Not a good job at all, had to go there twice, to get he car painted and the second time was better but still poor and major imperfections noticable but their answer was sorry dont want to deal and are done with the car.

Javier the owner is very nice and knows what he is talking about.. He explained all the process for the repair of my car to the point. Price was great!

I have never in my life had such a horrible experience at a repair shop. The work requested was simple enough; I had a door scratch that needed to be repainted. No dent, no major issues at all, just a scratch in the paint. While my car was going to be in the shop I decided to get a scratch in my rim buffed out as well. When I picked up my car, my rim scratch was gone, but there were new scratches all over the rim. My car door scratch was gone, but now there were bleeding lines of clear coat all down my door. I expressed my concerns to the store manager and his only response was to bring the car back another day since they do guarantee their work. He was clearly annoyed with me and thought the car was just fine. I would absolutely NEVER trust my car with this business again. I can only imagine what it would look the next time I came to pick it up. Shopper beware - the prices at other shops may be a bit higher, but the quality of work will be ten thousand times better. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Highly recommended, bring your vehicle and they will fix it no matter what.Keep in mind that they are very busy so u have to be passionate during the busy time of the year.

It is rare that I give any company 5 stars. But, the team at J&R have been exceptional!! I have had the unfortunate luck of needing auto body work on three separate high-end vehicles. My first accident was a hit and run. They took care of every detail and the car looked amazing! The second vehicle was over 10 years old and needed a new bumper. For just a little bit more they made the entire truck look brand new! My neighbors couldnt believe it was the same SUV. Not only do they do great work, they also provided door to door valet service! J&R picked up my car from the front of my house on Thursday and had it back in my driveway, shiny and restored, on Monday! You guys are the best!! Thank you!

I was at the shop and my car was fixed fantastically, the job done was amazing. For sure this would be the place I would go back to. The customer service is excellent and Mr. Lopez was completely dedicated to the job and my satisfaction!

Shout out to all dealers please watch out they are crooks. They lie on your face. The quality of work is low and they charge you like double for the work they do. Very Poor customer service with poor quality of job. PLEASE STAY AWAY AND GIVE YOUR JOB TO SOMEONE ELSE.

I have a 2003 volvo wagon that has survived 2 teenagers, but not without scars to prove it. The car looked horrible where the paint was peeling off, the molding was turning white and the dents where obvious from where the girls hit road cones. I love that car and wanted to fix it, as it runs great and gets 25~30MPG, plus I have one more to teach how to drive in it. I took it to J&R and they fixed the dents, repainted the body and cleaned the car up!! Now my kids are not embarrassed to be seen back in the wagon!. It looks like new and still runs great. Thank You to all the folks at J&R who worked tirelessly on restoring my car to look new again! And yes, I do recommend them to my friends and family and plan on bringing more of my cars to J&R when they are in need.Tony Suarez
