptional salesperson and will make you feel really comfortable about your new purchase. Make sure to ask for Conrad. We couldn’t recommend him and Zimbrick Honda any more!
Dealership had the truck model I was looking for while my local dealers did not. Good service and most of all, they did not try to sell all the extra stuff dealers think you need. In and out without sitting there for hours to sign paper work. Very happy with purchase.
The personnel at Zimbrick were totally professional! This is the second Honda Ridgeline I have purchased from Zimbrick and I drive 350 miles one way to get to their dealership - they are that good! I highly recommend them for your automotive needs!
Our 2019 Honda HRV had an electrical issue occur while we were road tripping through Wisconsin so we had it towed to this service center, and I’m fortunate we did. The staff was super friendly and attentive to our needs. They were able to work us in throughout the week between their other appointments and provide us with a rental car to get around since we had to hang in the area. They ran several tests and were very thorough in their approach to determining the issue. They were able to order the part that was needed and got my car fixed within 3 days. I’m so grateful for Mike and the rest of the Honda staff at this location!
Rene Gonzales was amazing. Super helpful and friendly. He kept me updated the whole way when I got my new 22 odyssey. Great places to buy!
Good time see you guys Again
Covid respectful with everyone in masks. Salesman was efficient and a good communicator. All well smooth and I am very satisfied with vehicle.
Zimbrick’s service department is top-notch. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I always feel like I get a quality experience! Thank you!!
We found a couple of vehicles on their website that we were interested in. Drove over 2 hours to the dealership and were not disappointed. Dave, our salesman, was very low pressure and never tried to push us into something different. He was very patient and allowed us to test drive numerous vehicles until we found the one we liked. Offer on our trade was very fair and Randy the business manager offered additional warranties but we never felt pressured. We were happy to make the drive back home in our new car and would definitely make the drive again.
I drive a 2011 Honda Element, and this dealership is the only place Ill take my aging baby. Not only do they know their cars - even the older models - they are extremely warm and friendly people in the service department. Today I visited the body shop for the first time, and it was same there. The honest guys who helped me didnt even charge me for the minor wheel well moulding fix I needed. They just popped everything back into place and sent me on my way. This dealership always makes me feel good about using their services.
Came in to have my transmission fluid changed 2014 civic. I left the fill plug lined up with another marking on the engine to double check they did their work it did not move even the slightest. After bringing it to the attention of Stephen Pelletier after countless times of being told it was done even though the plug was obviously not touched. I left and changed it myself. Even the big dogs can’t be trusted don’t let these guys do your fluid changes!!!!!!!!
Cole at Zimbrick was amazing!! He handled my 911 call of a failed alternator, while driving home on I-94, and coordinated getting us repaired that afternoon. All on an insanely busy day in their shop. Cole managed, with Zimbrick’s great service staff, to make a very stressful situation into a blessing.
Couldnt have been nicer. Road trip from MN to IL and our check engine light came on just outside of Madison. They immediately got someone to check out the engine code, confirmed it wasnt a major issue, reset the warning light, told us we were okay to continue, AND added a quart of oil. And they did it all for free in 20 minutes!
I received a great deal on a trade-in and a new lease. Our sales person was friendly, helpful, thorough.
Great experience. Driving new crv from our home in Minnesota to Chicago. Stopped in Madison area to see friends and low pressure light went on. We added air at gas station and light stayed on. Drove into Zimbrick Honda and friendly employee quickly adjusted our tire air, turned light off at no charge. WOW.
We walked in unannounced and asked to test drive a new car. Vito was a no pressure salesman and arranged a CRV within minutes. We drove to the west side and back. The car was great and so was Vito.
The most friendly and confident staff I have had the pleasure of encountering. I stopped in today for a replacement bulb/install; the gentlemen working today went right to it and were just amazing in both demeanor and efficiency. Thank you!!!!
Great vehicle !Don mickelson great job!We are longtime Zimbrick fans! Thanks
Horizontal move from accord to cr-v, appreciated sales team knowledgeand efficiency
Got an appointment same day, only waited about 40 minutes. Tire was patched and all tire pressures checked. Jeff always makes a good effort to help us with a problem. Thanks, Zimbrick
Tom is the best. Loaner made the hours to repair the Clarity seem like a date to my wife and I.
