I had to have a new phone since mine had drowned. I went to TCC in Madisonville instead of my normal store because I was in town for classes I am taking. I use my phone for some of my classes and needed one that day.Jessica was great. She helped me choose my phone based on my needs. She helped me recover some of my info, which we both thought would be impossible. Jessica is extremely knowledgeable, very polite, and easy to talk to. Great customer service. We recently changed to Verizon from a different carrier. Jeremy was extremely helpful and informative.

Great customer service. My phone had issues when I had my number ported from Sprint to Verizon causing me to pay a couple of visits to the store. Each time, all employees provided great service in helping to fix the issue. Sprint (a.k.a. “Jog” at best) was 100% to blame for the issue with a completely inept in store and call center staff and customer service that made even the likes of evil time Warner look not so bad by comparison. Verizon employees, however, patiently worked through the issues until my problem was solved.

We switched from Cricket to Verizon on 11-2-19, Terry at the Madisonville office assisted us. He was great to work with and very knowledgeable.. I would definitely recommend him and the company..11-4-19 I had to go to the Madisonville office because my Apple Watch would not pair with my phone so Josh assisted me with that and he was great to work with as well..

Oliver and Charlie (I think that was his name) were great. They answered all of my friends and my questions. Explained everything to us. Showed me a cheaper way to upgrade my phone that wouldnt break me. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you to both of them

Okay so this Verizon store is very informative very helpful only problem is that it just cost to do anything and everything if I go in and ask what is my bill looking like for this month I get charged for that so everything is great just that customer service is expensive. Once they decide to stop charging me for help I will then give this 5 stars. That is really the only con about this place.

Service is terrible only one person working. He recommend I come back in hour. After I drove 45 mins to get to the store. The sad thing is there were only 3 people in the entire store. I will be selling my Verizon stock while I’m waiting on service...... I got waited on at Att in 5 mins and was out the door.

This place is horrible!!I went on the Verizon website and put my sons phone on temporary suspension for disciplinary reasons. A few days later, this store allowed my son to open a new account, using the device that was in my name, and under payment contract, WITHOUT NOTIFING ME.When I went to the store and ask why I was not notified and that I wanted them to remove the charges from my account, they refused unless I reported the phone as stolen.I WILL be taking them to small claims court.This is actually my second issue with this store.

I am very disappointed with Verizon customer service. I had to buy a new prepaid phone. The Sim cards were different sizes. They could not switch my number to the brand new card that came with the phone in the store, and they wanted to charge me 30$ to buy a card in store. I just bought one and then they tell me I have to buy another!!!
