You have always been great to work with. I really appreciate the call when my payment didnt go through on time. My card was hacked and shut off and I didnt catch everything that was automatic on it. Cable bill was same way and after 15 years of zero late payments they just automatically shut it off with no warning. You called and sent a text checking on it and will always have my business as long as I need a storage shed. Thank you.

We have stored our house while new home is being built. Even during this time orf Covid the management has been available to answer all our questions and are very quick to respond. The facility is very clean and we feel our items are secure. We had our items dropped off by corporate movers and the large truck had no problems accessing the storage locker. Very happy with our experience.

Basically my entire life was in that storage unit, and it’s hard to TRUST that all your things are going to be ok. Naturally I think of every worst case scenario, flooding, theft, mice. I chose this facility because it is gated, well lit, secure, and the website says the manager lives on site. I paid extra for the air-conditioned unit, and it was very easy to load my things into. When I moved my things out 2 weeks early… I got a phone call from Christy. Asking if I was permanently moved out… That thoroughly impressed me for a variety of reasons. A) they proactively reached out to me to ensure my stuff was OK & to make sure I was ok with turning auto-pay off. How many companies would just bill you for another month and hope you forgot to cancel? Also, when I asked how she knew I moved out the night before, they said they walk the grounds every morning and inspect every unit to make sure there wasn’t damage. If I ever need a storage unit again in the future, I will absolutely use this place. That gave me such a great feeling that my things are secure, and to know they’re inspecting every single unit every day. That’s awesome. You can definitely trust this place with your stuff!

First of all the customer service is amazing. Kathy and the staff always made sure that the property was clean and if you needed anything they would take care of it within 24hrs. I left my unit unlocked one day and they notified me promptly because they check the units often. My unit was a controlled storage and I had no problem with it ever being to hot or cold. This is the best storage unit I have ever seen and used. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

I consider the storage unit an extension of my home because of the ease of access, everything is well maintained, and I have never seen the property trashy or unkempt. The staff is always friendly, professional, and attentive. It is a nice bonus that the indoor storage building is supplied with a cart.

I stopped in to refill my cup with water while getting stuff out of my shed. The lady in the office offered me a bottle of water and Gatorade so I didnt have to drink from the sink. Blew my mind that she just gave me free drinks. Good people here.

I had an AWESOME experience at Extra Space Storage on County Line. I was greeted with a smile & was able to receive the information I requested. The property was nice & clean. Also, adequate space for storage my items.

The storage is good and they have good service, but they hike the price without notification. Went up $10 extra dollars a month and I didnt got any notification. I called the customer service line and all they did was tell me that they manager of the location have to call me in reference to that, REALLY? then why there is a customer service line. Not Happy with it... looking for a new storage...

I only needed the unit for 3 months, and when I went in to cancel my unit I was given just as good service... even a cold bottle of water since I was hoofing it getting the unit unpacked.I cannot highly recommend this place enough...