As always they were great. I was able to get my oil changed and check up on my CR-Z. Cole was most helpful. They are the BEST!
I recently had a power steering hose replaced on my 20 year old Honda Accord and I was more than pleased about how smooth the service was. Jeff in the service department was of great assistance and friendly customer service. They were even able to use the aftermarket part I had purchased for attempting to DIY. I also paid less than the estimate which is just a bonus. This was my first time at Zimbrick, but they definitely left a great first impression.
Jill Warren continues to give Us outstanding service. Our relationship spans over a decade and seven leases. Her product knowledge is Amazing and her Customer service goes far beyond your normal sales staff. She is the reason I pass several other Honda Dealerships and go to Zimbrick Honda.
Rick and Anthony were amazing in helping me lease my first car!
Always great service and a convenient hide away to read while my auto is being serviced; with free coffee.
So I bought a car from them yesterday and have been thinking all day about the experience. They were very nice and we liked the atmosphere from the beginning and maybe Im being naive but I would like to think the mistakes were not intentional. We liked the sales associate and I am not going to name names in case these were genuinely mistakes and not intentional, but perhaps I should have re-watched the movie Suckers before embarking on a car search.Went in looking for used and was shown that a new Civic (2021 model, included a discount as they try to move inventory before the 2022 models) was not that much more so we went for it. Test drove an orange-red car, said we wanted that one. Were shown an out the door price as we would be paying by check for all. Didnt expect to buy and pick up a vehicle that day but it was easier so I wouldnt have to make the trip again on another day to bring in my trade in (I live about an hour from the dealer). Returned a few hours later with my trade in, offer on that was low but I know there are issues so I accepted. Im waiting, understanding that theres other people to help, and I hadnt scheduled this pick up.As Im looking at the offer, intending to call my insurance company to switch coverage to the car Im about to buy, I notice that it says black exterior. I mention this to our sales guy, he goes to switch whats in motion to the orange-red one I wanted. Ok, no big deal, little mis-communication. I ask for the VIN number of the orange-red car so I can call insurance, wait, and time goes by and Im brought to the paperwork guy. Nothing else is mentioned. As Im signing papers, we get to the final cost. It is about $800 more than I was shown earlier. Maybe not a big deal to some, but what the heck, whats going on? Apparently the orange-red color is an upcharge by almost $400. Never was told this information by the sales associate before this. Heres where I should have stood my ground but I didnt. Even accepting this, the numbers still didnt add up. I was being charged another $400. As the paperwork guy and I went through each item, the discount I was shown before was less. He went to talk to the manager and this was resolved. But I am kicking myself a little today for not arguing more to have that other charge taken away since I was not told the orange-red color was more money. I should have / could have asked that that extra $400 or so be added to my trade-in or otherwise comped, but I had been there for some time and was ready to go (another tactic making me wait? or simply the time it takes to prep a vehicle especially since I noticed the error on color?)I am posting this in order to help someone else who may be dealing with Zimbrick or any dealership. Not sure if this is how they regularly do business or if I am giving them an excuse by acknowledging reasons why there were mistakes in what I was quoted versus what they wanted at the end. Buyers beware and wary.
Great place not only to buy a car but also get service done to your car. My family has bought 4 cars here over the years. Great customer service and family feel atmosphere.
Cole is the best. He is friendly and helpful Thanks
Customer service from start to finish is always amazing.
On a recent trip from the Chicagoland area to Minnesota, we had car issues and contacted your dealership for assistance. Your dealership was spectacular in helping us on a Saturday at 12pm. We brought our vehicle in, the service tech took a look at our vehicle, and she made all the necessary repairs to correct the problem. When my husband asked about payment, Cole said “there is no charge for this service and have a safe trip; if anything happens on your way out please turn around, come back and we will take a closer look”.Are you kidding me??? In today’s world... a dealership that takes a look at a vehicle and corrects the problem and there is no charge? That doesn’t happen. I cannot believe it. If we lived anywhere near the Madison area, this would be our dealership - for life!Want to send a huge thank you to your staff and technicians for the incredible work they did and for their great customer service.
