My son said they were friendly.Then i learned he paid $180.00 for one tire and they didnt even put the spare back into its place just threw it into the bed... I was like really kid?? $180.00 bucks and they couldnt even put your spare back...Note to self...

Service was horrible this time due to employees not coming back from lunch. I waited all afternoon to get two tires and a front end alignment.

Very fast and professional. The lady in front of me had an issue and they were fast to fix the problem and make the costumer happy. The lady at the front desk did a good job at keeping her cool. I had questions and they were able to answer them quickly and accurately.

Excellent customer service. The owner/Manager even had the installer come back out and double check the lugs with a different impact wrench to make sure they were tight. Very pleased. We hope we never have another blowout while traveling but if we do we will do business with them again if in the same area.

K&A has always done a good job for me. I have had two brake shoe replacements, two front end alignments, and a flat or two fixed here. Timely, professional, and no complaints on the prices.

Use to be well managed but the last time I was there was Aug 30th, I stood at the counter for about 15 minutes and no one came in to help me or another customer waiting. I was there to buy tires but went somewhere else.

Great people here very knowledgeable and the owner works with everyone from customers to his own employees. Awesome place to get work done for less but still done right the first time.

Needed to have a tire changed, kind of an emergency since the tire was coming apart, they helped us out reasonably quickly and the price was very fair! I will be using K & A again!!

I recommend to anyone in Arkansas or out side of arkansas.
