At the last minute I ordered coffee, and olives the girls treated me with kindness and respect. I was not rushed out at all. I thought that was a wonderful way to end my day. Thank you girls.

I always love Molly, the barista. She really knows people too because I dont get coffee often, but she remembers me. My nondairy iced mocha were perfect.

People there are nice seems like a real good place to get a cup of coffee or a latte or whatever it is that your preference is great place to visit

I dont normally go out for coffee but I can say the staff is friendly and the coffee is good with very nice scenery i dont have no complaints

Unique and delicious! Small town feel but definitely Big City ambitions! Food is fresh and ingredients locally grown! Coffees, espressos and many other drinks are amazing, any way you want it prepared. Cant go wrong with their menu. Got to get there early before its all ate up!

Love this place pre-covid and post-covid. Adapted well, slightly less selection but food is still top notch. Highly recommend cant wait for back to normal mind you I drive 35 min just to visit this!

My husband ordered a smoothie that was poorly blended, but what do you expect from a shop that specializes in coffee drinks 😊 Cute shop, offering outdoor seating due to covid. Friendly baristas. Will definitely visit again when I am back in town!

Fantastic place. We were driving down the highway and wanted to stop quickly for coffee... this place is a foodie stop, great coffee, lunch wrapped / sandwiches and salads... pretty darned great cookies and not your regular fare. We had a grilled ham & cheese and a southern wrap with potato salad. That potato salad was way great, made my week. The southwest wrap was fresh and had just the right amount of spice to it. Got a latte with oat milk, delish. So happy we stopped at this happy, artsy spot.

Oh yum. Coffee was excellent. Friendly service. Great atmosphere. Good food, myself my wife and a friend that came with us we were all very impressed. Prices are just a bit high but not bad considering it comes with a side and the prices include tax so its easy to figure out how much you are spending. Will definitely be back, probably a lot.

Stopped in the other day to try their coffee and check out the atmosphere. Have to say I was not disappointed. Ordered a large caramel macchiato with a triple shot of espresso, and Molly knocked it out of the park. The atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxed, and they offer a nice menu of food options as well.

This place is cute and the cupcake latte was amazing but a little too sugary. Everyone I talk to says their drink is really sugary, but good. And Im giving it 4 out of 5 because they bang the ice bucket or something every 5 minutes and its very echoey in there, making it loud and hard to study if u wanna sit down and work on something.

Love the menu and selection of gourmet coffee blends and pastries.. as well as brunch/lunch options. The cheese plates with wine are also always a good choice! I personally always order the French vanilla latte with 2 extra shots of espresso, as it already comes with 2 included, and it fuels my day!! Jenny and fam are always welcoming!!

INCREDIBLE! This place is now a staple in madisonville. Saturday breakfast is to die for, the lunch menu is amazingly good too! And last but not least Mollie makes delicious drinks ranging from teas to coffee to espresso.

We were sent there for breakfast during our stay at Ruby Lodge. This seemed like it was the place to be. My husband enjoyed the quiche and I had an omelet with bacon and cheese. They were both very filling. Our only disappointment was that they are not open later - we wanted to try some of the ice cream!

Incredible food light fair. Ive had the sandwich and salad on separate occasions they are great. Plan on bringing my mom in for coffee and a bite at the oat meal bar. My little one loves the ice cream

I finally got to try Big City today after multiple previous attempts. They close at 5, not 7 like Google claims. I have been trying to find a place here in Madisonville that vibes with me like the coffee shop I frequented in Frankfort. Today I went in hoping to enjoy a cup while doing some work on my laptop, but I felt put off by the atmosphere there. I like a place where I can go in, relax, work, and enjoy a cup of no in an inviting, friendly atmosphere; unfortunately I will have to keep looking. Do not get me wrong, the workers were nice and the coffee was great. With that being said though, since the atmosphere wasnt there, I wont be returning.

One of the best coffee shops I have ever experienced even starbucks is not a competition. Its so beautiful in there with such a high-class atmosphere with down-to-earth employees with one of the best customer services Ive experienced. Ive ran restaurants all my life and this place is the cream of the crop when it comes to food and beverages. You cant find food made like this anywhere from homemade sandwiches,soups, salads and wraps. Their healthy options are wonderful and very delicious. Im hooked and will be my only coffee and restaurant from now on. See you soon!!

Unique place with great food and they even make their own soda. A great coffee and sandwich shop. Great flavors and things tasted fresh. The lady making the coffee and soda drinks was very friendly and welcoming.Definitely a place to go if youre in the area.

Atmosphere is very cozy, artsy. Seating availble for lunch, or to lounge and drink your coffee. Plenty of coffees to choose from, as well as tea and hot chocolate. Lunches and desserts are also available. Its a great place to stop in and enjoy! Parking is availble in the back, few spots out front. Wheelchair accessible. No childrens menu that I am aware of.

This is a fine place with great people and coffee. Definitely worth checking out.As a testament to its credit, I’ve worked on my laptop here, read many books, went on my first date with and later proposed to my wife here. Yep. It’s that awesome.

Big City is so homey and yet professional. The food is magnifique and if you can stop in for satirday brunch, do yourself a favor and get some gouda grits. I wish I had ordered a bucket of them. They have lots of milk options for the intolerant or vegan/vegetarian crowd and the lunch options are all phenomenal. My favorite is the quinoa salad.

Unique variety of lunch options - sandwiches, soups, salads. Homemade breads. Cozy atmosphere. The California Club was delicious!

Coffee is superb and the food is great. Try the Ham and Brie biscuit on a Saturday morning or the chicken salad! The staff always makes you feel welcome as well.