Nice place. Friendly salesman and no pressure.
Excellent customer service! Staff appear to be very happy here. My guess is that they are being well cared for as employees.
Nice clean place. The parts guy was very helpful.
I was in the market for a new Civic Type R and had one of the best sales experiences Ive ever had. The Type R is a limited vehicle and was very difficult to find in my local area (California), so I reached out to Zimbrick Honda. Bill Bailey was very responsive, answered all my questions clearly, and never tried to upsell me on anything. He gave me a great deal when other dealerships wanted at least $3000 over MSRP. Id highly recommend Bill and Zimbrick Honda, especially if youre in the market for a Type R.
Awesome dealership! Professional, friendly and reliable. I wouldnt deal with anyone else.
I purchased a used vehicle from here for 13k. When it broke down two weeks later I called and asked if they have a tow service or something to help me out and was told that its a used vehicle. I was transferred to a voicemail where I left a message. My call was never returned.
Sales person (Rick) was courteous and responsible to my priorities. I told him I was just starting my process, and he helped me determine the type of car I wanted as well as lease options. There was zero pressure, and as a result I will definitely be going back when I am ready to make a purchase.
After going to Wilde and having a bad experience, my wife and I came here. They gave us a nice deal on a new Fit Sport. We had a bit of a complicated situation with my wife not having a license yet, but being the primary breadwinner. The people were nice and a world of difference from the pushy, condescending staff at the other place. We drove home our car than night and its great.
I was going to give this place 4 stars because they normally are great but after purchasing my car the issues just kept coming.1. I bought my car with a scratch on the gas cover and they said they would replace it(I had documentation attesting to that). I took it in and when I picked it up, they had buffed it out (not replaced) and played it off and lied saying “oh We thought this would be fine with you” so I had to take it back in and whole process took 1.5 weeks.2. The extra key they gave me wasn’t even to my car3. They tell you get 2 free oil changes with a new car. I was told I could go to any Honda dealer but that is a lie. You have to return to them because you must purchase a HONDA maintenance package (which is attached to your VIN number) to be able to go to any Honda dealer (I found this out from a different Honda dealer when I tried to take it there for said oil change).Overall buying the car was easy and everyone was nice but I lost a lot of respect for them when they did not do what they said. Buying your car here would be fine but I wouldn’t have them do any work for you and make sure you really check everything over if they say they are going to do certain things.**Edit- the day I posted this review they called me and said they put the wrong VIN number on all my a paperwork mixing it up with another car of the same model....they handled it professionally but again, just another hassle to add to the list
If I could Id give them 0 stars, I went here to have a new vehicle key cut and was refused immediately by the Service department because apparently any other key stock except their own damages the key cutter. No other alternatives offered. They really didnt care for their customers. So I am still without a new dealer key.
Cole & Ali and their technicians were great! Did an affordable oil change with basic inspection. Found some things but advocated for the safer cheaper route. My suspension works better now. They allowed me to use my non-OEM parts which were less expensive and still good quality to save. They were very communicative and strait to the point. Not pushy at all. They didnt look down on me for bringing in an older car. Even were given a fantastic 2020 loaner car to use. They also found a coupon discount for me to make it more affordable! My wife is happy we chose this service center after a lot of bad experiences at bait and switch groupon shops like Meineke. I may very well buy a new car from Caleb at this shop down the road, if it suites my family, just because of their outstanding service. Thanks Zimbrick Honda West!
I went to Zimbrick to recall a tire that went flat on my car last evening. As always, the staff was professional and friendly. They make you feel at home.
