Bought 5 windows from them several years ago. Didnt realize that they were installed properly. I called the office and they transferred me to a Christopher.....who was driving at the time; he told me to email him and I never heard back from him! The windows are supposed to be lifetime. ..Make sure that lifetime is specified! I will try to contact the company manager.
