Love this store, one of my favorites. Always clean, affordable, and easy to find whatever youre looking for. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I have shopped here for years and I dont have a bad experience from any of my visits to harbor freight.

Love Harbor Freight but this Location never happens to have any items I am looking for in stock. 5 different visits for 5 different items, most were large power tools but they didnt have any of the items in stock. These included Table saws, Miter saws and Roller stands. A few of the cashiers didnt seem to know how to look the items up or didnt want to, not sure which it was. Will definitely still return to shop there but most visits are wasted trips.

Always enjoy HF. Got a new tarp today and saved 20% as well.

I had never been to HF in Madisonville before...was not that impressed with harbor freight in madisonville ky. And the employees were informative but very kurt . I will go to the one in Evansville In instead from now on.

Love Harbor Freight! I have a Million of those lights the give free with purchase. Just used my toolkit all day.. I use batteries out the Ying-yang and buy them alot!!!

The layout was a little confusing for me. But The sales person was really cool. Very informative. Plus they gave me a 20% discount just for shopping there and signing up for their coupon thing that they send it in the mail And I got a free flashlight! Definitely returning for any tools I may need.

Service was great, took back a tool on two year warranty plan, no problems. Walked right out with a new replacement.

The employees here are super helpful in finding what you need, the quality of the products is equal to those youd find at a higher price point at other retailers, and theres plenty of opportunities to save money with coupons and promotions. The manager Teka and cashier Thomas are phenomenal and will help with anything you need.

Priced right good place for optional tools right area in town

You get what you pay for so you really cant complain if you bought a $5 ratchet and it breaks a week afterwards or the same day it was a $5 ratchet they do have some interesting little odds and ends that most stores dont have

They have every type of tool you can think of. Some items were a little hard to find and they did not have the Luminar Work rechargeable flashlight. I ordered it online but it appears to be out-of-stock. Other items I bought on Amazon because they were easier to compare and find.

Tool quality is a hit or miss but I dont shop there for name brand tools to begin with. Honestly havent gotten anything there that was complete junk out of the box and their tools more than pay for themselves several times over for me.

Good place to get tools fast and cheap.

Had just what we where looking for

While I think the store looks great inside & out. But thats where it stops.Compared with other HFs other around the prices are higher here.I was just looking around the store & came upon an older gentleman who was needing help with finding a product(50#s +) & carrying it to the checkout counter. He searched for a good 5 minutes or more. I too a few minutes later needed to know if they carried something as well. With only one cashier at the front there was 7 or more customers in line.I finally found someone to help.In the end I decided to leave & not sure if Ill be back.

Clean store, nice employees. The store stays stocked and well maintained.They have all sorts of tools; different brands, prices, quality.

HF tools and most items are okay, you get what you pay for as they say. This time the cashier was top notch. She made sure I was able to use all the coupons I was eligible to use.

1 star because you cant give zero. Terrible customer service, people tell you try down that aisle instead of showing you where stuff is. 1 cashier working and 2 people standing there watching instead of helping the customers in line. Wont return again.

Only issue with store is that I cant seem to leave without spending over $100 (as a friend once told me it is like a big boys toy store).The Madisonville store has knowledgeable and friendly staff that was helpful in finding the tools I needed.

Store had a variety of cheap tools. Many work well for the weekend warrior. The employees however, arent the professional type. I overheard them complaining about their manager and when he chooses to take lunch. They were in no hurry to wait on people. Just one of those places that if you go here you have a reason.

Do a little research before and you can find some good things. A lot of their products are decent quality. And if youre not opposed to modifying things, even some of the poor quality items can be worth it.