Purchased a 2018 Accord Touring 2.0T, started the process with an email to internet sales, Jared responded promptly with a quote. His email was personal and he followed up on my questions without hesitation and without pressure. We set up a date to meet and discuss the Accord, on my schedule, still no pressure. Once I arrived at the dealership I was immediately greeted even though it was somewhat busy. Later to learn I was greeted by the Sales Manager, Darron.Jared had the vehicle pulled up front ready to look over and take a test drive and talk about the fantastic features in the Accord Touring. I had already driven a couple at other dealerships, it was worth another test run and a refresher on the features (theres are many). We discussed the purchase and we came to an agreement within a short period of time, Jared and Darron were a pleasure to work with during purchase process, and still no pressure to buy or unnecessary add ons, they were offered but I declined and we moved on with the process. Met with the Business Manager Brent, final paperwork was drafted while they worked on getting the vehicle ready for delivery. This process was seamless and quick Brent had it all put together before the vehicle was ready to go. The entire process was even not a process Jared, Darron and Brent made it pleasurable. I would recommend them to anyone. I drove an hour and half to make the purchased based on a several of observations, first contact with Jared, vehicle in stock, no pressure tactics, attentive to needs and answering questions, it felt right for me. On a side note there were three similar Accord Tourings within half hour where I live, sometimes it not about price/negotiations and convenience, but good customer service, which is what Zimbrick Honda accomplished in my opinion. Highly recommend Zimbrick Honda and staff.
Best buying experience ever. Good deal and no BS. Highly recommend Dave Moderow and Kyle in the finance office. Keep up the good work.
Dave and Randy were great, and I got an amazing deal on a barely used Fit. Im very happy with my purchase and the buying experience.
Very responsible, trustworthy and generous people. David helped us solved the tire issue created by another dealership. They said they could fix the tire for us for free even though it’s not their issue. In the end I let the other dealership paid them for the work but I am grateful for David and the technicians. Highly recommend!!
I had an excellent experience buying a new car here. I highly recommend them.
Rick was an amazing salesperson, couldnt have ask for anything better. Definitely recommend.
Couldnt find a sales person interested in helping me
We had a very pleasant experience here when we wanted to test drive an Accord Hybrid. I found a vehicle we were interested in on their website, and called about an hour ahead to let them know we would like to test drive a particular car. The salesperson we worked with was Lisa, and she was great. They were very busy that day, but despite that she did her best to take care of us. She had the car ready for us when we arrived (which was not something we found at every dealership!), and checked in with us when we got back from the drive. She managed to take some time with us and answer our questions even though she had multiple customers at one time because of how busy they were. We did not end up getting a Honda, but we would absolutely return if we were in the market again, and I would highly recommend Lisa as a salesperson to anyone.
I had an excellent experience buying a new car. I highly recommend them.
New car purchase. The best purchase experience EVER!! James Skolaski is a ROCK STARsalesperson!! The closing process was also fantastic!.
Very friendly staff! Melissa was amazing and so were the ladies who took my payment! 😁 thanks!
I recently went to Zimbrick for an Oil change and a new set of tires. I made my appointment a few weeks in advance, and they told me that I could drop my car off at 9 and pick it up between 12-2. That was fine, and they were nice enough to give me a ride home after I dropped off my car.1:45 rolls around, and I get a friend to take me back to Zimbrick so I can pick up my car. They told me that theyd give me a call when my car was ready for pickup, but maybe they forgot. I get there and need to seek out a random person to ask about my car - nobody greets you or directs you to the right desks. The man I spoke with told me that hed check on my car and let me know when I could drive away.Long story short, they were an hour and a half longer than their most conservative estimate on my service time, and the bill was inexplicably large. I cannot figure out some of the charges on my bill, and they went over the estimate that I was quoted by more than a hundred dollars. Ive called them but havent been able to get a hold of anyone who can explain this difference to me.The work they did on the car was good and the individuals I spoke with were pleasant and professional, however the bigger picture of how the Service Center here works needs some improvement. They need to pay greater attention to meeting their promises, and they need to follow their own rules in terms of calling the customer to get approval for charges beyond those initially quoted. To be honest, I probably wont return to Zimbrick Honda unless Im forced to.David
Great place to have your car serviced. Friendly staff
Fast, efficient, professional, and friendly service, as always.
