Ive had a mailbox with this store for three years. As I moved to another state, or I will keep using their excellent service. The whole team is very awesome. Each time I went to the store, the staff greeted me and my family members. They are super nice, friendly, and always ready to help. After I left Madison, I had several delayed packages delivered to my old address. They spent extra time taking care of the forwarding packages. Here I just want to say thank you to Alex, Micheal, and the whole team there (my apologies, I forget the name spelling of another two young men, they are super great as well). I also realized the owner of the store changed this year while their service is as great as previous. If they could read this, I also want to thank the previous staff -- Jenny and Jay. The whole team makes me miss Madison and Wisconsin so much... So I would love to recommend this store to other customers who need UPS services.

Alex was wonderful today! I made a few mistakes today when I tried to provide my address, Alex was very patient and took time to explain how the prepaid shipping label works. I greatly appreciate his help and enjoyed my experience at this store today!

Wonderful store!! Excellent customer service and very careful packing of a fragile item! I stopped in, in a hurry, on my way to the airport because Id bought a beautiful hand-made drum on vacation in Wisconsin and was afraid that it wouldnt fit in the overhead compartment. I quickly explained the challenge left it with them to pack before I caught my flight. They checked me out quickly with minimal fuss. I just received the drum today -- when I opened the box, it was packed beautifully, better than I would have done myself. The person who packed it took the time to hand-cut cardboard shields to go on the top and bottom of the drum, and did lots of layers of bubble wrap etc so it arrived perfectly. Thank you for the care you gave this item!

Im a frequent visitor of this UPS store and sometimes have lots of drop-off packages. I could say this is the best UPS store so far. The staffs here are always nice, friendly and willing to help. During the COVID days, they follows the CDC guidelines and everyone wears mask. I also want to specially thank Alex. When I have big drop-offs, he does great help for carrying the boxes. And I feel that Alex is very happy and energetic at work :).I would highly recommend the residents near by for doing business with them. They are professional and reliable! This is a great location as well.

I was greeted promptly and inquired about a specific bubblewrap. When it was discovered the type of wrap I needed was unavailable at this store, Alex directed me to another nearby store location, calling ahead to alert the employees there. The store was set up for CDC guidelines for COVID -19 protection which made me feel at ease. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and polite. I was able to drop off my packages and be out of the store in under 5 minutes... that’s efficient! Very thankful they were open!

UPS lost my package. I go in to ask for help on what to do and the employee is very short with me, acting like somehow its my fault. Never apologized or took any responsibility whatsoever. Basically did everything possible to not actually help, told me to just call even though I already had called twice. Very unpleasant place to be. Very disappointed in how UPS handles list packages.

I repeatedly use this location for mailing and printing services. They are always happy to help, and even go above and beyond to help with packaging. I highly recommend them for their efficiency, customer service, and attention to detail.

Have noticed a trend of this store upsizing the measurements on my packages. I assume (maybe incorrectly) that the difference is nominal on my individual box but the consistency they are doing it every time I drop off a package I also have to assume its happening to others and the cumulative effect has to be great. i.e a 24x9.75x6 box will be entered as 25x11x6 and I have pre measured and watched intently them measuring the box and found the same thing. I typically come here because even with the upsizing if Im shipping something that doesnt fit in a USPS flat rate box its typically cheaper here then USPS, may have to rethink where Im going.

Professional and exceptional Pack and Ship service. I have requested a last-minute service at this UPS store to move my stuff from Madison to Philadelphia. They were making every effort they could to meet my urgent needs. The staff picked 10 boxes at my two different places, packed them in the economic way, and delivered all of them on time, during holiday hours, without any damage. Keith was especially exceptional. He always kept the customers needs in his mind. He coordinated the moving process, suggested the best way for packing, and created the best plan ways to save money. This was a really good experience for moving, and I strongly recommend this store if you have future moving needs.

I sent an online print job to this store. When I went to pick it up, some of the images weren’t as clear on the page as they needed to be. Ellen took time to sit with me play with printer until we got them looking stellar!! Thanks for the help and great service! Will definitely be back soon!

