Good mechanic. Decent prices. Need to go there when you have to have something fixed

Took my car to get the blower motor when the son that did the work was done my blower would barley blower went back to have him look at it didnt know said everything was working well. It wasnt working would not keep my windows defrosted my neighbor looked at it and right away he seen that it was wired backward he switched the wires and works great now seems to me that if Doss garage is so good why would they wire my blower backwards wont be going back there

Spent thousands of dollars being lied to and having my car rigged up to where half of it wears out faster do not go here you will be ripped off all of the other Google reviews that you see on here where they are boasting about how professional this business is and how wonderful they treated them are fabricated lies do not take your vehicle here

Ill preface this by saying that my family has always used Doss Garage and was always happy with them, but the workmanship is no longer up to the standard it once was. I recently put my vehicle in this shop because I had two problems. One was that the car would sputter and die if I sat stopped at a light. The other was that it was leaking oil, which I presumed was a gasket that needed changing on the oil pan. Rick diagnosed the oil leak as being the rear main seal, meaning the engine had to be pulled to fix it, which I authorized based on his diagnosis. Two weeks and $800 later, I got my car back. I found out at that time that he didnt even bother looking into why it was stalling out, but he said the oil leak was fixed so I was happy. The first time I drove the car I no more than 2 miles away before the check engine light came on (which never happened before) and the car was struggling to have power. I took it right back to him, and he said that if he were me he would try changing a few sensors (and this guy is suppose to be a professional). Following that I noticed that the car is in fact still losing oil, at the same rate that it was before. So either his workmanship failed or he misdiagnosed the problem. Either way I paid the man $800 and my problem is not fixed.

Ive used Doss for 12 years and my family has used him longer than that and have never had a bad experience. Rick is easily one of the best mechanics in Malvern and one of the most honest guys youll ever meet. Almost the entire town uses this place because they are the best.

Best garage in town. I knew I had a radiator leak and I knew I didnt have the skill to fix the problem myself so I dropped the truck off and explained what was up and he said he would have a look and call if it wasnt the radiator. Otherwise he would fix the problem and call when it was ready. A few days later I got a call and my truck has ran 10x better since I picked it up. Great pricing and great service.