My key was broken. Very cheap to fix it. Very satisfied
I dropped off my car to have my oil changed and everything went fine. They said they would have a cab pick me up after work that day so that I could come get my car when they were done. When I was finished with work I waited for the cab and it never came. I called them and they told me it wasnt their fault and that if I wasnt there in 10 minutes, I couldnt pick up my car. I tried to explain to them that that wasnt an option as I was going to a funeral the next day and they continued to rudely tell me that they didnt want to have to wait for me (because the cab THEY ordered was late). Needless to say that was unnecessary.I got a call while I was at work prior to picking up my car that it was struggling to start (its an old car and it was a cold day so I wasnt surprised). They told me I would likely need a new battery and asked if I wanted it changed. I asked them to test the battery (which is standard). When they did it was fine (it had recently been replaced). I did NOT appreciate that they attempted to up-sell me like that. When they did the oil change they did a full inspection of the car including looking at the drive shaft and u-joint. I was given the highest markings there (saying it was good to go). Now, just less than two months later, the drive shaft FELL OFF! The entire u-joint broke and it will cost me a lot to fix it. Obviously it wasnt good if it fell off so I almost doubt they even looked at it.I have been to other Honda dealerships and service centers and this one is just not as good. between the customer service being so poor and the lack of attention to detail with my car, I will never come back here. Im incredibly disappointed.
Wonderful experience buying a car. We look to Zimbrick for service also. Carlos was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Third time buying a car at Zimbrick and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Very unhappy, after leasing 2 cars in the past with these guys. Finally after completing and finishing my contract with these guys and switching to a BMW they sent a anonymous bill of $650.00 with a condition that if we do another lease with them they wont charge this. Why the hell would I pay this bill? Not in my contract, paid everything off and this disgusting trickery to keep the customer. Never buying a car from these guys ever again or a Honda per say. Utter nonsense.
I am really happy with our experience at Zimbrick Honda. From the start our salesman, Bill, was friendly and accommodating. He worked within our budget and even allowed me to drive one of their cars to my wifes work so she could test drive it during her lunch break. Their offer was fantastic and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking for a quality car.
Incredibly friendly.. unfortunately I couldn’t get to a price that I wanted but that’s part of the game.. Jason was super helpful and wasn’t to persistent.. he let me go at my own speed and figure out what I could do.. I would recommend if you are looking for a new car take a stop by.. great people.
DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! Employees are unprofessional, unaccountable and rude. They failed to remove license plates on a vehicle my family traded in and upon notifying them of this, they (specifically, Cody Ericson) denied that they messed up. 9 months later we are still getting parking tickets as the new owner continues to use the old plates (even though theyve subsequently been canceled) so it has resulted in working with the Sheriffs department to report the plates as stolen. If you want to avoid headache, I urge you to take your business elsewhere.
I have Zimbrick do all the repairs on our 2014 Pilot that we bought there new there.I personally work with JEFF BAUHS all the time. He is honest and very helpful. He always lets me know what needs attention now and potential repairs down the road.
I usually dont buy my cars from dealers in Madison because youre almost guaranteed to pay a sharp mark up compared to just an hour out of town. However, I stopped by Z used imports since its convenient and they usually have a nice selection. I spoke with Carlos and the whole process was great. He dealt very fairly with me from the very beginning, I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. Like, when he estimated that I might be able to get around $8,000 for my trade, which was fair, I thought, Okay, Ill believe it when I see it. I ended up on the new lot, picked out he one I wanted and came back a few days later with my trade vehicle and an education. I had done my homework and I knew exactly how much I was going to pay for that car. I was a little disappointed since I had prepared myself for a fight, and there was no haggling, no games, no pressure, no anything. I got $8,000 for my trade and his initial best price was within $300 of my number. I gave him my number, told him it was firm and I thought it was fair. He came back ten minutes later with a contract. We shook hands and it was over.
Working with Jason was such a pleasure. Starting with his friendly, no pressure approach all the way to the day I picked up my car. He explained everything I needed to know about my car and ensured that anything I need in the future will be just one phone call away. I love my new car and would not be driving it if not for the hard work and follow-up from Jason. I will recommend him to all of my friends and business associates. Thank you Jason!
My mother’s vehicle would not start; it’s a 2002 Honda; i towed the vehicle to Zibrick Honda, and they (a Honda Service Center) could not find the problem. They charged $110, and told my mom, that she should consider trading in her vehicle..... I then took the vehicle to Midwest Engine Service, they diagnosed the problem right away, and the total cost was $300 for diagnosis and repair.
Flexible in scheduling drop off times. After I picked my car up, though, the headlight was out. Fortunately the technician was very helpful and got it fixed the next day at no charge and with no need for appointment.
