Contacted this company to fix a latch on our door. We run a school and they charged us $1,000 for 10 minutes of work. When we called to dispute they told us they had a 4 hour minimum charge. WHen we explained that we have a budget as a school to run events for the children and generally receive cost pricing from our vendors they said there was nothing they could do and proceeded to hound us for the cost. I advised them that I would never use their services again and Im advising others to work with a different vendor to avoid being slapped with surprisingly high pricing.

Completely incompetent doors and hardware 3 weeks late. Got 1 delivery with only half of what was ordered. Took another week to get remaining materials