The staff member I interacted with was rude. He didnt reply my morning greetings or my thank you, he gave me a blank annoyed face. He had a lady trainee, she notices how rude he was and she greeted me before I left.

I live very close to this store, but may start driving out of my way to a new one. I feel like almost every time I come in here, its a struggle to get what I need, or the person behind the counter is rude and weird. Its not like I have complicated requests - literally print outs and Amazon returns. Today there was literally one other person in the store in line in front of me and they told me I should leave and drive to another location because it would be faster than waiting FOR ONE OTHER PERSON. Are you kidding? Thank goodness I ignored the advice because the other guy was done in less than 5 minutes and I was able to get my label printed. These people need better management and training. What a joke. Go to another location or FedEx ffs.

Kudos to Kieth Johnston owner of two UPS stores in Madison and Middleton. Keith went to a lot of trouble to get passport photos for my NZ passport, which has different requirements than the US passport. Owner and staff proved to be extremely friendly, helpful and flexible.

The simple fact is that the people that work here are CROOKS. I took in a few boxes, and while they were quoting prices I could tell they were adding an inch over what the box measured along every dimension. When I asked them, they said boxes can get compressed during freight and expand. Imagine that! When I pointed out the idiocy of this statement both of the employees, a younger woman and an older woman, just looked dumbfounded. I picked up my boxes and took them to the Middleton UPS store. Got better service and was quoted fair amounts. Ive also used the UPS store on Regent and theyre great as well. Never coming back here.

Theyll charge you two bucks to print a sheet of paper and $.50 if you dont have cash. Fed ex will do the same thing for free.

I wouldn’t go to a place where they make trying to ship a package like pulling teeth.I told her there was food (dried ones, like trail mix and popcorn), and she immediately shut me down, saying that they can’t take it without even asking what kind of food was inside.UPS wouldn’t accept a package that I didn’t have the addressee phone number on, when the post office didn’t even question it once. I paid 110 dollars less at another post office compared to what this store tried charging me. It took me over half an hour of waiting, just to be told that the package would be sent back to me without a phone number on it.If you want to waste your time, this is the store for you.

I used this store from time to time in the past two years and it had always been 5 star experience. However when I went today for some Amazon returns, it was less than expected. A number of changes compared to my past experiences:1: the staff there were kind of cold.2: I did tape my boxes but one got a bit loose. I then asked the lady to put on some reinforcement tape, she said I would have to either buy tapes, or pay a service fee for her to do the taping. I would not call it unreasonable but Staples and Office Depot always provide free taping. (so did this store last time I went )3: I was a bit caught off guard when I was handled a shipping pouch and asked to put it on the box myself. It was not a big deal, but like I said, it was different experience. ln the past, and at other ups places, the staff always took my address slip and do the pouching for me.

Good quick service here. Like how they communicated both their price and USPS price.

Rude service. On top of that, $2.50 to print two B&W pages. Going back to Fedex next time. About $.50-$1.00 for a similar print job, and all you need to do is hand them a USB drive and they will print it for you, with a smile.

Believe the bad reviews. I usually use the Fitchburg store which is great, but so happened to be on the westside of town and decided to drop off my packages here. I went into the store and asked for a hand cart as I was shipping 2 large packages weighing about 60 lbs each. They informed me they were not allowed to let me use a hand cart. That was fine by me, I was more looking out for them. Not only will they not let you use equipment, they apparently arent even allowed to hold the door open for you as you carry awkward boxes weighing 60 lbs on your shoulder thru a skinny door. The older lady and younger guy literally stood there and watched me hold 60lbs in 1 hand and open the door with the other. NOT ONCE BUT TWICE!!!!!!!!! Granted, I am an athlete and only 40 years old, but to the younger guy working today - you should be embarrassed of yourself!!!!!

Rude and incompetent employees. I have been to this location 3 times and have not had a positive experience. Would love to share details with managers.