I went in for a recall/warranty issue. I had an appointment - and it took forever to get something minor done. They also tried to talk me into $1200 worth of mechanical work - which I didnt need. I fixed the problem myself for $45.00. I also wanted to look at used vehicles. They told me I could walk over to the used car area about a block away - in the rain. I went, and it took about 45 minutes before someone helped me, and he was not happy because I interrupted his lunch. Guess who didnt buy a car there. Yep... This person!
AN AWESOME car-buying experience! We bought our new 2017 Honda Civic from John Marks at Zimbrick Honda. The entire transaction was wonderful, and we love the car so far. John was patient, knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous, and very responsive to my calls and emails. I highly recommend John Marks and Zimbrick Honda!
Busy, busy staff but good service
UPDATE: Contacted Tim on his number provided and left voicemail, didnt get a return call. Wife wanted to give them 2nd chance, maybe no point? Update after this: Sending email after this post in regards to issues my vehicle may still have does not really answer why my vehicle’s issue was not fixed in the first place. You guys are terrible, I sent my vehicle with a particular issue and was told brake job will fix it, if the noise still bothers come back and we will fix, my brakes were never really a problem that was suggested. Doesnt matter how bad my brakes were I didnt come for that, the noises I heard from my vehicle never got fixed. This is a terrible service I dont intend to ever come back. The worst service for expensive cost and still didnt fix for what I came in for.
Recently purchased a new Accord through John Marks. We are loyal Honda customers and John is part of the reason why. He knows what we need. Doesnt oversell or push something that is not going to work for us. He made the purchase a simple and easy process. He feels more like a good friend than a sales guy. And we are very happy with the car.
Best service received! Cole was more than helpful & made sure my Honda was well taken care of :)
I recently purchased a CRV and the experience was great! What a pleasant and refreshing change from previous auto showroom sales. The salesman, John Marks was knowledgeable, efficient, and took his time to make sure I understood all the features and options. His follow-up has been great. The financing was handled quickly and easily by Chad Collins. I love the car, and I switched from a BMW! I would definitely go back!
Went in needing a new car. Had the pleasure of working with Mike. I have to say he was not pushy, took all of my wants into consideration and I drove off in a car I absolutely love! Go in and ask for Mike. You wont be sorry.
I just purchased my brand new Honda HR-V with the wonderful help from salesman Tim Panthofer at Zimbrick Honda!!! This is my second vehicle I have purchased from Zimbrick, and I could not be more happy! Great service all around, very knowledgeable about all the vehicles, and always willing to help or answer any questions you may have! Warm and welcoming establishment with shiny, new cars all around! :)
Very pleasant experience purchasing a new Honda. Quoted a great price, informed me of all incentives available, and did not push any unnecessary extras. Pressure-free and hassle-free experience.
Recently purchased a used Honda Pilot here and had a very pleasant experience. Sales staff is professional, with no high pressure sales tactics - which is much appreciated. Highly recommended.(I had a bad experience at a dealer today and left them a bad review, so I thought it was only fair to post a positive review - albeit a little late - for Zimbrick Honda).
Were done here! End of story! This is the response that my friend received after bringing in his vehicle, which he purchased from Zimbrick in the first place, due to multiple engine fault codes. After supposedly servicing his vehicle, and refusing to give him the full tank of gas for his troubles they promised him, he immediately checked his engine before even leaving. The same codes he brought his vehicle in for still showed . When he asked the technician the man became very confrontational and rude. We have a thirty thousand dollar code reader and we sell twenty five thousand vehicles a year! I dont have any reason to trust your code reader! Were done here! End of story! Shame on you for your willingness to mistreat a younger customer based solely on hubris and arrogance. Shame.
My spouse and I have been going to Zimbrick for years for purchasing our cars and for service. Staff from both are straight shooters and dont give you the run-around.
I recently leased a Honda Accord from Zimbrick working with Jason Hepperly. This is my third leased vehicle from Zimbrick and the first time working with Jason. The experience was easy and efficient. Jason listened to my priorities and found the best vehicle and lease terms to meet my needs. I recommend Jason to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
Working with Jason was a pleasure, the process was quick and easy. Also, the follow through has been great. Any questions or concerns I’ve had after the sale have been handled promptly and politely, unlike a lot of places who aren’t nearly as concerned with your satification after the sale. We would definitely go back!
