Sandy was extremely helpful to me and especially my wife Amanda. Sandy remembered her every time she called and Sandy was very polite and helpful. We had a moving company clean out our house to move it to storage, waiting for it to be loaded in a container for overseas. She worked and coordinated with the moving company ( top notch movers) extremely well.And she assisted me and my wife Amanda to add box to storage.Sandy does not only deserve 5 stars but a constellation !

Sandy is so great and really helpful. We recently upgraded our space to a bigger unit and she couldnt have been more helpful. It was so convenient and she walked us through every step. Also, the access hours to this storage place cant be beat.

Place is clean, indoors & the prices are fair. Easy access & the hours you can access your unit ends at 9pm. My only complaint is the restrooms are always locked & this isnt cool. They need to consider leaving the restrooms open for the customers!

Ive used this Public Storage location a few times now, not because it was close for me but because of the sweet girl that works there, Sandy. Sandy has always made me feel like my belongings were safe there, she always has a smile on her face to greet each and every customer, even when she is speaking to you on the phone, you can sense her smile and friendliness! She makes the process so easy, I would highly recommend using this location for all your storage needs! I would also like to add that it was clean there as well.

I had a few mixups with my unit agreement which were really not ideal the day before having a moving truck come. On a much more positive note, Thomas helped sort everything out. I cannot say enough positive things about him and his customer service. Thank you Thomas!

This is a very good Public Storage location. The staff is reliable and helpful. Ive had several different units with them over the past few years and theyre easy to work with. Sandi is the main person in the office there and she is really helpful--especially now that we have moved pretty far away but still have stuff in our storage unit, which can be a little stressful. Shes very considerate and kind, and makes things easy and reasonable!

I have had actually several instances at this Public Storage location where Sandy, in particular, is always helpful. However, I had leg surgery over the summer and was in the hospital for three months- I was really in a jam and I couldn’t accomplish what I needed to do from a hotel bed. Sandy went above and beyond and portrayed excellent customer service while showing and verbalizing sympathy for my unique situation. I recommend this location highly.

I went to the wrong location at first when I went to move in and Nick (from wrong location) was so helpful and nice. He called the right location to let them know we were coming (we were running late) and told us how to get to the correct location.Once at the correct location Russell helped us. He was wonderful and so helpful. We locked the keys to the van and locked all the doors. With all our stuff inside it. No phone, nothing. He let us use his phone to call U-Haul to come unlock the door. While we were waiting he bought us water and snacks. He let us wait in the AC and called the wrong location to tell them to send the U-Haul guy to the correct location if they went there (both locations and on the same road).He went above and beyond for us and I am very grateful. A true problem solver (even helped me solve problems caused by my movers), she has set a new bar for going above and beyond.