We truly appreciate the service at Zimbrick Honda. Jason really took the time to explain everything to my dad and I. He (and the whole team) was patient and helped to the best of his ability to provide what we were looking for. I highly recommend Zimbrick for anyone looking for a Honda!
Disappointed with the lack of customer service. Bought the vehicle and was to have three free oil changes. The first two have been a struggle to have them provide. Their system of keeping track doesn’t work. They offer a discount coupon but then won’t let you use it.Looks like other service providers will get future business.
Grateful for the friendly and professional service.
Bought a new Ridgeline. Good price. Sales process was fairly painless. However a couple of things about the process reminded me of 1980s shady car dealer tactics. The truck already had a couple of accessories installed. They wanted to charge more than $100 over MSRP for them. Also there was a hard sell from the finance guy on the service contract add-ons. When I declined them he said something along the lines of so you dont care about your vehicle? I had to say no multiple times.
Isaac Moretz was great to work with. Very accommodating and receptive to our needs and constraints. He was well prepared before our first meeting with several options laid out. He was responsive to our questions in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend Isaac to friends.
Great service, if you are interested in buying a new car this is the place to go. Not only did my wife and I get a great deal but we also got service above and beyond. I mean that . The 2018 CRV EX-L we bought had an issue with it that we discovered after having put 1400 miles on it and Zimbrick Honda went to the extent of taking the car back and putting us into another brand new one. Most dealership would not go that far to make sure that a customer is happy. My wife and I will probably be life long customers and our praise and thanks to all at Zimbrick Honda.
My husband and I had a really good experience buying a used vehicle here this year. Jason Hepperly was super helpful in getting us a good deal on an SUV and a better trade-in value than we expected for our car at the time. Jason has also continued to check in on us to see if we need any service for the car we bought. Overall, great service and experience.
I have been leasing/purchasing vehicles from Zimbrick since 2009. I have always had excellent service. Jason H. my most recent sales rep was awesome. I hate driving on the Beltline so he went out of his way to pick up my vehicle for service. My process of buying a vehicle has always been fast and fun. Im extremely picky about the vehicle I want and they always deliver.
Brought my car in for service to get some recalls taken care of. It was overall not a great experience. I was told my car would be ready to pick up at 4:30, and I got there around 5. Two people went and looked for my keys, and said they werent there, so my car must be getting washed. I waited outside for over 20 minutes for my car, and it never showed up. I went back inside, and the person working at the desk looked for my keys again, and found them immediately. Not sure what the issue was before that they couldnt find them. Then I had to wait for them to go get my car, and when it pulled up, it hadnt been washed and was dirtier than ever.I was assured on the phone at 3:00 that it would be getting washed soon.I also asked 3 times that my maintenance required light be reset, and when I got in my car to drive away, I noticed it was still on. Not a huge deal, but still annoying. The mechanic that called me earlier told me he would make sure it was turned off. Well, I guess he didnt because its still on.Im not sure if I didnt get great service because I wasnt actually paying for my car to get fixed, or if its just not a great place to go. Ill be going somewhere else from now on.
I recently purchased a used vehicle. I had to come from out of town, so they worked with me over email and phone. They answered all the questions I had without hesitation. They were easy to work with and the price was good. I will go back.
Update: Tom was responsible for not having the car ready. They figured out the check engine light was due to a faulty gas cap and ordered one no charge. Im still surprised this wasnt taken care of as it was all over the repair manifest.Ive been coming here for 15 years. I brought the car in for a oil gasket and new breaks. They were also supposed to replace the headlight that the body shop broke the last time I went to the body shop. 2 days later they still havent fixed the headlight. When I went to leave the shop the cars check engine light was on. Obviously I was upset and I asked to speak to the manager. Greg decided shouting at me in the lobby was his way of dealing with the issue. Greg refused to apologize or own up to the problem until I was walking out the door. If you want good service go elsewhere, Im appalled by the way I was treated.
